Incredible property. Perfect gathering space for my entire family of 6. Private yet close to commerce like Publix and local gym to work out. Great memories made.

Beautiful views and great spaces! We’ve stayed in Marathon several times in different canal houses with our family of 7, and this property is now our new favorite. We couldn’t get enough of all the beautiful views from sunrise to sunset whether it was on the porch, in the pool, or out by the Tiki Hut. Every bedroom has water views as well. Boat access was an easy out to snorkeling, diving, fishing, or whatever you like to do. There are two kayaks for use, which made for some nice outings to explore the immediate area. The kitchen had everything needed for cooking, and even had an extra under-the-counter ice machine. We had a great time here, and would stay again. Thank you to the owners for sharing your property.

The house was just as described. Loved having meals on the screened in porch each morning while watching the boats and wildlife float/fly by. Very peaceful setting. Modern bathrooms and kitchen. Also the Cabana Club pool and beach was a wonderful place to relax. We enjoyed meeting other Key Colony residents/visitors at the pool and at Sunset Park. They have concerts on Sunday afternoons in the park.

Great place to stay. It’s a house in a community with a lot of activities available. There’s an extra $125 fee for that, but it’s worth it.

A great place to stay. Across the street from the water and a great view. Loretta let us know about a turtle release that was across the street from the house. Because of a brush fire that closed the road in and out of the keys for days, she provided a link to monitor road conditions. I can’t say enough good things about the house. Everything was great.

I had an excellent stay at this apartment last weekend. The place is just like the photos: very beautiful, comfortable, and with a warm atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. Everything was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The location is perfect for relaxing and disconnecting, and the peaceful surroundings made my experience even better. The hosts were super attentive and friendly, always available for anything I needed. I would definitely recommend this place to other guests, and I’d love to come back. Thank you for such a lovely stay!

We wanted a homebase to explore the keys. Perfect little home and Pamela thought of everything for our stay. We typically cook but didn’t have time but I felt like the kitchen was better stocked than ours at home! Bottled water, Keurig coffee and wine were a perfect extra bonus. Funny thing is that we locked ourselves out of the property and Pamela responded right away and was resolved immediately.

Madelyn's place was a wonderful place for our family vacation. The heated pool and mini golf were a hit with the grand kids! A great deal of thought has went into the property's landscape to insure privacy. We felt completely at home. Plenty of spaces for everyone to go off and have "alone time". Most everything there is self explanatory, however Madelyn was proactive in contact with us should we have had any questions. We are definitely considering this place in future visit to the Keys!

Viel zu schnell sind die Tage bei Norma vergangen. Wir wären gerne noch länger geblieben und würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Norma ist eine tolle, liebe Gastgeberin, die viele Tips hat. Das Haus hat eine tolle Lage. Und alles ist so wie beschrieben. Wir sind in der Lagune geschwommen und haben Sonnenuntergänge bewundert. Es waren rundherum perfekte vier Tage, vielen Dank Norma!

Don't hesitate to book this place! After reading some of the reviews about the room being too small and too much noise, we were apprehensive but booked it anyway due to the low cost compared to other places in the same area. Let me assure you, we were pleasantly surprised with our stay. The room was a perfect size, not really small at all. It was basic, but clean and tidy, and we had plenty of room to move around and we weren't tripping over our luggage. The property was very nice and private, and the other guests all looked to be couples. It was quiet all day and night. In the morning, if you don't have the air conditioner running you will hear roosters crowing, but that's the character of Key West! They're all over the island. Finally, the management staff was very responsive. They allowed us to store our luggage onsite before check in. Just message them when you arrive and they'll give you the code to access the building. We will definitely book again!!

Anas place was a great fit for me. The house was accurately described as is in the pictures. Ana was very responsive and helpful to any concerns or issues I had.

This is a place that is well maintained by a thoughtful host. The view is great. The pool and tennis courts are nearby, as is the waterfront restaurant and beach.

Tom’s place was well worth it! Updated a bit too from the photos which was a nice surprise. The location couldn’t be better for a fun Key West vacation! Nothing better than parking your car and not having to move it because everywhere you want to go is within walking distance. Tom was extremely helpful with directions and provided parking suggestions. Very responsive, friendly, and offered many suggestions of things to do while in the Keys. The only downside, which wasn’t for us, but you’re across the street from a busy (but fun) bar that is open later than most on weekends. Nothing a white noise app on your phone can’t help with though if needed. Regardless, it’s a great location to soak in all that Key West has to offer and then some.

Stunning views, peaceful. we had stayed in this building before 7 years ago and found other vacations have never measured up to the view. This owner puts money back into his investment, furniture was comfortable, kitchen was beautiful and well stocked. This is a end unit so you really get special views! We definitely are going home with huge smile on our faces and are so distressed. On top of all that the unit was so clean!❤️

We loved being on the canal/inner waterway and having a place to sit outside to drink coffee in the morning and wine in the evening. It was great to see the boats come and go and the place was close to everything in Key Largo

A beautiful condo in a resort community close to many Key West adventures and restaurants. The balcony offers absolutely incredible views of the tranquil water, birds, and stars at night. The views of the sunrise and sunset were stunning. Condo was very nicely furnished and beds were comfortable. Pool was great too. Would love to stay here again!

We stayed for a week long spring break vacation with our 8 year old daughter. Everything is exactly as shown in the photos and stated in the positive reviews, and this condo is an absolute gem. It’s not only the perfect location in the resort complex itself…so close to the pool and a very short walk to the private beach, it’s also close to both Key Largo and Islamorada restaurants and attractions. We truly had the most amazing experience…the pool is lovely any time of day, it was never overcrowded or noisy, we loved having a full kitchen for cooking meals and having snacks, the ocean view was beautiful, and the in condo laundry was so very convenient. We also loved exploring the other islands, and felt so lucky that we were perfectly located for day trips and convenience to the Miami airport as well. We would highly recommend this condo and are looking forward to staying here again, or at another of John’s properties!! Thank you for an amazing experience!!

The first half of our stay went extremely well and there was plenty of space to park our boat. I would definitely stay again.

Die Lage war unschlagbar! In 10 Minuten ist man zu Fuß an der Duval Street! Der kleine Pool ist sehr gepflegt. Für uns als 6-köpfige Familie war es eine sehr tolle Unterkunft auf unserem Roadtrip!

Went to Cynthia's place 1/18-1/21. It was better than the pictures. The Kawama community, the lagoon and Key Largo are beautiful. First time visiting Key Largo and there's much to do.,,fishing, snorkeling, biking, and visit John Pennekamp Coral Reef State Park. I went with my three sons for a long weekend for fishing and went to Key West. The lagoon is few feet from the patio to enjoy a swim. My boys loved it. Cindy kept in touch with me to see if everything was good. I had a great time and her place is is neat, clean and meticulously maintained. Go and enjoy!

Great pool, hot tub and tennis courts. Access to grilling (charcoal) was nice as well. Nice sunning area with a little beach to relax and several umbrellas for shade. Easy walk to public beaches.
