Enjoyed the stay - the cottage was cute and nicely decorated - met all of our needs. Great athletic facilities. Nice being on the water and watching the sun rise every morning.

As we were arriving Christmas Day and not knowing what would be open for groceries, Sean provided a number of food items and a bottle of wine, which was unexpected, but very much appreciated. Having rented a number of vacation rentals this was the cleanest unit we’ve ever stayed in. The swim spa and the kayaks added to the fun we enjoyed. Sean was very responsive with helpful information before and during our trip. Highly recommend booking Sean’s place now or in the future.

If we could rate this 6+ stars out of 5, we would! Manuel was super easy to reach, he provided simple and clear instructions, the guards at the gate were easy to work with and available for 24/7 entry and check in.. the location is unbeatable for a boat owner! You dock right at your back door, clean your fish at the back door OR at the marina, immediate access to the Atlantic.. perfection. The home itself is extremely clean & beautiful. The kitchen and bathrooms were all stocked with anything you’d need as well as even the laundry room! We truly felt at home but twice as relaxed! Thanks Manuel!!

in the photographs the pool looked closer to our Airbnb. other than that everything was just perfect. Jason responded right away to any questions I had and made it very easy. I would recommend his place to anyone. thank you so much

Exactly as described and good location. About 30-45 minutes from Key West activities and a lot of stuff to do at the house - we loved the kayaks, bikes, and pool.

This was the first family vacation we have had in several years, and we were celebrating our son's graduation from college and new career. We had such a relaxing time and had so much fun. We would recommend the Atlantis Cottage to any traveler's going to the keys.

Very easy check in and check out process! Property is beautiful and well maintained. Safe and not even 1 block from the middle of duval. Walkable to pretty much anything! Would stay again

Our stay was absolutely great, exceeded all expectations. The house was clean, cozy, with gorgeous views, and exactly as described in the listing. The host was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making sure we had everything needed. Will definitely stay again if in the area!

What a great find! Everything we needed was there! Quick walk to everywhere: beach, Duval street fun, restaurants and grocery store. So glad we went with this air bnb and not the hotel we normally go to. Saved so much money. Loved the privacy!

We absolutely loved our stay and wished we could ve stayed longer. Betty has done such a great job with her place and we had everything we needed. i could ve just sat there for a month out on the patio! We enjoyed our stay. Very close to Duval and southernmost point. Plenty of space for 2 couples. Enjoyed having a kitchen. Host was responsive. Had issue with front gate but it was promptly taken care of. Wish upstairs room had small set of drawers and full length mirror somewhere in house. Would rent again!

Overall we enjoyed our time here. It can be hard to find from the road but has a rustic charm to it. Enjoyed kayaking and time in the tiki hut by the water.

First time staying in a house boat. Can't wait to do it again! The place is great for couples or small families. The experience was great--morning coffee wathing the fish jump and local manatees swim by--then off to the beach or fishing. Return to an evning out on the water again. The harbor is just far enough from the highway to minimize the car noise, which was an added bonus. Even rented a boat for the day to explore the Keys.

My husband and I had a great time here! We were amazed at all the fish and manatees we saw! My husband was in heaven getting to fish off the balcony and a manatee swam right up to us and went under the house! Such a cool experience! All the staff we interacted with were super friendly and great! Highly recommend!

Toni was very nice. She went out of her way to make sure we were satisfied with everything. The bed was comfortable and we got a great night's sleep there on the water. Watching the fish jump and pelicans dive as we sat on the front deck was very relaxing.

My wife and I had a fantastic stay. it's so close to Duvall and all the restaurants and bars in the area. plus the pool was very private, crystal clear, and shared amongst only a couple of cottages. The gardens in the area were awesome as well . We loved the combination of proximity to downtown and the privacy stay!

Very nice newly furnished place. a little loud being on the overseas highway and the cottage is much smaller than the photos show- there was no picture of the bathroom, and it is tiny- over all great place- I think its too small for 4 adults to be honest- a young family of 4 ok. The host was excellent in caring and help with any request- the place was clean and spotless and had everything you needed and plus more for your stay.

This is a wonderful place to stay. We loved having coffee on the swing in the morning and wine in the evening. It was worth getting up early for the sunrise view. Wish we had stayed long enough to use the kayaks since all the needed equipment was there. We would definitely stay again if we make it back to the Keys.

The place was clean and fresh, the pool was amazing, and the location was perfect. We were right behind Duval street which made walking everywhere easy. But the area is so chill at night that we weren't bothered by the never ending party

We loved our stay at this community. It’s very cozy and clean. The surroundings are well kept! Felt safe with the gate closed at all times. The swimming pool area is pretty much close to any unit so it’s easy to walk over there. The unit itself was very comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped with plenty of pots and pans for cooking. We truly enjoyed our stay!

Great location right off Duval St in Key West. The pool was great, clean. Located at the quieter end of Duval which was nice, but very walkable to all of Key West's amenities. When we come back we will try to rent here again. Great, great, great!

Leeann’s place exceeded our expectations! She was incredibly responsive to any concerns or inquiries we had throughout our stay. The added perk of access to Glunz Beach Resort with its beach, pool, and gym made our experience even more delightful. The house was equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. This was overall a beautiful space , the back deck area is where we spent most of our time in the evening with lights and an out door TV. The view was amazing, the water clear enough to see crab and fish swimming . Close enough to town to enjoy kayaking the mangroves and many of the restaurants . We enjoyed our stay and the neighbors were awesome!
