Excellent accommodation over looking the river with a pub/restaurant within 100m. Local walks to exercise or look at the local nature. Ideal accommodation to fit our family in and a great place to relax or travel to local attractions. Emma was great providing us with all the useful information you would otherwise have to research yourself. All the space was spot on and the hot Tub was fantastic to relax in either day or night. Would definitely recommend.

Tide House was lovely - very tastefully decorated and well equipped. Lovely private and peaceful patio garden. The location was superb - very central and yet still really peaceful. Everything we could have wished for. Would definitely look to use Tide House again if we were back in Woodbridge. The owner was a pleasure to deal with, responding to our needs instantly. Great weekend - many thanks .

We had a lovely few nights in Amity cottage ,it was clean and comfortable with great access to a couple of shops and the beautiful beach and dunes . It was so peaceful too . A lovely spot for a relaxing and peaceful break ,just wish we’d had time to try the local fish and chip shop . We would be very happy to visit again .

Lee is a great and accommodating host who gave us recommendations, guidebook and flexibility with check in and check out times. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. The house was beautiful, very clean, tidy and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. There is a jukebox that comes with the house which is great fun. A welcome pack with wine and snacks to welcome you on arrival and menus for local restaurants and takeout. I would highly recommend staying at the coach house. Donna and family.

We had a perfect few days staying here in Horning. The house was fantastic and the village was beautiful. Tom was also a great host and was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Second stay at Penny’s place, and the second time we’ve had a wonderful break. Lovely cottage in a superb location - right by the seafront and only a couple of minutes walk from the High Street. Everything in Southwold is easy to access from the cottage. Penny is a great communicator and always replies quickly to any queries. Can’t recommend highly enough. Looking forward to the next time! Our Labrador loves it too!

We were 3 families with small children and we stayed for a 40th birthday. The house was ideal, a spacious communal kitchen, dining and living area, and a separate snug room for watching the rugby/a film. the children loved the covered walkway where they could play with their toys. It was a 9 minute drive to Dunwich beach and we lucked out with sunny blue skies. I wish we had longer to explore the area more! Lyndsay was super responsive and provided lots of local recommendations.

Wow great host and accommodation, the host had thought of every little detail to make you feel right at home. Comfortable and clean. A fantastic welcome basket was much appreciated too. The lodge at the Marina was a great location, easy to walk to shops, pubs and restaurants. Great place to explore the area too. We loved our stay. A big thank you to Nicola.

Our stay at Amanda's place was brilliant! The chalet was very clean, especially with the bathroom and kitchen being spotless. The hosts Amanda and David kept us informed and we got all the required information in plenty of time. All the amenities worked and we were able to settle in very quickly. On arrival there was some tea, coffee and milk available to make a drink so that was a lovely touch. The only down side I would say is we found it a little chilly (even with the heaters on) but that is to do more with the season than anything that the hosts could do. I would definitely recommend for families as everything was there for all of our children (even our 3 month old) and the included amenities on the site are excellent.

Alan and Sue were perfect hosts. Place was easy to find, has everything you could possibly need and in a beautiful park.

Wonderful weekend base for sons couple of football games that happened to be in the same area. Incredibly responsive host, and probably the most immaculately clean airbnb we’ve ever stayed at. Board games and card games were played and the dvds in the kids bedroom were watched. A wonderful couple of family nights spent away. Highly, highly recommended.

A beautiful place to stay in with everything you could need for a long or short break. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was very well equipped ( we never ran out of glasses or mugs) and the garden was very secure. There was a great village shop next door and the access ( steep steps) to the beach were only a couple of minutes away and you could get on to a massive and very quiet beach. I would love to stay here again!

This place has everything you would want and need for your stay, even provided phone chargers. Spotlessly clean, beautiful towels and bedding, communication was on point. Very helpful and accommodating. The welcome “goodies” were a lovely gesture. Fully stocked with Tea & coffee even provided milk so we could have a cuppa on arrival after a long drive. Recommend 5 stars ✨ ✨✨✨✨

The house was beautifully presented. We felt very welcome and this made our family Christmas very special. Use of the spa & having log fires was great and there was enough space for us to either be together or have some time to relax & reflect on our own. Lovely walks at the local beach with the dog. Very comfortable beds and a spotlessly clean house. The whole family loved their stay & I would highly recommend Rebecca as a host and her beautiful home.

Super holiday bungalow in a fantastic location, a short 20 min stroll from the wonderful Southwold seafront. Everything you could need was in the property, which was lovely and warm and in a very peaceful cul de sac, and Corin was incredibly helpful. We hope to return at some point for a longer stay to make the most of all the property and the location has to offer.

Lovely clean chalet, short walk to the beach. Ideal for young families. Had some milk in the fridge on arrival and haribo for the kids which was an unexpected and nice touch. Would definitely stay again.

Had such a lovely stay! Really clean and well decorated property, we travelled down from north to see family, so it was just a bit of a pit stop and we can’t say much about the area as we stayed in. Really useful book of places to go / takeaways/ shops. Good selection of amenities and thankyou for the milk and Prosecco left for us! Lovely hosts, very quick and friendly when helping with anything. Would definitely recommend, thankyou! :)

My second visit here, we had a different caravan than the last time but it was clean and still very private. I couldn’t recommend Carlea and the properties she offers enough!

We had a relaxing stay in this bungalow which was comfortable and well equipped. The little garden is sheltered and a suntrap. The wet room and shower were great. We enjoyed the welcome pack and treats. Liz and Nick were both friendly and helpful. Definitely a place to return to.

If you want to stay close to Norwich but be in the countryside this is ideal. Quiet and private with good food options nearby. Recommended.

We had the most joyous of Christmas gatherings for a large family. Sophie was so helpful during our stay. Would highly recommend. Lovely Christmas touches around the house

Really enjoyed our stay at Lazy Days. The cottage is very nicely done with loads of interesting touches. It’s really well kitted out. We had cosy evenings in with the log burner. The beach and dunes are just a short walk away, great for walking along the beach or for kids/dogs playing on the dunes. The cafe there does a good bacon roll if you’re hungry. The local pub Fisherman’s Return is very nice. We also tried the fish n chips takeaway in the village and that was excellent. The Nelson’s Head is another good pub with food about 10 mins drive. You can walk before or after, just an easy 1 mile, to see the seals. We drove out to Southwold for the day, just under 1 hr away and well worth a visit. We had an amazing meal at the Sole Bay Fish Co. All in all a wonderful few days and we would love to return. Thanks Orla for everything.
