I can’t thank Amber enough for allowing my family to make such wonderful memories at this location. We are a family of 7 (6 adults and 1 child) and this space more than accommodated our needs. Our grandson (under 2 years of age) especially loved the entertainment of the Tongass Narrows which provided up close viewing of cruise ship traffic, boats and barges coming and going, plenty of birds to be seen, and airline traffic coming and going. The space felt like home from the time we entered the location. Having a full service kitchen allowed us to shop locally and cook and eat meals together as a family as well. As a runner, I left on foot multiple times throughout our stay and ran numerous miles in both directions. I felt completely safe at all times doing so. Amber was a great host. We communicated often and she was readily available to provide helpful tips to make our stay most comfortable. Amber- our grandson thanks you for supplying us with some toys and books as well.

2nd time staying here, and it was just as great as the 1st time. From the location to the hosts, I HIGHLY recommend staying here when you can! ❤️.

Marsha's place was just amazing - very peaceful, clean, comfortable, and felt right at home. Its location is private and just a short drive to all the destinations. Thank you, Marsha, for being a great host.

Love this place so much. Was staying at another Airbnb. That was too noisy and way too small for the exact same price. Found this one last minute I was able to book it same day for six days. Nice quiet location easy access to the apartment love that they had all kinds of amenities in the kitchen and bathroom for us to use 10 and 10 will book again.

I’m a local here and Ketchikan but needed a weekend to stay with my son and I until I could move in elsewhere. This is definitely the gem in Ketchikan ,easy to get to as advertised beautiful surroundings and the easiest way to get into the apartment you have to book it to find out what I mean..

The place looked exactly like the pictures was very very clean. Lovely big windows. With lots of light. located in a really active area of the town. Walkable to stores, restaurants, etc. communications with Jamie were always very fast and very responsive to any questions we might have. I liked the way the bedrooms were set up. With two king/queen beds and then another room with two twin beds. The two big beds mattresses were really comfortable. This kind of set up is really great for many different arrangements of visitors. Jamie provides a paid for parking pass where you can park in any public area downtown, but in Ketchikan, parking is sparse. There is a parking lot directly across from the apartment building where we stayed, but it fills up really quickly and street parking is very rarely an option. We found that you can almost always get a space in the early morning hours and mid afternoon and after six pm, just plan your outing accordingly. A+.

We had an amazing stay. The house was so comfortable and the bed was comfy and had enough blankets and pillows. There were snacks and drinks that I though was a great touch. They went above and beyond to accommodate us and make our stay amazing. Would recommend and stay again. Thank you!

What a great home. You thought of everything. The umbrellas were a nice touch. We were here to celebrate our son Patricks marriage to Libby who dad was the mail man for this address. Home had everything we needed to prepare our fresh catch from Baranof charters for the family. The layout of the home worked out perfectly,we could put the kiddos downstairs to play games. Beds were very comfy. Soft linens and plenty of towels. We would love to come back.

Check in was quick, simple and detailed instructions were sent prior to our arrival. The place is just like the listing portrays. Very clean and comfortable bedding and linens. Good water pressure in the shower and fast internet. The home has a beautiful view and the neighborhood was peaceful. Steve and Wendy were very quick with all communication. I really have no complaints or criticisms. I would definitely stay here again.

Immaculately clean, I mean spotlessly spotless, and a thoroughly well-executed and professional rental. Not a thing lacking. Very grateful for the coffee, and also spices and oil, to help us keep down packaging waste. Lovely south-facing water view. Fast and flawless wifi speed and TV streaming. The location is ideal--be assured that both the dockside tourism center and Creek Street are an easy short stroll away. The Fish House and the New York Cafe are superb restaurant options, at 5-10min walk. Car rental is also painless in Ketchikan, to get you to unforgettable sites like Lunch Falls trailhead and Settler's Cove beach. Moss madness! Fantastical phyllite!

Loved our stay at Mylene’s place. This was an annual trip with our good friends and this place met our needs perfectly. It was comfortable and easy. We like the open living and kitchen areas, good sized bedrooms and bath. A nice outdoor area for eating or relaxing. Mylene was easy to reach with any questions we had but luckily everything went very smooth. Looking forward to going again next year!

I used Laurel‘s place for a work trip and my colleagues and I absolutely enjoyed our time there. It was peaceful, provided a ton of kitchen space, coffee maker, and comfortable living and seating spaces, and bedding.

Book and exhale. This Alaskan retreat was absolutely breathtaking! Nestled amidst stunning natural beauty, the home offered the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life (we flew in from Seattle to do some fishing for a few days). From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the peaceful surroundings. The home was equipped with everything we needed and more! The kitchen was well-stocked, the beds were comfortable & the living area provided a relaxing space to unwind after 2 days of fishing for Cohos!! The views from the windows were simply stunning, and we spent countless hours enjoying the tranquility of the Alaskan wilderness. Axel was an exceptional host. He is incredibly friendly, helpful, and just a delight to work with. We will book again for certain! If you need another recommendation - We took our 91 yo mom salmon fishing with a company called Svenson Sportfishing. 🎣 There were 5 of us and we brought 320 lbs of salmon home!

I periodically work in Ketchikan and wanted to show it off to my son and father. This property did not disappoint! I could not believe the view! From sun up to sun down it seemed to get better and better. The house was large, clean, and extremely comfortable! I stayed in the room with the view of the water and left the blinds open to wake up to the sunrise. They thought of every detail to make the stay comfortable. My dad loved all of the driftwood touches which added to the beachy feel. The porch was perfect for playing games, drinking coffee, and having a glass of wine with dinner. I worried about making it up the hill in our low profile rental car-it did fine but required some maneuvering to get up and down it. They did point this out in advance. It is a bit away from town-but in a very good way! Away from cruise ships and crowds and oh so lovely! The pictures don’t do the place justice!
