Wonderful place. Mathew was the best host I've gotten on Airbnb till date. He even arranged bonfire, bbq and food for us on new year's eve. You can get homely food here at a very reasonable cost.

Our first time in TVD and Binu's place was ideal for our family of 3. Location was perfect, easily accessible to most places, uber and autos are easily available and most of all helpful folks. Everyone from the caretaker to the security were very responsive and kind. An exquisitely designed and well kept home.

Perfect place for long stay living. Amazing location just on the shore with magnificent view on the harbor. In apartment you will find everything you need. 24 hours security. I recommend

Had a fantastic 1-day stay at Aneesh’s place! The property was clean, cozy, and well-maintained, offering everything needed for a comfortable visit. I had the most perfect stay at Tharaka's place. Located in the heart of Gokulam, it is convenient for everything, yet a peaceful oasis with a beautiful garden. I stayed on the top floor and the porch and the rooftop have beautiful views of the city. Watching the neighbourhood wake up while having my cup of tea was one of my favourite things every day while in Mysore. The room is super clean (and is cleaned twice weekly) and has a convenient kitchen, including fridge, coffee and tea and filtered water tap. The bed is extremely comfortable, and the laundry facilities were a welcome bonus. Tharaka is a fantastic host. From the moment I booked he reached out and was very warm, welcoming and helpful, making many local recommendations for food and helped me book transport to, from and around the city. Tharaka made his place feel like a home and I very much enjoyed our chats over coffee and sweets in the garden. I can't recommend this place enough and cannot wait to visit again!

Stayed at the flat for 2 weeks-We had a great time, clean, safe, nice ambience. Host responded immediately every time we had a question or concern. Overall it was a great experience.

Great and comfortable stay with a well furnished house and well equipped kitchen with utensils and other grocery and daily use items. Would be great if the curtains can be of a darker shade to avoid sunlight and have privacy. overall a wonderful stay.

This was my first visit to Kerala with my family, and I was searching for a friendly place to stay. I turned to Airbnb and, after a few searches, discovered a beautiful river-facing apartment hosted by Amruth. I booked it right away and had a chat with Amruth, who was incredibly helpful in suggesting places to visit. His excellent local knowledge of restaurants and attractions was a huge help. The apartment itself is conveniently located in Aluva, just 20-25 minutes from Kochi airport. It’s spacious, clean, and set in a stunning environment overlooking the river—truly a home away from home. On top of that, Amruth’s friendly demeanor and trustworthy recommendations made our stay even more enjoyable. We had a fine stay. The interiors of the property are beautiful, perfectly matching the photos. All functional amenities were available - iron, washing machine, clothes drying stand etc. There is ample space to park the car and lots of common spaces to sit together. The kitchen is very well kept. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to stay near Fort Kochi!

We booked this property for almost 12 days. It’s located in a very peaceful and quiet as well as well. Connected to major roads and highways. Check-in was very smooth. Host was always a very responsive and very polite. The property is well maintained, fully equipped and furnished. It worth every penny.

We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . Basant’s place is exactly as described. It’s ideal for a quiet stay away from hustle bustle, and but many popular restaurants are within 1-2 kms from here. The place was very clean, especially the bathroom. The kitchen has all the essential utensils needed for preparing food. Basant and co host Dileep are very friendly and responsive. Will definitely visit again.

Harish and his family are very friendly, co-operative always easily reachable. My wife and I enjoyed our stay at this place and Harish's hospitality. The location is great, quiet, walkable distance to great restaurants, shopping and Temples. We highly recommend this place. We felt very comfortable as if we were in our own home. Glad that we found this place.

We had a fantastic stay at Jellyfish! We travelled in a group of 3 couples, so we had all three rooms on the top floor of the guest house, which was clean, spacious and had AC in the bedrooms. Breakfast was always delicious! The location is by a beautiful part of the river where you can spot majestic birds and try various water sports. We tried the complementary kayaking tour, which was adapted to our experience level, and were very satisfied. The staff of Jellyfish are very friendly and helpful, and for a very reasonable extra fee they organised lunch and dinner for our group when needed (if you want to venture into Kozikhode/Calicut, it's a bit too far to walk easily but the staff can help arrange a transport). Overall, great service and value for money, warmly recommended! ☺️ Some things to know though: 1) They don't sell bottled water at the site as their intention is to reduce plastic use. 2) Extra meals are possible but the staff need 3h notice to arrange it.

It's a spacious house located on a beautiful piece of land. Hardy and his brother were amazing hosts! The little thought of having a sanitizer in the welcome kit, keeping in the mind the coroncavirus scare at the time was very thoughtful!
