Quiet, peaceful stay. Beautiful view from the screened deck. Easy access to boats and water, comfortable beds and kitchen had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again!

The hosts were extremely responsive, friendly and polite. Amelia met me at the door and gave me the key; walked me through the rental unit to make sure I had everything I needed and was happy with the accommodations. She even offered to let me use the outside kitchen area to cook in so the room didn't smell of food. The bed was comfortable; firm but also with enough softness to support the back well. The shower is the size of a one person stall and the hot water takes a moment to warm up but there was plenty of hot water and it got nice and hot. There was an induction stove to use but the pans/pots are not compatible so I bought my own. I could have asked Amelia for different pots/pans but I needed to get a set to travel w/anyway. There was a set of two bowls/plates/cups/mugs/silverware, etc. The refrigerator is full size w/a freezer. The entire place was very clean. Easy to use TV and AC. Room is on a busy residential street so be okay w/traffic noise but didn't bother us.

Stay here!!!!! I can’t say enough great things about this AirBNB!! Great location (safe, walkable, quiet, close to great restaurants and coffee shops!!), GORGEOUS space (the backyard with pool and plants everywhere is a dream come true), and everything you could need inside: comfy beds, a super stocked kitchen (seriously, you could cook anything you want, the kitchen is stocked with all the dishes and pots you need), and very clean! There was a personalized book with local recommendations, the hosts were responsive and kind but gave us space… perfect!!!

We had a wonderful stay at Bob and Liz’s Airbnb in Hyde Park! From the moment we arrived, we felt warmly welcomed. The hosts were incredibly accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and had all the amenities we could ask for. The location was perfect—close to local attractions. Yet peaceful and quiet at night. Bob and Liz’s attention to detail truly stood out. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting Hyde Park. Thank you, Bob and Liz, for being such gracious hosts—we hope to return someday!

absolutely fantastic unit! very quiet, in a very nice neighborhood, and a quick commute to anywhere i went in tampa. bref and sarah were fantastic hosts. i highly recommend this property to anyone visiting tampa that wants to be close to all the action, without actually be right in all the action. loved it, and would absolutely stay here again!

Location location location! This is your private beach hut on your private beach while only being 200 yards from the most popular restaurants in lovely Gulfport. Since Lisa’s property is separated from town by a small park it is so quiet you would think you were on a private island. Inside the unit you’ll have everything you need for a long stay. Kitchen with stove, dishwasher, dishes, etc.

Kristine’s retreat was exactly what we needed. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, and the view of the river was so peaceful and serene. You can even walk along the river on a path made of shells that goes over a small bridge, leading to a gazebo, or relax in a comfortable lounge chair while gazing at the colorful flowers, trees and water. We loved playing ping-pong in the evenings and also had the option of a hot tub and pool. Every single employee made us feel welcome and went out of their way to make sure we had everything that we needed. The first night we arrived we were very tired from traveling and we were so thankful for the delicious steak dinner that they provided on site. The complementary breakfast basket with incredible homemade muffins was a great way to start the day. This retreat is truly an oasis in the middle of all the madness. I highly recommend Kristina’s place for your next trip to Florida.

Robert and Roberta were very welcoming and accommodating. We had a grill available which was great since we grill a lot. It was nice using the hot tub and we may have been the first ones using their pool this spring! Thanks for the stay. We had a great time!

Absolutely beautiful air bnb for a couple. The little touches that they have are so special especially amongst air bnb locations. They go above and beyond. The bathroom is an absolute dream and I wish I could have stayed longer. We will definitely be back!

This place was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. The place was very cozy. The tv is huge.

Eva’s place was so perfect for our long weekend. Just what we needed. The neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful, you feel safe and at home. The bathroom and shower were great too. We loved having coffee out on the patio in the mornings as well.

IF YOU ARE A COUPLE IT DOESNT GET ANY BETTER THAN THIS! THIS WAS AMAZING AND SPACIOUS! The floors have a very luxury feel and the bed was so comfy and clean. WiFi was amazing, location was amazing, and everything about this place and the host was perfect! You are missing out if you don’t book here!

My husband, my son & myself stayed for 2 nights. Lis was kind enough to allow us to use the washer and dryer before leaving the property. I would definitely stay here again! I’m already planning my return to the Tampa area. A few things to note: The instructions for the pull-out, sofa bed are incorrect. It’s a standard pull-out. Take the cushions off and just pull the bed out. When taking trash out..be aware that the blue bin is for recycle and the black is for regular trash.

I had an amazing stay here. It was in a great location and the host has great communication. Whenever I come back to Tampa I’ll definitely book here again

great location in between tampa and clear water. 15-30 min drive to each from the home. home itself is very comfortable and easily accessible. would recommend 10/10.

Great place to stay!!!

Julie and Zoli were amazing hosts and their place was perfect for a couple. The space is small but clean and had exactly what was needed. I ran into some issues with a canceled flight and Julie was so understanding and worked to find a solution that helped us out. Julie was extremely responsive, Zoli was very friendly, and overall a definite 5/5 experience. Superhost was an understatement.

Incredibly easy check in, nice little touches like popcorn and candy bowl, Scott was very responsive answering questions, very quiet and peaceful neighborhood. 10 minutes from airport, 15 minutes from Convention Center. Property was exactly as described. Would stay here again.

This unit was the perfect size and location for us. The kitchen is well stocked. Courtyard outside is very private and relaxing, especially since it's located in a cul-de-sac. Nubia was very responsive. Even at 9:00 at night! Would definitely stay again!

The most BEAUTIFUL place! We were there for the beach but ended up just spending a day by the pool, where we were visited by the most enormous heron! Diane was really so nice and accommodating. The dogs were great, I wish they had hung with us more!
