This is truly a homestay and not a hostel or motel. Tran Quynh's place is quiet and comfortable, and a bit cave-like. I slept really well. The hosts are exceptionally kind and generous. My time in Hue coincided with Tet, and was greatly enriched by staying at this family home. Since the listing is being updated, I won't comment on the amenities offered, except to say that if "hot water" is included, you'll know that the listing is current! Lastly, Google maps is off. The homestay CAN be reached from Thanh Hai street. Heading southwest and uphill, make a left after Doi Cafe. It's a minute walk downhill. No need to loop around.

Nga's team welcomed us with open arms on check-in and made us feel instantly at home. We are 8 expats living in Huế already and we booked this place for a Christmas staycation and it was perfect. Nga provided us with Christmas decorations and a Christmas cake to make it extra special. The rooms are spacious and accommodating, Nga's responses to messages are prompt and informative. I would recommend the space to anybody! Cảm ơn Nga! Hẹn gặp lại!

Great place to stay in Hue! This might be my favorite Airbnb ever. It was a short grab ride from the places we wanted to visit and so spacious. I would absolutely recommend staying here.

We have the BEST time at Uyen's place. Her place is thoughtfully designed and decorated. The house has a charming historic vibe yet offers all the necessary amenities and beyond. We were also very much in love with the ample outdoor space, the porches and the cute garden - so was our puppy :) The house is about 20-min by car to the city center which was no issue for us as the area is very peaceful and filled with greenery: there is even a small pine forest at the back of the house - definitely worth the ride. The masoleums are also located in this area so if they were a part of your itinerary this should be a perfect place to stay. On top of all the plusses, Uyen's hospitality is what guarantees our return next time. There were fresh flowers in the house, fresh fruits and super soft towels :) She were super responsive, gave amazing recommendations and even helped purchase local delicacies for us to bring home. Overall a 12/10 - can't wait to come back for a much longer stay <3

We had a great stay! This guesthouse is a bit further from the city center, but it's a beautiful space which is set up in a minimalist style with low tables and futon-style beds. And we enjoyed exploring the surrounding neighborhood, which is something a bit different from the areas where many tourists congregate. The host was extremely kind and accommodating, even bringing over a bottle opener when we had a wine bottle we needed to open and leaving us a plate of koi food so our 2yo daughter could "help" feed the koi. (This absolutely made the trip for her; she was SO excited to feed the fish. We'd love to stay here again. Thanks!
