Our stay at Odenia’s place was great! Super clean. Smelled amazing every time you walked in the door. Super cute decor. The only thing I would recommend is a clearer description as the place is more of a duplex rather than a whole home. She was very sweet and available.

Full disclosure, I did not stay at his unit as ended up in another spot with friends. Awesome communication and great pricing!

We stayed with at Tom's place for one month. It is on the second level but easy access. Street noise is noticeable as the music from the local favorite, Brians Place. Music is not excessive loud and usually done by 11 PM (only weekends). Cleanliness was very good, except 3 unwashed dishes, the previous renters put back in the cabinets. It is a very nice unit. anand spacious

My daughter and I stayed while she was attending a swim meet. Great location to the meet, downtown, and 25-30 min drive to Madeira Beach where we would spend our afternoons. Great location and perfect accommodations for our needs.

A quiet, clean location that is walkable to Sprouts grocery store, a cool coffee shop, the Riverwalk, and delicious restaurants! We would stay here again!

We stayed at Richard's one night and it was our first time. We were impressed by how clean, spotless and beautiful his place is. The floor distribution is great. We need it a good night sleep before catching an early flight and the bed did the job. Excellent place. Highly recommended.

10 of us stayed at Charlie’s place for a rescue team travel to the area. Charlie was extremely nice and responded quickly when messaged. The house was beautiful, extremely clean, and had nice touches. We didn’t use the coffee bar but thought it was a great touch! Very quiet peaceful neighborhood yet 2 blocks from the main highway!

The place is exactly as described. Very clean and Efrain is very accommodating. Would highly recommend and a great location near all the area has to offer.

This place was awesome! It reminded me of “old school” Airbnb before the quality of accomodations seemed to have gone down over the last few years. The property and house were exactly as pictured. Very comfortable and stylish, and the pool was fabulous. We visited in early April and the pool temperature was perfect. Lots of sun in the back outside, too. Communication and accommodation on the part of the hosts was top notch—they even offered to get us a pack and play for our infant, which worked out great. The neighborhood is quiet and suburban—good for a peaceful getaway. I wish there were restaurants within walking distance (there are not), but there are many options within a few minutes drive. Overall a wonderful stay and we hope to be back someday!

Priyank was the absolute best host. Very prompt at responding, kind, and easy to speak with. The house was absolutely stunning. VERY clean, modern, cute and quaint. The little things matter and made us feel at home (paper towels, coffee, toilet paper, tissues, vacuum, water bottles, accessible remotes/tvs, extra pillow/blanket, bathroom needs, and so much more). Those small amenities and going the extra mile are what I will remember and make me want to come back. Felt safe in the area, price was very reasonable. It’s hard to find a nice, clean place that is reasonably priced. Very easy check in and out. Cant say enough good things about this Airbnb and Priyank. I was extremely impressed and will absolutely be coming back to stay here!

House was plenty big enough our family enjoyed the pool also one thing was the washer smelled so we were not able to do laundry . I know if I would have contacted Dana about it she would have come over and fixed it but we just didn’t have time. Thank you for letting us stay in your home. We will definitely stay here again!

Owner easy to deal with and flexible as our needs changed during hurricane recovery. There was an internet issue…. Totally out of their control with a cut fiber due to storm damage tree removal. They communicated status and eta for fix about every 6 hours. Great concern for our needs as well as proactive communication.

My Airbnb stay was fantastic! The place was just as described: clean, cozy, and equipped with all the amenities I needed. The host was incredibly welcoming and ensured I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The outside area, with its island-like atmosphere, is breathtaking - it's easy to forget you're in the Tampa area. Overall, I had a wonderful time and would definitely stay there again!

Our family had a wonderful time at this condo! We enjoyed waking to see the ocean every day and also had enough space to relax on our vacation. Helena provides a beach bag with towels and sand toys that were a very nice touch for our beach day. The staff at the bar/restaurant were great and we also felt safe with the 24 hour security guards on duty. This place really made our trip extra special!

Communication with Dave was super easy. If I had any questions or I wanted to let them know anything they responded very quickly. We will definitely be back- even though we live across the bay-We still want to stay on the beach to remind ourselves we live in Florida. Beautiful stay! We will be back!!

Melinda’s place is absolutely beautiful. We could see dolphins and other wildlife from our patio. The pool was very well maintained and heated. Perfect temp every day. We also spent some time on the private beach. The condo was very bright and clean. The kitchen was stocked with dishes, pans, etc. She also had some throw blankets, plenty of towels, etc. Melinda answered all of my questions very promptly. We enjoyed a very relaxing vacation and can’t wait to stay again.

Summer's place was perfect for families. I have three children (8, 6, 3) and they were thrilled with the location. It was the perfect size for us. The closest was stocked with kids toys, games, kids beach gear, even a small folding stroller. The location was perfect and accessible. It is a quieter neighborhood but everyone was polite. The highlight of the trip was seeing a whole pod of manatees off the neighborhood boat dock. Summer was so responsive and helpful, and the location was perfect for us. Highly recommend!

The bnb was in the perfect location close to restaurants and shops as well as stocked with beach chairs, a cooler and more to complete our beach experience. Scott was super accommodating to our travel needs! Highly recommend and will be back!

Great place for the cost. Easy drive to beach, but can’t swim in bay at location. Pool was warm and drinks were cold. Would recommend.
