Even though our stay was short, Carey was a wonderful and attentive host. The house was beautiful and comfortable . She accommodated our early check-in and answered questions very promptly. We will definitely stay here again if we’re ever in Kerville again. I highly recommend Carey’s place!

Me and my family stayed the weekend. Lindsey s was very helpful and willing to answer all questions. The home was absolutely beautiful, the scenery was beautiful! The home included everything you would possibly need on the trip. It’s walking distance from the river but given its low, it was very pretty nonetheless. ☺️

My husband, teenage son and I enjoyed Paula’s adorable place for our relaxing weekend while celebrating my birthday. The home was so cozy, smelled good when we walked in, beds were squeaky but super comfortable! The couch was comfy, dinner table was perfect for enjoying family meals and playing card games at night,. The kitchen had 2 trash cans which was so nice when cooking and cleaning. Paula was super sweet and left welcoming notes for us and many helpful suggestions. The weather in December was perfect for hiking the trails at Lost Maples State Park, only 30 minutes from the house where we were able to see all of natures beautiful fall colors, trickling springs, spectacular views of the valley and monkey rock! We were able to walk across the street from the home and relax by the river, drove a couple times to Ingram grocery store for some amazing fresh cut steaks and chicken! We would definitely love to come back again! Well worth it!

We came for a peaceful girls' weekend and this place delivered. It was pleasant just to sit outside on the porch and when we went down to the river. The hosts were very clear and proactive in their communications and everything was seamless.

Mendy’s place was beautiful and a great getaway if you want a peaceful stay. She was very communicative and made us feel right at home!

Bringing my kids to a town very close to my heart was made even better by this beautiful home. The pool, 3 bathrooms and amazing surroundings made this the perfect place to spend a summer vacation with our family.

We really enjoyed our stay! The house was very easy to find and in a central area. Close to grocery and restaurants but still quiet neighborhood. Parking was excellent and the house was exactly what my husband and I needed for our weekend away. Host was super responsive and I would definitely recommend this place!

The home was beautiful and just as pictured and sat on such a beautiful piece of property that was great and for walking around and exploring. There was deer outside our windows every morning to watch as well as a sweet little cat named “Peaches” that welcomed us each time we came and went. The house was spotless and the linens and beds were so comfortable. One of our favorite spots we’ve found and we will definitely be back. We had a lovely 2 weeks in this place. It was beautiful and well appointed. The location was great for walking and driving to everything Kerrville has to offer. We felt very safe and the hosts were proactive with communication.

We truly enjoyed our weekend getaway at Gracie’s house. We brought our pup and she had a ball in the backyard. We made a fire. Gracie was such a sweetheart. Will try to make it back soon!

Fit our needs well: cute, cozy and comfortable. We were able to stream the UIL BB Finals, watch granddaughter's BB at a nearby gym and keep the grandkids occupied with the outdoor spaces and games. Very quiet, inviting space close to resturants.

Our family had a wonderful time at Mo Ranch! We didn’t realize how much there was to do and places to explore when we booked the apartment. It was a peaceful and fun place to stay. Thanks for having us!

Nice place, the river area was nice and private

My wife and I were looking for a special place to take our 40th wedding anniversary trip. We enjoy Texas state parks and birding. The Kerrville area made sense due to the number of state parks within an hour drive. I have driven through the Kerrville area many times, but this is our first time to stay in this incredibly generous, friendly community. The Scenic Hills Getaway is convenient to town. Great restaurants and an amazing six-mile River Trail along the Guadalupe River. We saw many beautiful birds, a lot of deer, and even heard wild turkey from the deck at our getaway house. I highly recommend this location to anyone seeking a quiet retreat, while still close to retail, fuel, and a wide variety of restaurants. We enjoyed it so much we plan to return some time in the future.

This place exceeded our expectations! The peace and quiet that we experienced was unmatched!! My family of four and our dog, enjoyed every moment and every part of the property. My kids were never inside!! Great place to decompress from daily life activities. Also, no phone or Internet service was tranquility for my wife and I. We'll definitely be coming back!!! We LOVED it so much that nobody wanted to leave!!! One of my favorite places that my family has been too. Don't forget to say hi to Frank!!

We had an excellent time, I love the amenities, even down to the toothbrushes that have the toothpaste already on them prepackaged, which was great because I forgot my toothbrush. Even a make up cloth everything was amazing. The deer came up and fed while we were setting on the porch, it was a great experience. My grandson did not wanna leave. He said it was paradise lol he loved it.

Came here to celebrate our 1 year anniversary. This little house is the perfect serene getaway to escape the city life! The beautiful scenery and quiet of the hilltop was the perfect setting to truly connect and cherish every moment with my fiance. Such a cute a special place that provided us with memories that will last a lifetime. Thank you Katie!

The location is minutes away from Main Street and local Vineyards. The place was quiet and cozy! No issues at all. Had a great stay! Thank you!
