Back for the 4th time and still loving this place! The homestay is just as clean and comfy as I remember—really well taken care of. The host is super friendly and always quick to respond, which makes the whole stay even better. Feels like a second home now. Will be coming back again if I'm around in the area!

Very peaceful area, no swimming pool. Clean place, no bugs. Jeff was great and came over to fix the malfunctioning Android box. I would stay again.

今回初めてAirbnbを利用しました それが、こちらJoe さんのお部屋でAirbnbの評価が上がりました とても親切にすぐ返信して下さるし、スタッフも信頼出来て安心した滞在となりました 寝室からプールビューもとても良かった 色んなものが基本的に揃っているので、コンドミニアムの下にはコンビニやレストランもあり生活しやすかったです 何よりテレビが良かった 日本の番組も見れて助かりました 私も購入したいと思います アイロンが使えなかったのは大変残念でしたが、全体的に良い滞在となりました ありがとうございました

The place was clean, cozy, and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location was convenient, and the instructions provided were clear and easy to follow, making check-in and the entire stay hassle-free. Would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at Alia's place for about 3 months and absolutely loved it. Great location, great place, 24/7 security, wonderful pools, easy access to the local mall. Alia as a hostess is fantastic, always helpful and always responsive. We would love to come back and book with Alia again. 5 stars all aroud!

While the building itself looks like it may be a bit dated, Zsa Zsa’s unit is very nice. It is well furnished and she provides a lot of the creature comforts one would want when staying at an apartment or a home away from home. She also provides great recommendations about places to eat nearby. Zsa Zsa is probably amongst the best of the best hosts on AirBnB, I would imagine. I loved my 2nd stay with her so much that I decided to book another stay with her less than a week later! This was my 3rd stay with her and it was the same thing. Whenever there was an issue, she was very responsive and it was dealt with immediately. One small issue this time was that the building only had 1 working elevator (in a bank of 3) most of the time. This did lead to some long waits (at times). In any case, I would highly recommend the place overlooking Sunway Lagoon and Zsa Zsa as a host. I had a wonderful experience (yet again) and look forward to future stays here when I am in the area.

A great place to stay with kids.The apt have everything that parents with toddlers need. We loved it. Just wish kitchen could have more basic supplies like salt and sugar for prepping kids meals. And host was too strict on check out time, although we left 12, too many reminders about it spoils your experience. Beyond those two things it was 10/10 place .

IT WAS A PERFECT STAY!! I really love this place, it looks exactly like the photos, for sure i'll book again when im back to KL. Kristine was very friendly and ready to help at anytime. THANKS ALOT KRISTINE 🌹
