Great place to kick back away from the city. make sure you have your car rental set to go. don't depend on yellow cab or sourdough service little pricey. this place is the true Diamond in the rough, as in away from the city rough. fishing was great also.

Susan was quick to approve our last-minute reservation and was very helpful. She is on top of communication and quickly mailed an item we left in her place. 10/10 experience

I periodically work in Ketchikan and wanted to show it off to my son and father. This property did not disappoint! I could not believe the view! From sun up to sun down it seemed to get better and better. The house was large, clean, and extremely comfortable! I stayed in the room with the view of the water and left the blinds open to wake up to the sunrise. They thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable. My dad loved all of the driftwood touches which added to the beachy feel. The porch was perfect for playing games, drinking coffee, and having a glass of wine with dinner. I worried about making it up the hill in our low profile rental car-it did fine but required some maneuvering to get up and down it. They did point this out in advance. It is a bit away from town-but in a very good way! Away from cruise ships and crowds and oh so lovely! The pictures don’t do the place justice!

Heidi was so kind and accommodating! She made sure our visit was comfy and that we were able to access what we needed for a great stay! The house was gorgeous, comfortable, and in a wonderful location near downtown! I would highly recommend staying with her! Thanks Heidi and Adam!

Heidi was a lovely host. It was the first Airbnb experience I've had where the host was present (private room in home). Heidi was very friendly and available but not intrusive. She provided very specific and helpful information and resources, and her communication was outstanding. Her home is very welcoming, and she is an accommodating and generous host.

This place is an absolute haven! Tucked away in the mountains, with beautiful sunset views from the porch. Also lovely for morning coffee when its not raining. Debbi and Chris go above and beyond to make it as comfortable as possible. They sprinkle the house with so much love in every nook and cranny, from the complementary coffee, tea and chocolates to the fresh breakfast items. Immaculate place, the cleanest we've ever stayed. They are so attentive to every little detail and anticipate things to make our stay even more comfortable (if that is even possible). We return there regularly for work and it now feels like a home away from home. We love this place!

This would be a great place to stay when you bring family. The two rooms both have a couple of beds and there is a big dining room area. The front deck is also nice when the weather is good.
