Excellent accommodation over looking the river with a pub/restaurant within 100m. Local walks to exercise or look at the local nature. Ideal accommodation to fit our family in and a great place to relax or travel to local attractions. Emma was great providing us with all the useful information you would otherwise have to research yourself. All the space was spot on and the hot Tub was fantastic to relax in either day or night. Would definitely recommend.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. We've stayed at a few air B&Bs, and these were very well-equipped, clean, and comfortable beds, The stairs are very steep, but there are safety gates you can pull across for dogs/children to prevent them from accessing the stairs, which is unobtrusive but very effective. The location was a great, short walk to the beach, pubs, restaurants, shops and takeaways, would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Lovely house, clean and well organized. Neighbours are friendly and Rachel the host has a welcome drinks prepared which is quiet thoughtful. Overall..satisfied customer

We really enjoyed our stay. Khori’s place was perfect for everyone and was a fantastic location for our stay. Made to feel welcome. Amenities in the house were great, couldn’t fault it.

we had a great stay while working in the area, everything we needed was in the house, very clean throughout, we will definitely use again when dates become available, the only small and it's very small we had to clean cups and glasses to use them, and also the washing mashing had a very bad smell

We were 3 families with small children and we stayed for a 40th birthday. The house was ideal, a spacious communal kitchen, dining and living area, and a separate snug room for watching the rugby/a film. the children loved the covered walkway where they could play with their toys. It was a 9 minute drive to Dunwich beach and we lucked out with sunny blue skies. I wish we had longer to explore the area more! Lyndsay was super responsive and provided lots of local recommendations.

This cosy apartment in Koolunga House was the perfect home-from-home for 5-weeks during a local work placement. The location was ideal, far enough away from the business of Great Yarmouth, but close to local shops, food spots and a walk along the river to Gorleston's lovely sandy beach and cliffs - great for coffee and dog spotting! The house has endless character and the balcony was a dreamy escape - both during the day overlooking the lush garden and dragonflies, and in the evenings for spotting stars and fireworks in the distance. The owners and house manager were a message away and really helpful. I would absolutely stay at Koolunga House again if I’m ever back in the area.✨

The place was very clean, homely and had everything we needed. Such a peaceful location, with 1 minute walk to the beach, 5 minute into the local town or the park. Perfect set up / layout for a 1 year old and a dog. Laura was very friendly, helpful and responsive. Would definitely recommend and would 100% stay again. Thank you!

We had a great weekend away at Jodie’s place. The apartment is as beautiful as the pictures show and it felt very homely. It had everything we needed for a weekend. Its location is ideal for accessing the local shops and open spaces. We parked in the public car parks which was very easy and not unreasonably priced. There is a car park opposite the apartment and two more within a few extra minutes walking distance. The surrounding area is beautiful. We revisited some favourite locations and our favourite new discovery was Shingle Street. Thank you for hosting us, Jodie!

We loved this apartment, it was clean and tidy and a great space for our 4 night stay. Great value for money and fantastic to explore Norfolk and Norwich. There is a Chinese take away and also a pizza takeaway near by and the pub just around the corner did fantastic food for a good price. Also the railway cafe was a nice place to have breakfast and the cakes looked good too. The apartment was very cute. a few reviews had mentioned it being a bit chilly but there were extra heaters and didn't take long to warm up at all. We were a little worried there was no picture of the bathroom but it had a really good size shower in the ensuite bathroom. I would definitely stay here again.

The apartment was exactly as described and in a great location. Close to the beach and bars / restaurants. My partner and I had a lovely few nights there and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location for a weekend in Norwich, however it is very loud at night. We also had a few people sleeping in the entrance of the flat on the first night but they appeared to have left by the morning. The flat is so lovely inside, has everything you need and is very spacious. However there was a lot of dust on the stairs and the bannisters. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, also the parking is literally about 2 mins away! Overall we loved our weekend and will definitely be back soon!

We had a great stay at this apartment, the apartment was clean, modern and very spacious. It is located very well close to the city centre and just behind St Benedict’s street which has lots of lovely restaurants, cafes and pubs.

Lovely self contained flat on a quiet street with both inside and outside space to relax in. Easy walk to the city and the station, near a nice coffee shop Mitre and the lovely Plantation Garden too. It was very warm and well heated. If you wanted to cook you would find all of the herbs, spices and equipment you'd need. Chris was very accommodating and I would definitely stay here again if I come back to Norwich.

We had a great time here and would recommend to friends and family, location was quiet and peaceful local pub about 7 mins drive and we had dinner there was lovely.. poachers pocket We would definitely go back here as the cabin was super cute and great for the dog

This place is just a short walk from the train station and in a quiet block. It is lovely and clean and comfortable. Scott is quick to respond to any questions and helpful. A walk of about 25 minutes gets you to the city centre.

Gils place was really lovely, it was very cosy and done out beautifully (my partner even took home some ideas!!) Suzy was very approachable and made our stay very easy. Love that this also supports MIND,a very worthy charity. Thankyou x

Interior space exceedingly well planned and furnishings comfortable. Excellent value for money. Being on a busy road was a negative point as was the smallness of the exterior space. However neither spoiled our stay and I would emphasise that the positives far outweighed the negatives and the hosts were very nice, so we would recommend

Marisol replied quickly to my emails and went out of her way to help . The information pack for check in and about the area was excellent . My first trip traveling with a dog , and all the extras were so nice . Biscuits , poo bags and even an outdoor hot water shower for your four legged friends . Perfect location for visiting my son at UEA , and close to green spaces .

Me and my wife stayed here for New Year’s Eve. We wanted. Change from the house party vibe, and stumbled across this lovely place. Annetta is a lovely host, very friendly and was happy to help if needed. We enjoyed the location, such a wonderful house surrounded by countryside. The jacuzzi was amazing! We looked at the stars while sipping champagne from our wedding a few months back. What more do you want! Would definitely recommend! Thanks for the hospitality Annetta! All the best Luke & Addie x
