We had a very beautiful vacation at The Himalayan Shire. It’s a dreamy place that put our minds and hearts at peace. The breathtaking view of the valley, a little garden to hand around and sulk that beauty in, local pahadi dogs, quick nature trails, this place has it all. I’d choose this place any day over Shimla or Kufri. Definitely coming back to explore more of Fagu. The chef and staff were also very welcoming and kind. The place is enough pet friendly for our dogs to have had a good time. The room was luxurious and cozy. It was worth every penny!

Vartika's farmhouse is dream come true for nature lovers. It is away from the hustle and bustle of city and served as a perfect place for me on this soul trip. The food is out of this world and Vartika's mom weaves magic using organic vegetables from own farms. It is the tastiest food I have eaten during my homestays. The place is surrounded by mountains and forest. All necessary facilities are available. I used the big verandah for everyday Yoga and played with Chocolate, the cute and friendly husky. The place is great to chill or let your creative faculties function or enjoy leisure walks in the jungle. The drive itself is amazing and I would love to come here again and again. On connectivity, both Airtel and Jio worked very well for me just outside the room with data speed on 8mbps (1Mega Byte PS). I worked when required and had no issues. In the room, jio works ok but not airtel.

Among the most hospitable hosts I have come across. Ankur and Shilpa not only ensured we had a comfortable stay but also surprised us with delicious food all the time. The place is full of old school charm and was amazingly warm even when it was freezing outside. The views from this place were amazing and there are multiple cosy corners in the place to quietly read a book or enjoy a cup of hot coffee with your loved ones. It's definitely one of those places where you would keep coming back and make fond memories everytime.

I have never encountered better hosts than Mr. Davinder and his family. They are very nice, modest, witty, and polite. The level of hospitality exceeds that of any five-star hotel. The rooms are enormous and equipped with all the necessities. Delicious home-cooked cuisine is served. You will feel at ease. The homestay's location and view are both breathtakingly amazing. You must select Davinder's homestay if you truly want to enjoy the natural world and Himachali culture. The best homestay award goes without a doubt to Mr. Davinder.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at a beautiful cottage nestled in the hills, and it was a truly peaceful and private retreat. The surroundings were incredibly serene, offering the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The temperature at night was pleasantly cool, but thankfully, heaters were provided to keep us cozy. The cottage had a single bathroom, which was simple yet functional, and the whole space was secluded, allowing for total relaxation and tranquility. A special highlight was the property manager, who suggested we visit Hatu Peak for a trek. It was just an hour away from the cottage, and the journey was absolutely worth it. The peak was covered in snow, making it look like a winter wonderland, and the trek was an enjoyable experience. Overall, it was a memorable stay, and I highly recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway in nature.

Amber Vista Homestay gave me and my family an unforgettable experience. Right from when we arrived, our host Tribhun Bhardwaj was so welcoming and attentive, making sure every part of our stay was great. The food was amazing, with a variety of local dishes that really added to the whole experience. Every meal felt like a taste of the region and was delicious. But the absolute highlight was the stunning mountain view. Waking up to that incredible sight every morning was something we’ll never forget, it was magical. Amber Vista is perfect for anyone looking for a peaceful and memorable getaway. Whether you’re after relaxing, enjoying the scenery, or experiencing the local culture, this place has it all. Highly recommended for a refreshing stay!

Dhawal has a really amazing stay with the best views you can have and goes extra mile to make sure that your stay stays pleasant. You can see the Himalayas and sunrise right from your room. And at night you can enjoy the stars from balcony, living room or your bed room. It's a surreal experience. And the food was amazing too. Will recommend to stay for atleast a day to anyone who is passing by.
