К сожалению нам пришлось уехать так как в Уланбаторе случилось наводнение. Мелоди очень нас поддержала, была всегда на связи. Нам вернули деньги без проблем. Я советую эту квартиру. Обязательно сюда вернусь еще раз! I rented this apartment for a month. The apartment is very good, bright, clean, comfortable, plenty of space, 15 minutes to the central square, Shangri La 7 minutes. Nice view from the window. Unfortunately we had to leave because there was a flood in Ulaanbaatar. Melody was very supportive, she was always in touch. We got our money back with no problems. The place was clean, new, and very comfortable. It was also beautifully furnished. The hosts were incredibly friendly and responded quickly to any questions. We highly recommend staying here! One of the best parts was the free parking in the garage. We will definitely stay again.

It was my first time in Mongolia. The country, its people and Odgerel made the experience wonderful. Everything was as described. Her house was clean, large and more than comfortable enough for us (we were two guys, each with our own room). When there were minor setbacks, she responded promptly. I didn't know that the government cut off the hot water for periodic maintenance. She not only informed us before, but offered to give up the reservation. We refused because it was further proof of her honesty. I definitely would recommend Odgerel and her apartment. Thank you for everything!

Had few days to relax there. It suited the purpose very well. I liked the clean kitchen and bathroom.

Proabably the smoothest, most streamlined check-in process I have experienced in 10+ years on AirBnB. Excellent host.

체크인시 상세한 설명으로 지하주차장을 이용해 짐을 내리기 편리했으며, 지하주차장과 연결된 마트가 3개 있어 장보기 아주 편합니다. 위치도 시내 중심과 가깝고 주변에 이마트, 뚜레쥬르, 맘스터치, 탐앤탐스등이 있어 편하게 지내기 좋아요.

The location is in the center of the city, so it's easy to walk to everything. There are many shopping and dining options around the property. Surag is really friendly and responds to questions very quickly. This building is one of the first buildings in the city, so it is a historical building. However, the interior is modern and I liked the fact that there were historical photographs hanging in the corridors.

The location is very good because the state department store is near and some convenience stores and restaurants are also located near there. The main gate is locked, so sefety is secured. The kitchen is small but I enjoyed cooking without any problems. Refrigerator is family size, microwave, rice cooker, laundry machine and clotheshorse are also available. All facilities works well and have no problems.

This is an amazing apartment in Ulaanbaator. Absolutely perfect Great Building, nice Mongolian style inside. If you walk, everything is near and around. Goyo is an excellent host. Thank you very much for your hospitality and patience to make my Mongolian experience as a unique story in my life. Hope to come back one day.

very nice studio clean and convenient

This apartment is palatial, spartan and peaceful. Located in a residential area milling with focused students on their way to and from the nearby university buildings. The main attractions of the city are all accessible walking distance from here. Byamba is a very helpful and friendly host and his cleaning lady was a treasure for holding a parking space for me before I arrived!

I’ve stayed with Tanan multiple times and his properties are always immaculate and exactly as pictured. He is super responsive and has clear instructions!
