We had an awesome experience staying at this Airbnb! The host was incredibly responsive and welcoming, making check-in a breeze. We booked a different place originally but unfortunately due to the weather at the time the one we booked was not available. Host contacted me immediately and made accomodations for our trip and we appreciate the clear and responsive communication. The location was beyond our expectation and it was perfect. Location was private which we loved. Hot tub was a bonus! Highly recommend for anyone looking for a hassle-free and enjoyable stay! Would be booking again for sure!

Excellent stay! Even thouhj the lake is dry, we had a blast exploring the dry lake bed and just lounging around the house. The hosts were wonderful - quick to respond and so accommodating! Great spot for our 3 families for a long weekend.

When me and my family unlocked the door we were excited to look around and felt right at home! There was a basketball court and playground within walking distance but unfortunately the pool was closed. But other than that we had a blast it was just like the pictures. There is a backyard but It's mostly lot of huge rocks but a great view!

We loved our stay at Robin's place! The house was super clean and easy to find. We love to cook on vacations and Robin had everything we could've possibly thought of (cooking utensils, all the pots and pans, oil, basic and classic TX seasonings). Certianly the best stocked place we've stayed! The beds were super cozy and clean. Robin definitely thought of all the touches that you miss when you arent at home. The views are *amazing* - pictures can't really do it justice. We watched the sunrise and sunset each day and our boys LOVED looking at the stars at night. You get the views of camping with luxury stay ✨️ During the day you can watch the neighbor cows grazing. so peaceful. There's also a trail on the property that leads to a cool lookout, which was great for our morning walk. We adventured to a few spots in Hill Country, but mostly we enjoyed staying at the house and relaxing. I would definitely recommend staying here- we will most certainly be back!

The Hunter's Cabin is VERY unique. There are horses, turkeys and curly haired pigs roaming the property. There is also a pond with large catfish. The cabin was well built and furnished appropriately to match the name. This was my favorite of all the places I have stayed in over 15 years of traveling to Kerrville. It was like going back in time for me as I spent a large portion if my life living in Mississippi and working in and around animals. Sitting on the elevated back porch in the morning or evening was the perfect beginning and ending to my day!!

Mrs. Betty’s place was very peaceful and had beautiful surroundings. Her home is very cozy and welcoming . This is an older home so if you are looking for a newer built home this isn’t the place for you but the flowing water right off your backyard will be 100% worth the stay . Very private away from busy city life . Mrs Betty is on property but doesn’t come to our side unless YOU need her which she was very helpful and informative when we asked her questions on canoes that she provides . My family loved staying here and will be returning!

Very friendly, quick to respond, went out of her way to make sure we had a great time! A great place for 6 people - the outdoor spaces were especially fabulous! Loved Deborah & her home!!!

Great place to stay if you’re looking to get away from the busy city life. Quiet, private, plenty of amenities like pool, river access, bbq pit, additional homes on property if you’re looking to get away with a family. We had 1 issue with the smart lock losing connection and our pin would not work on 2nd day. Contacted property manager and they very quickly provided access to additional codes to restore our access. I would definitely recommend this location.

Shannon’s lake house was a great choice for our weekend plans! He was extremely helpful and informative of the area and surrounding businesses. It was very peaceful and relaxing. Although the lake has got down we still enjoyed the views from the wrap around porch and porch swing. We will definitely book again with Shannon at the the house! Great family weekend getaway with a great price!

We had a wonderful time at Brent's house on the river. The river is gorgeous and we had the entire stretch of river to ourselves while we were there. The back deck is lovely and we spent many hours sitting out there listening to the sounds of nature. Everything was clean and well kept and we wanted for nothing while we were there. It was a lovely and relaxing weekend!

We had a fantastic stay at this cottage in Kerrville! The location is unbeatable, right on the Guadalupe River with easy access for fishing, relaxing, and morning walks. Our kids loved catching bluegill and bass, and we enjoyed the peaceful trails all around the area. During our stay, we explored downtown Kerrville, Enchanted Rock, The Empty Cross, and Fredericksburg for shopping and dining. We also made a trip to Austin to visit friends. One of our favorite spots in Kerrville was Pint and Plow Brewery with a great atmosphere, delicious food, and live entertainment on Friday night. Howdy’s Bar and Grill was another fun stop, offering live music and a relaxed, family-friendly vibe. This cottage is in a perfect location, with plenty to do and see nearby. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a comfortable, scenic, and well-situated getaway!

Our cabin was perfect! So cute and had everything we needed. The rate is one of the best in the area, I'm looking forward to my next stay! Thank yoy Stacey for my hone away from home!

A great getaway near the river! We appreciated all the extras that were included i.e. kayaks, floats, life vests, towels that we needed to enjoy the water. Everything was nicely labeled to help find items within the home. Plenty of items to cook meals. Highly recommend!

Beautiful and peaceful. Wished we had more time to enjoy the wonderful property. We took the opportunity to lounge outside in the afternoon visiting with the ducks and watching the river. Melanie even accommodated us early which we appreciated. We were grateful for the Zazenberg Tavern restaurant recommendation, it was simply amazing and we could have walked there. Thank you Melanie.

Very unique place to stay! So much to look at! The bunkhouse was very comfortable and had everything that we needed! Really nice hosts! We'd loved the porch and watching the animals! We will definitely return!

8:42 PM We reserved the cabin & checked in within 20 min of each other & they made it so easy & were more than accommodating. They even had kayaks we could use free of charge.

Excellent location near downtown Kerrville, with convenient access to the water and walking trail. The cabin was cozy and comfortable, making for a delightful stay.

Julie's cabin was so quaint , comfortable as well as historic built in the the 1850s...I look forward to my next visit with her...Thx Julie
