Amazing hosts and a great place!! Definitely recommended.

The hosts created this incredibly beautiful home in the heart of old town Udaipur very convenient for visits to palace and other sights and shopping in the old town markets. Everything is up to Western standard and the aesthetics is stunningly gorgeous! Wow The caretaker, Mr. Bhagwati and his wife speaks excellent English and was most helpful in coordinating everything, including transportation, booking of dinners and suggestions of sites to see. They even bought groceries for me to make food at home. It was lovely to have a functional kitchen and ample living room space to lounge in. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite and the terrace provided great view of the old city Neighborhood and sunny spots to relax in and have breakfast provided and made by the caretakers every morning ! It was great to have laundry facilities as well. We stayed 12 days in total and thoroughly enjoyed living in old town at Smiling sparrow ! Thank you for creating such a comfortable and beautiful home

My family and I traveled from Jaipur, and our priority was to find affordable accommodations within the city limits, avoiding locations too far from the center. Incredible stay in Udaipur! So many great things about this stay. We booked this stay for a corporate off-site. First, Mega is a superhost - she is extremely responsive and helpful from the beginning - from when we booked to when we arrived to throughout our stay. She even left us snacks and starters when we came in - so thoughtful! Second, the location is impeccable - in the heart of Udaipur, overlooking the beautiful lakes, everyone commented on how incredible the location was. It was very accessible to everything - all walkable. Third, the house & suites itself were amazing - the rooms were spotless clean, very modern yet well decorated with traditional Rajasthani feel. The beds were large & clean, and bathrooms as well. Each suite is very well designed. Fourth, the views and general feel of the place was incredible - the outdoor space, the balconies, etc - really allowed us to enjoy the full view and enjoy our trip to Udaipur! This is an amazing Airbnb nestled in the heart of the city. It overlooks lake pichola and is right next to the city palace entrance. There’s a rooftop which is a great place to hang out and soak in the beauty of Udaipur. The caretakers are super kind and helpful. They also serve breakfast which was very good!! I would highly recommend this place for your stay in Udaipur.

I had a great stay at Vandan’s place. He allowed an early check-in, which was really helpful. He also gave great suggestions and guidance about the city. His friendly nature made the stay even better. The location is very convenient, making it easy to explore nearby places. I would definitely recommend this stay to others.

Lovesh and his mom made us feel right at home, they were deeply kind, caring hosts. They showed up with little snacks for us, aunty saw that we had come in from the heat and offered us beverages and in general took an interest in our comfort and well-being. Coming to the space itself, it was comfortable, well stocked, had a great view and was in the most convenient part of the old city that allowed us to walk to most activities that we wanted to do. The BnB is in a narrow lane, so I highly recommend walking at least up to the main road or bridges - vehicles only create chaos in the narrow lanes and lead to very persistent traffic jams. I cannot recommend this BnB enough! Book away!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Our train arrived very early in the morning at 4:00 AM, and Narendra ji was extremely helpful—he picked up our call on the first ring and guided us to the location without any hassle. He is a kind and hospitable host, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for us. The property itself was great, making our stay even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place, especially for families.
