We were already guests in Charles Villa in 2019 and have therefore decided to stay in this wonderful house again. When we arrived, the housekeepers were waiting for us and we were shown through the house. Everything was just as unique as the first time. The villa's decor and interior is truly fantastic and the view of the Gulf of Thailand is simply breathtaking. The bedrooms are all superbly and comfortably furnished and all rooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. It is very quiet around the villa and you can relax in the infinity pool and on the pool deck. If you have any problems or questions, you can always contact the housekeepers and you will always be helped quickly and satisfactorily. For more information see my review from March 2019, everything I wrote there still applies. Thank you for allowing us to be guests in this villa again. We'll be back for sure.

Lovely villa, as described. Accommodated nine (4 adults 5 children youngest four years old) with a bedroom to spare. It felt very safe and secure. Pool is great, lovely breakfast is included daily. Private chef Nittaya cooks excellent Thai and European food and can be booked for lunch and dinner. She will buy ingredients and cook what you wish. James will look after you, arranging taxis, outings etc. Thank you, we would have stayed longer if we could

Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen. Unsere Villa war mit allem ausgestattet, was du für den täglichen Bedarf brauchst.  Handtücher und Bettwäsche wurden für den gesamten Zeitraum kostenfrei zur Verfügung gestellt.  unsere Villa hatte einen 4 × 8 m Pool der zweimal  in der Woche professionell gereinigt wurde. Nina und Valerie sind sehr zuvorkommende und  liebe Gastgeber. Du fühlst dich bei Ihnen sofort wie in einer Familie aufgenommen.  Wir waren dort zwei Monate und wären gerne noch viel länger geblieben hätte es unser Urlaubsplan ermöglicht.  Auf dem Grundstück befanden sich drei Hunde, die sehr lieb waren.  Sie bewachen dich und das Gelände und du brauchst keine Angst vor ihnen zu haben, denn sie beschützen dich und du fühlst dich von Anfang an dort sehr sicher und wohl. Das Grundstück kann nicht ohne weiteres von fremden betreten werden. Es ist durch eine hohe Mauer geschützt. In der Anlage ist es sehr ruhig. Wir haben in den Morgenstunden die Vogelstimmen genossen. 

Excellent place to stay. Lots of room. It is away from the action, but easy to get around using Grab. Eric was very accommodating and communicated well.

Un grand merci au personnel, toujours souriant, discret et aux petits soins. Le service était impeccable, les repas délicieux, et nous nous sommes sentis comme chez nous dès le premier jour. We had a great stay, and the villa is pretty much as shown in the pictures, although it is looking tired in some places. The outside area and the pool are amazing. The location as we expected is very remote and you definitely need a car even to get to the local supermarket. The main hustle and bustle and good beaches are at the other end of the island so you need to be prepared to drive 30 minutes to 45 minutes each day if that’s where you want to be. Noy the host was very helpful in arranging car hire taxes massages and always on hand if you needed her but not in anyway intrusive. there is air-conditioning in the bedrooms and the bathrooms were all great however I must mention the beds are very firm. With regards to the electricity we ended up paying a hundred English pound which was for 3 people for 2 weeks and we were out most days, so bear this in mind. Overall a fantastic day and would definitely recommend.

Diese Unterkunft war mehr wie wir erwartet haben. Nicht nur, dass man herzlich und persönlich (aber trotzdem flexibel) in Empfang genommen wurde - wir hatten den Transfer mit gebucht - wir wurden auch mit zusätzlichen Infos rund um versorgt. Was ich besonders hervorheben möchte ist zusätzlich zu dem professionellen Umgang mit uns auch die einfache und schnelle Kommunikation mit der Gästebetreuung. Wir waren etwa eine Woche vor Ort und obwohl es wirklich ausreichend Handtücher gab, wurde die Unterkunft inklusive Pool 2x gereinigt und die Handtücher getauscht. Darüber wurden wir vorab via Messenger-Service informiert sowie die entsprechende Uhrzeit kommuniziert. Es war einfach, unkompliziert und wir konnten uns wunderbar entspannen. Mit Roller ist alles einfach zu erreichen, aber auch für den ersten oder den letzten Tag kann man problemlos das Nötigste zu Fuß erreichen. Taxiservice usw. wird außerdem von der Unterkunft angeboten. 100% Empfehlung - wir werden gerne wieder kommen.

We had a wonderful holiday at Chaweng noi villa The villa is in a quiet and secluded location. That said, there are plenty of activities and the beach close by. The house itself is beautiful. Large bedrooms and clean pool. Very pleased with the owners Yuri and Lana they were very helpful. 5/5 recommend!

We spent 3 weeks at Jana's villa and it was absolutely fantastic. Clean, modern, spacious and private, with amazing views over the ocean and access straight on to a beautiful, quiet beach, absolute paradise! There was the most helpful staff on site everyday, early morning to evening, to clean the villa and provide great food and drinks at the small beach bar/restaurant right next to the villa. If you want to eat and drink in the privacy of the villa, no problem at all, the ladies will prepare and then serve for you wherever you wish. Such nice people. Fantastic massages available whenever you wish, either in the villa or on the beach, Nok the therapist was a genius. We went on several unbelievable island boat trips with Jana's son Martin who has his own boat, unforgettable experiences and would highly recommend, such a great guy and always around to help. Perfect beach for young children, such shallow, clear and warm water, protected by a reef not far from shore, so really calm and safe. Communication with Jana beforehand was excellent and also on hand throughout our stay to answer questions and give really great local recommendations. A really nice lady who makes such a big effort. We found an absolute gem with this villa located in such a peaceful, natural and beautiful part of the island. We will be returning in the near future for sure.

From start to finish everything was amazing! Highly recommend. We had 7 people and the space was perfect…the best beach was right here where we stayed. We went to other beaches and nothing really compared. The beach club and the Shi Shi restaurant both amazing! The spa services the best! I’m very picky about places to stay and would definitely come back.

Très joli cadre arboré bien entretenu et très calme, avec une belle piscine et une grande terrasse autour ainsi que des douches, des toilettes et un sauna. Maison, et cuisine, bien équipée, avec une terrasse abritée. Mikki/Mikko (le propriétaire) très agréable et serviable. Le seul bémol, être motorisé.

Hallo Wir waren mit der Unterkunft sehr zufrieden. Wir werden sie weiter empfehlen. Als wir am Flughafen ankamen und die Telefonnummer wählten der Unterkunft hat sich sofort jemand gemeldet und uns am Flughafen abgeholt. Auch Beratung für Aktivitäten Roller leihen und sonstiges hat sehr gut geklappt. Wenn wir wieder nach Ko Samui kommen, werden wir mit Sicherheit dort absteigen. We had a fantastic time at this villa. It has an unbelievable view from the upper patio/rooms, a large and beautiful swimming pool, and a private/remote vibe that makes you feel like you escaped the noise and hub-bub. You do need to be prepared for a steep driveway that you will need to walk up to catch rides from Grab or other ride-share services. There are lots of stairs in the house to get from the first level to the third and vica-versa, but it is an incredible villa in a beautiful location with lots of space. I would recommend this for any group of island adventurers that want to be a little further away from all the noise and enjoy gorgeous views and large private pools. It is easy to order food and deliveries and the hosts provide a whole menu of things from meals to massages. Great place and loved the people.

This villa was nothing short of wonderful for our family of ten. It was clean, beautiful, spacious and had amazing views. We were greeted by our villa manager, Mr. Pong and his assistant Gad, who made our stay that much more special. They were always there for whatever it was that we needed, going above and beyond to ensure that we were comfortable, but at the same time giving us our privacy. Our hosts were constantly in touch with us ensuring that we were happy and that our needs were met. I really can’t stress enough how well we were taken care of and how much we enjoyed being in this beautiful place. The villa itself is in a quieter part of the island, but we knew that prior to booking and enjoyed the peacefulness and seclusion that it offered. All in all, our stay was perfect and we are very grateful to our hosts and the team for making this a very memorable family vacation. Highly recommended!

excellent place. we loved our stay. the house is big enough and we had what we need to spend many days. the nature around the house is beautiful. we felt in home. there a few restaurants around, and some supermarket/mini market close to the house. the beach is 10-15 min walking the main lamai main center is 40-50 minutes walking. there are also some bike rental places closer we will definitely come back.

Много уютна и спокойна обстановка както в къщата, така и в целият комплекс. Много подходящо за семейства с малки деца. Единствено ни липсваше оборудването на кухнята. Има всички нужни уреди, но няма нито кафе, нито сол, нито олио. Това по никакъв начин не повлия на почивката ни, защото има всичко нужно в близост, но би било добре да има основни съставки за готвене.

This is a real gem. You get access to a 5-star hotel with wonderful beach, pools, kids club, activities,restaurants, and air bar with magnificent views (one of 1000 places to visit before you die according to The Times), for a fraction of the price. the villa is huge, and I must say a lot nicer than the photos. the views and sunset are magnificent. Communication with Christian was great. and Nan took great care of us at the spot. We combined the stay with a week at Koh Tao for snorkeling and a week at Chaweng for more central stay, which was perfect for us. 6 adults and 6 kids had the whole villa and the apartment and it was great room.

What a beautiful place this was. Clean, comfortable and stunning views. Jake was responsive and clear during check in. My guests and I were really happy and wouldn’t hesitate to return if we had the opportunity. Thank you for having us.

This accommodation was an absolute dream! The view is stunning, and the place has everything you could wish for. Great furnishings, a small gym, and an amazing pool! The service was excellent. You can book a transfer for arrival and departure and receive lots of great tips. The caretaker is always easy to reach and very helpful. The owner, Danny, was incredibly kind and cool. I can absolutely recommend this accommodation and would come back anytime. Thanks for the amazing vacation

merci à Evelyne nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans votre villa tout est fonctionnel et il ne manque rien. pour les futurs voyageurs Evelyne s occupe du transfert aéroport et de la location du scooter livré directement à la maison malgret notre arrivée tardive, merci aussi a Roland qui s occupe de nous réceptionné et qui m'a avancé l argent pour payer mon transfert vu que je n' avais pas encore changer mes euros. A j ai oublié la femme de ménage très sympathique et efficace merci pour tout

It's one of the most wonderful places on Samui. The house is clean and comfortable, everything is new, and working properly. The community is very quiet and private, you feel safe and like at home. In the yard there's always an amazing blossoming smell!

Jenni ist eine liebevolle und aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Sie gibt tolle Tipps und hat für uns den Kühlschrank mit Getränken und Croissants gefüllt. Darüber haben wir uns sehr gefreut. Das Haus ist super schön. Sogar noch schöner als auf den Fotos. Die Zimmeraufteilung ist perfekt und das Haus ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Pavillon am Pool bietet sich toll zum Frühstücken an. Zum fast unbesuchten wunderschönen Privatstrand sind es nur 2 Minuten zu Fuß. Jenni hat uns ein Auto für unseren Aufenthalt organisiert und auch den Shuttle vom Flughafen und zum Hafen. Es hat alles reibungslos funktioniert. Dank Jenni hatten wir wunderschöne Tage auf Koh Samui.
