Was easy trip into Ketchum, my rate was lower than usual rate but I was on my own and I got lucky to snag it. If you were traveling with your family or friends would be well worth usual rate. Lots of space and very comfortable! Host was wonderful.

The house was very clean and well appointed. The neighborhood was great and we had everything we needed.

Great new place, everything is new. Kitchen was amazing, super well equipped. Beds extremely comfortable. Independent heating controls in each room and main area. We truly enjoyed our stay. Easy 3min drive to the parking lot for skiing. 5-20min walk to Main Street in town. Family of 4, it might have been a little tight for 6 people.

we had a wonderful stay just after Christmas. the snow was amazing, and the driveway was plowed for us which was nice. everything was clean, comfy, cozy, and the appliances seemed new. the heater took a bit to kick in on the first day, but was fine after that. it's only about 10-15 mins from the little town and the skiing mountain, and that's with a few inches of snow on the road. the yard was big enough to just play in the snow with the kids, the only thing missing was a sled (we bought some overpriced saucers in town and left them behind so maybe they'll still be there for future guests). we also couldn't get the heated patio to work, but it didn't seem totally necessary. 5 mins to shovel a pathway in. we had a great visit here, and with 2+ feet of snow all around it was absolutely beautiful

House was perfectly as described! Great location and easy enough to everything!! Excellent communication and very helpful for a first timer in Idaho! Beds were amazing, which you don’t always get in rentals!! Thank you again!!!

My family and I loved our stay at 117 Audubon Pl. It felt like home the instant we walked inside. The great floorpan, comfortable furniture, well equipped kitchen and beautiful art were superior to many places we have stayed around the world. We had 6 adults and 5 grandchildren and every couple and the kids all had a great room and were nicely able to either join in or have their own space when they needed it. The splendid views from the house of Wood River, the natural riparian vegetation, wildlife (including a bald eagle) and the snow covered mountainside were exceptional. The top of the driveway for the house is located 20 feet from the Wood River Trail which was groomed for nordic/skate skiing every day, great for a quick escape and exercise. The location is perfect. Midway between Hailey and Ketchum one is able to quickly access the best that Sun Valley has to offer as well as groceries, restaurants and sites in either community. Perfect. We loved it. We will be back.

The place is in a great location right near the lodge. The building is quiet and the place was perfect. While an older unit the owners have done a wonderful job making it feel clean and cozy with amazing touches like the linens, towels and amazing bath products. The location is a short 4 min drive to the center of town, to Dollar mountain and less than 10 to Bald Mountain. The stables near by are beautiful and the snow covered fields were full of elk each morning. It was a magical stay for our first visit to sun Valley! Look forward to coming back.

Gorgeous house in a great location! Able to easily walk in to town and to local trails. Really well managed and check in/out was a breeze!

The place is extraordinarily well-appointed. We were busy, but felt like we could spend much of our time in the cabin and enjoy it. The surroundings are so peaceful and beautiful! The attractions are an easy drive away. Would love to come back!

Great location! Close to Haily and easy drive to Ketchum/Sun Valley. Super private with big fenced in yard. This is how airbnbs should be- easy check in, flexible check out, and NO laundry list of chores. Marie made our lives so easy, this is the place travelers dream of! We'll be back, and next time we'll bring our dog! P.S. Keep an eye out for elk in the backyard first thing in the morning : )

Great house with a great location! Easy to walk into town anytime of day, and very convenient for ski trips

we had a hornet issue that the host responded quickly to my only issue is that we were 5 adult women and one bedroom was actually a loft in the 4th bedroom so not an option for ladies in their 70s who use facilities regularly after bedtime ..
