Great location, layout, and amenities. Covered parking was nice. Pool was enjoyed. Great outdoor space.

Alex’s place was perfect for our family vacation. Close to six flags and restaurants. The house felt homey, comfortable and inviting. The kitchen was perfect for making breakfast. My mom loved it and all the sports memorabilia. The price was great and I think we definitely got what we paid for. Definitely recommend if your destination is six flags or sea world. 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 bath, perfect for 5. We will be back.

Everything was clean and had plenty of beds for our group. Great value.

A beautiful and peaceful place to stay. Walking distance to town. Only problem we had was that there is no dishwasher and the shower in the 2nd bathroom would no turn on.

We loved our stay with our grandchildren. They loved the gameroom area and the park across the street. House was very clean and comfortable and the neighborhood was very nice. Would definitely book again!

Kathy's property was perfect for a sister getaway to Fredericksburg. The location was excellent and the house felt like a home. It was the perfect landing spot for us after full days spent exploring the area.

Gracie place is comfy, cozy, peaceful spot to visit Texas Hill country and specifically Kerrville. Lots to do there and the towns around. She's very attentive to guests. We really enjoy staying here. Sitting out back over the river is so nice.

Cute and clean! 1 room but big enough that we didn't feel cramped. had a little trouble opening the door for the 1st time but messaged the host and he messaged back right away and helped me out. Also had a 1 night stay available, which was what I was looking for and is sometimes hard to find. Had the biggest, softest blanket that I fell in love with! If im ever back in the area I will stay there again.

Great place for a couple that is close to downtown while still being in a quiet friendly neighborhood. It is a newer property that features a comfortable king sized bed with an additional tv in the bedroom, and a very large walk-in shower. The apartment had DirectTV and Netflix available to guests. Off street parking was great and Shelly was a very responsive and friendly landlord. It is a loft apartment so it does have a flight of stairs if that is a problem for you.

We really enjoyed our stay and the hosts were very kind and responsive! Would definitely recommend for a romantic getaway.

Jennifer and Marty were great hosts. The two airbnbs they own are downstairs in their home but you have a private entrance separate from the main part of the house.They were very accommodating and had snacks waiting for us when we arrived. They had some plumbing issues but were able to accommodate us with the other room they had available. Everything was clean and comfortable. The house was in a nice neighborhood and close to town. We will definitely stay again if ever back in Kerrville!

This was the perfect space for myself and my 6 closest friends to celebrate my bachelorette party!! Its was such a beautiful space and very quiet and private. The host was so proactive with check in information, was flexible with an early check in time. They provided a clean and charming stay. I would stay here 10 times over, very affordable and walkable! Absolutely perfect! This unit exceeded my expectations. Clean, comfortable, and ideally suited my needs. Highly recommend both the communicative host and this property for anyone staying in the area. There were a variety of walkable and drivable food options in the area. This will be my first option when I return.

Great summer vacation spot! Our family enjoyed the view and relaxing time in the pool and hot tub. Also played Frisbee golf and had other options. Would love to come back in the near future!

We had a great stay! Really enjoyed the fire pit and patio. Beds were comfortable. We would suggest earplugs if you are a light sleeper and plan to sleep on the pullout couch. The location right on the main road had constant road noise. It was a perfect spot for a girls night away. We had a great time!

We chose this place because the pictures were beautiful but didn’t do it any justice. In person it was breathtaking and had a washer and dryer which not all locations do. There were lots of spaces around the home to relax alone and others to share and spend time together. The reviews posted were positive and we gave it a shot. My daughters and I enjoyed that it was minutes from the strip and easy to locate from any point. Loved it! Rachel was responsive and her Airbnb was on point! Absolutely recommend and will book for a longer stay next time. Book this cottage you won’t regret it!

I had an amazing stay at Robin’s listing!! The property was very nice and clean. We definitely enjoyed its proximity to main street! We were never too far from everything we wanted to do it was perfect! Will definitely be back!

Felt like home away from home! All the amenities you could want for a comfortable stay. We really enjoyed the backyard area and how it is set up to be cozy and the perfect spot to relax after a day spent exploring! This home was plenty roomy for our family of four and the two king beds were very comfortable and ensured that we slept like rocks! The area felt very safe yet also private enough that you didn't really see your neighbors unless you tried. Grocery stores are very close by for all necessities and with a full kitchen, it was easy for us to prepare meals at the house while enjoying the propane fire ring out back and a bottle of wine we picked up earlier that day at a local winery. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Town House muy bien ubicado y en zona segura, tiendas como Heb, restaurantes gasolineras farmacias a menos de 5 min en carro, acceso facil a la unidad y con todos los utensilios de cocina necesarios, muy buena limpieza en general y acogedor para familias pequeñas

El asador es eléctrico, preferencia personal prefiero de gas pero esta muy bien
