Just had a lovely couple of days away here. The long barn is in a really peaceful, quiet area. Ruth communicate well before and during our stay. Ruth showed us around when we arrived and checked all was OK when we bumped into her when we popped out. The place was clean, well stocked kitchen utensils etc and milk waiting in the fridge for a cuppa. The bed was huge and comfy. Ruth even left us a birthday card. lovely stay and would definitely recommend.

The studio is immaculate and very comfortable. We found it easily. We had a couple of questions before arrival which were helpfully and promptly answered. Our stay was very short and we had no need to contact Richard while we were there. We would definitely stay again if they will have us!

Susan was very friendly and helpful great host beautiful garden to sit in the sun and town isn’t too far of a walk. The dogs was great to make a fuss of and very friendly we really enjoyed our stay if we came back we would definitely stay again.

We recently returned from a very comfortable 19-night stay in Julie’s apartment in Hitchin, a beautiful market town dating from the 7th century. Julie, and her daughter-in-law Kerri, are friendly and helpful hosts. The bright, sunny apartment is spotlessly clean. The kitchen is fully equipped and allowed preparation of numerous meals. Bedding and pillows were comfortable. Not being accustomed to English systems, we ran out of hot water the first afternoon. After contacting Julie, she immediately explained how to avoid the problem and have hot water whenever needed. We appreciated the off-road designated parking spot close to the front entrance to the apartment building. Location of apartment is excellent, being a short walk to the centre of the town, where there are excellent restaurants and coffee shops (don’t miss Esquires in the Market Place). And a five-minute walk from the apartment takes you to Hitchin Town Football Club, a very entertaining way to spend a Saturday afternoon.

Comfortable, clean, tidy and well equipped apartment, easy check-in and a free allocated parking space under the building (watch the introduction videos) – a well stocked Budgens is a few steps away, the park is across the road and MK shopping centres ten minutes’ walk away.

What a wonderful time in Steve's flat! Cosiness, lovely, high-quality furnishings, absolute peace and quiet - what more could you want? 5 stars are not enough......we will definitely be back!

We stayed for a night in stable cottage, very comfortable and cozy, very quiet on a night time with it being out of the way from main roads etc. Not a luxury stay but perfect for a little night away as a stop over to a new location. The facilities were all stunning and very clean. Thanks! :)

I spent two weeks in Florin 's house. The house was impeccably clean and very well maintened, with all the amenities needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The house is located in a very peaceful area, close to public transport, perfect! Florin was a very attentive and responsive host during our interactions. I highly recommend this house to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable place!

We had a fantastic stay at Fiona's property over the Easter weekend and we have to say we could fault nothing. The space was airy, light and relaxing. The beds were so fresh and comfy. The rooms were spacious, well appointed and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was well equiped and thoughtfully stocked. We all agreed that not being bombarded with a huge book of house rules and instructions on arrival was so refreshing. Having a leisurely check out time of 11am was really appreciated too. We all adored the house and the stunning garden and would love to return in the future Fiona ... if you'll have us that is 😀

Sarma was very responsive and flexible with our check out when our train was cancelled. We loved how much space we had and were very comfortable.

We had a fantastic stay at this spacious house in Peterborough. The property was spotlessly clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s the perfect alternative to staying at a hotel—offering much more space and a homey atmosphere. The host was incredibly helpful and responsive, ensuring our stay was smooth from start to finish. Highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Peterborough. Would definitely stay here again!

James was a very good and responsive host. Communication, directions etc. were spot on! The house was great. There were 6 of us in total - all adults. We did have a problem with a blocked toilet but James had this fixed quickly. There are 3 toilets in total so not a big problem. One star lost on cleanliness rating. On arrival there were crumbs across the dining table and a tea cup stain which we wiped away. Also, could have done with a towel in the downstairs bathroom. We also only had 1 tea towel which was done very quickly. We borrowed from family. Also, a lack of extra pillows meant we had to borrow cushions from the sofas. All very minor problems. I still felt it was value for money and would certainly book again next time we visit family in Nottingham

This is a lovely home, located close enough to the city centre to walk, great amenities, exceptionally clean, everything you could ask for in an Airbnb, host has brilliant commutations and is a pleasure to deal with, this place gets a big recommendation from us and won’t hesitate to return one day. Great stay! The apartment was spotlessly clean and comfortable, and it had everything I needed for my stay. Good location for the town centre and railway station - both within easy walking distance. Being able to park directly outside was really handy too.

This was my second stay with Andy. Andy is really lovely, friendly and helpful. I felt at peace staying here and very welcome. The lodge had everything I needed and Andy is really responsive. Really good location aswell

High standard beautiful place. Lovely garden area to chill out in. Perfect place to stay. Great location just a 5 min walk to all the pubs and restaurants. Lovely modern high standard finish to all areas inside the property made a very comfortable stay, would definitely return. Really enjoyed our stay. No breakfast items but there’s plenty of tea coffee, milk for a cuppa, and a fab cafe opposite The Fox Pub for a full English if required, or take your own no problem. One of the nicest air b n b we’ve stayed at, just perfect thankyou so much Sam, it was just lovely.

This is a little gem. Beautiful , tasteful interior. Anything that you think you might need to cook a meal is in the kitchen for you to use. It was lovely sitting in that gorgeous front room and chilling.

Fantastic place and the pictures don’t do it justice!! A haven in the middle of nature but with spacious modern apartment and the outside area is completely amazing!! Rosalind was really helpful and responsive and even though you feel like you are in the middle of nowhere due to the views and peaceful surroundings, it’s only a few minutes to the shops and some lovely pubs!! Will definitely go back!!

This was our 3rd time at Butterfly house and it did not disappoint. David’s place really stands out to us and that’s why we always come back. His place feels so homely and put together that it’s always on our list when we think of where to go for a staycation. Debbie was amazing hosting us, such good communication and great response times.
