Booked a last minute getaway with a large group of friends. The home was clean and spacious. Nestled perfectly in natures surrounding, every angle of the wraparound porch provided a picturesque backdrop. We had a great stay and would recommend this home. The bedroom/bathroom count provided for great privacy for our large party. We didn’t get a chance to get in the hot tub, but man we wanted to. As mentioned in other reviews, the altitude sickness was real. Every member of our party experienced different symptoms at one point or another. As regular travelers to the mountains, this was odd for the bulk of us. The heater in the home was on and working but struggled to maintain a comfortable temperature. All of the bedrooms were fairly cold at night. Maybe ask for additional blankets if you’re visiting during the frigid months.

The place looked and was described as best as it could be, but I don’t think there any words to describe what a lovely remote spot this is. It is so well kept, the communication is amazing, and the star gazing net was used each night of our stay. Watching the sunrise in the hot tub was incredible as well. Overall they exceeded my expectations and made a little get away a reality. Wonderful experience and will absolutely be going back :)

Had a great long weekend stay at John and Katie's. The location was great, felt very private and enjoyed sitting out on the back patio. Was close enough to enjoy all the activities in the area, but secluded enough to enjoy the peace and quiet.

Perfect for our small family of 3. Nice decor and appreciate the labels on the light switches throughout the house. Because it’s a loft, I’d recommend the early risers to stay in the loft. Quiet neighborhood with nice views. Less than a 30 minute drive to Breck ski resort.

Terry’s home was a beautiful home and an amazing stay for me! We did have issues with the upstairs shower not working, and there was a smell in the downstairs bedroom, but other than that, a great place to stay! It had amazing views, as well as an easy location find and it felt like home! Would choose this property again.

Beautiful secluded cabin for our annual ski trip. Ashley was proactive with check in and had great local recommendations. It snowed almost everyday we were there and we even had some people come and shovel the deck/walkways for us! Added bonus that went a long way. We are from Florida so shoveling snow it not our strong suit. Will stay with Ashley again!

Perfect! The cabin is adorable and convenient! Close to I-70 and Loveland Ski Area. The hot tub was a big hit and was the perfect escape after a day of skiing. The kitchen has everything you need, and the coffee pods and creamers were a nice bonus. The bed is comfy! We appreciated the board games, the extra blankets, towels for the hot tub, and the toiletries. Lastly, Jill was a fantastic host! She was proactive with info and speedy to respond. We hope to visit this spot again!

My family and I had a great stay! We felt right at home here. The proximity to downtown Breckenridge can’t be beat. Just far enough away to feel at peace in the mountains, but only a 10 minute drive to Ski Town USA. Like other reviews said, you don’t feel the highway at all. There is plenty of space, and Jesse is on top of it for anything you might need. The main living area is great, and we loved the wood-burning fireplace with plenty of wood on hand. We also were so happy that our dogs could join us. Would definitely recommend this place if you want to ski Breck!

Jourdan was such a great host and the location was beautiful. You MUST have at least AWD if you want to make it up to the airbnb with the steepness and hairpin turns -- definitely worth the view and stay though!

I loved the cabin it felt warm and inviting. The location was perfect to down town and skiing. I would def recommend it to friends and family.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a charming cabin nestled near Fairplay, Denver, Colorado, and it truly exceeded my expectations. From the moment I arrived, I was captivated by the stunning mountain views and the cozy, rustic ambiance that perfectly blended modern comforts with natural beauty.

Lovely place close to everything! Comfortable beds, lots of amenities, and felt like home. Stairs to second floor are very steep so would caution if you have very small children, but the upstairs bunk room is great for kids.

Darin’s place was just what we were looking for, a simple but comfortable mountain escape. He was a great host, and we enjoyed our time here.

Beautiful cabin for a family vacation. We had an emergency on our second night and Mark supported us 100% we are very grateful for all his help and understanding. I totally recommend this beautiful cabin and amazing host. God Bless.

This little cabin was exactly what I hoped for during my week in Breckenridge! If you’re looking for something the perfect distance from the business of town but close enough to get you to the ski lifts for first chair, this is it! Finding the place was a piece of cake! My Subaru crosstrek got to the house with ease! The private spot and situation of the cabin made it feel like you were all by yourself, but in a neighborhood of townies! The fireplace was a perfect touch to the week. I got to set the temperature in the house as hot or as cool as I needed. Great place to stay! Great responsiveness from John! Great instructions for check in! Overall, a place I will be going back! Thank you, John.
