My family stayed at Joy's house for 5 nights. Everything was perfect with our stay. Joy and Eric were great hosts and communicated well. Our stay even included some delicious homemade cookies. The house itself is lovely and very clean. The tiny home was also great. Would highly recommend.

We stayed here while visiting family and couldn't have picked a better home! Our 3 sons and 2 dogs absolutely loved the space in the backyard and we appreciated the secure fence. There were several comfy dog beds and plenty of space for the kiddos to play inside during the time it rained. The home was clean and very well stocked. Cleaning supplies, plenty of towels and extra toiletries! All appliances were in great working order. Morgan was incredibly responsive when we had questions and quickly dealt with a minor issue we had. I would highly recommend to families traveling to the area! You won't be disappointed!!

Wes was a great host . Home in wonderful neighborhood and fairly new . Great area with lots of shopping close by! Safe area of High Point !

I would say me and my family had a great time. We were only supposed to stay for 3 days but end up staying a whole week because we didn’t feel like leaving and how his place felt like home. I was very happy about my stay and I will do it here again.

A great host who was very accommodating with some last minute changes to our reservation. Loved the historical significance of the home …. Great feel. If you have an event in Greensboro and you don’t mind driving 15min it’s the place to be !!!

We had a very nice stay at Founder's House. It was clean and spacious for our family. We would recommend it! It felt just like home.

We enjoyed our stay at Jayme’s place while in town for the furniture market. The room was clean and the location was great. Close proximity to shopping and dining, and a short ten-minute drive to downtown.

This was my second long-term (one month) stay at Peggy and Jim's, and it was just as good as the first time! The location is great, and the apartment is always squeaky clean and has everything you need for a short or long-term stay. Their place is cozy, which makes it feel like home; and their gracious hospitality made it all the more so. I already am looking forward to my next stay!

Jess’s place was so snug. My family loved the layout, comfy beds, & all the special touches. This home felt so comfortable that we felt right at home. Jess was very responsive & helped when we left our son’s Mickey Mouse blanket he’s had since he was one. Great stay! We were also really close to everything we needed. Target & Walmart both are just about a mile away. Jake’s dinner had yummy breakfast too.

The apartment was exactly as described on the website—clean, tidy, and equipped with everything advertised. The check-in and check-out process was smooth. The hosts were incredibly kind and highly responsive, quickly resolving a minor issue I encountered (I initially could not find the remote to turn on the lights). Overall, a great stay with excellent hospitality!

We loved our stay here. This place is a gem! Walking distance to anyplace on UNCG’s campus. We couldn’t get a dog sitter for the weekend so we were so glad to be able to bring our pup. Dog bowls in the place were a nice touch. Loved the set up and Bert is a super nice guy who is very accommodating. Highly recommend staying here if it is available!

We enjoyed our stay. It was within walking distance to Truist ballpark, restaurants, the art district, as well as close to lots of other attractions. The place is quiet and comfortable. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Cozy apartment is 100% accurate. It is a very comfortable, peaceful place and Lisa was prompt and clear in all her communications.

We needed a place to crash after hiking Pilot mountain. The place was clean and spacious. Great location.

I was extremely pleased with the apartment. It was clean and quaint. I felt safe and comfortable knowing there was a door man. The apartment was clean and lend itself to choice of eating in or dinning out. The bedrooms were equipped with 1 king and 2 queens which worked out great for me being 6 “ 1. There was ample amount of parking making it very stress free. I truly enjoyed my stay and would recommend it to my friends when they visit the area.

The Sir Drew is cozy, comfortable, and charming, quiet and safe. Well located to many Greensboro amenities, it borders on the edge of Fischer Park, a beautiful historic neighborhood. The neighbors are friendly. The Host is friendly, responsive, and environmentally conscious. My stay was a longer term rental (3 weeks); I felt I was coming home after a long day out. I was quite content with my stay and would love to return.

I stayed here for a weekend visit for HPU and Joyce’s condo was absolutely perfection! The location was ideal in terms of being in close proximity to HPU (uber was 5 minutes away) as well as being able to walk and explore around the area (local restaurants, bakeries, coffee shops, boutiques, etc) while feeling EXTREMELY safe as a female who was by herself. The condo itself was exactly as described. The courtyard was beautiful and clean as well as the condo being perfectly filled with everything needed from kitchen appliances, to many clean towels, to a very clean and tidy space. Joyce herself even provided some water bottles in the fridge as well as some baked goodies on the counter! She was VERY flexible (I had a late flight that ended up getting delayed and waited up to make sure I was able to check in which was around midnight) and responsive! Cannot reccomend Joyce and this condo enough!

Stacey’s place was perfect for our 2 night stay in March 2025. Well stocked house. Everything we needed right down to the Shampoo for shower and complimentary snacks! Stacey did a great job with interior decorating. Very neat and nicely appointed. Comfortable bed and 2 full bathrooms. Nice sitting area with recliner couches. Very quiet street, we never saw any cars. We were accessing Elon University, no problem reserving a 15 minute uber ride to campus. We would definitely book again.

Cat and Dave were great! Very responsive and very generous hosts. They had the kitchen stocked with so many things you could use—including Tupperware! Great place that’s close to the airport. We’ll definitely be staying again when we come to visit again.
