Ivan and Vivienne's BnB is a home away from home. A great place with everything you need. Some staples in the pantry was a great help, as we cooked our own meals. This is a spot that relaxes you and it's great to come and stay...... just for the view from the balcony!! A great place to explore the Bay of Islands from. Thanks Ivan for the recommendations to some other bays and coves. We had a great stay. Highly recommended.

Loved our stay! Location was perfect for our stay. Directly across from the Marina where we had activities. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. And super close to grocery stores as well. The apartment was comfortable and very clean. Thanks for a great stay.

Great little apartment, a few minutes walk to the seafront and centre of Russell. Very clean and well equipped for our 3 night stay. Bay of Islands is amazingly beautiful and staying in Russell is a must.

Lovely big home with stunning view! House was comfortable and clean and in close proximity to the Russell ferry. The large deck was perfect for our evening barbecues and family meals. We really appreciated the screened window in the master bedroom which meant mosquito-free sleep! Apart from the very low water pressure in the ensuite bathroom we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here.

We loved our stay in the northland! We had a great time exploring the area and actually decided to cut some of our explorations short to have more time to hang out on Toni’s beautiful deck! We loved watching the sunset from the beach just a short walk away in the evenings and enjoying our coffee on the deck listening to the birds in the mornings. A beautiful home in a beautiful part of the world!

Lovely place. Very open feeling to it with a wrap around balcony. Very clean. Expansive views. Comfortable beds. Lovely neighbourhood. We went to the Sandbar Restaurant a few times…great relaxed atmosphere, good food. Didn’t use the Four Square but it was within easy walking distance. Great spot for doing Cape Reinga and the Giant Sand Dunes.

Great location and very comfortable stay. The house is in excellent condition, much better than the pictures. Beautiful outdoor deck to relax in the sun. The host was very responsive and helpful.

we had a family of 8 staying and the house suited us perfectly. Right on the beach with easy access to the boat ramp also the house had fish filleting area which was perfect. Great place to stay - worked perfectly for us. Gary

Francine’s house is located at a quiet residential area,five minutes drive to restaurants and shops. the rooms and bathrooms are specious, the deck is overlooking at a beautiful view of the forests very relaxing.Thank you Francie for your prompt response and the late check out. Francie we had a good time at your home however the stairs at the entry were challenging for my husband as he had difficulty going up and down the stairs, not suitable for people with disabilities. I should have checked that out .Highly recommend if the stairs are not an issue.

Great place with perky amenities like the Nespresso machine and large TV! Central location but can be a bit noisy for someone sensitive as right next to the main street. Overall we really enjoyed!
