We had a comfortable stay for 5 days & 4 nights, we are family of 4 with 1 kid, the place is near the old town city, highland park and Nizami street around 5-10 mins walk only. Arif is a great host and available anytime whenever we have queries, we will surely come back again.

Nijat's place was exactly what I was looking for when I was searching for a place to stay for our Azerbaijan travel. It was spacious, bright, clean, and orderly. So if you are someone who is looking for a comfortable place to stay, I definitely recommend Nijat's place. He has everything ready, from toiletries to tissues and towels, cleaning materials, and cooking stuff! It is definitely a home. ♥️ He has a fast wifi connection as well! The place is walking distance to Nizami Street, wherein you can shop, chill, and find good cafes/restaurants. It is also situated one building away from a police station; hence, you are sure that you are safe. Plus, Nijat is also very accommodating; he allowed us to check in early and check out late. I recommend 1000000%. We were really lucky we found him on Airbnb! All the best to you, Nijat!

Fantastic apartment with an unbeatable location! Our stay was wonderful, with easy access to taxis (especially Bolt) and major attractions. A supermarket across the street made stocking up effortless, and nearby cafés and restaurants added to the convenience. A beautiful Catholic Church within walking distance was a lovely visit. The apartment itself was stylish, well-lit, and fully equipped with essentials. Security was excellent, and the spacious layout suited our family perfectly. Host Elmin was incredibly cooperative, ensuring a smooth experience from booking to checkout. With its prime location, comfort, and great amenities, this apartment exceeded our expectations. We’d gladly stay here again!

Благодарю хозяйку за тёплый прием и отзывчивость. отношение цена качество и местоположение 10 из 10 ! Рядом есть овощные и продуктовые. Также кафе с отличной выпечкой и тортиками. Мы передвигались на личном автомобиле до центра города 15 – 20 минут. Мы были зимой , отопительная система отлично справлялась со своей работой дома было тепло , в доме есть всё необходимое чтобы готовить. Также есть утюг и фен. Обязательно вернёмся❤️💐

Luxurious Villa Getaway in Baku!* We had the absolute pleasure of staying at this stunning villa in Baku with our family, and it was truly a home away from home! From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the villa's grandeur and beauty. The spacious rooms, high ceilings, and elegant decor made us feel like royalty! The villa was immaculately clean and perfectly maintained, with every amenity we could possibly need. The kitchen was fully equipped, the beds were incredibly comfortable, and the bathrooms were luxurious! But what really made our stay stand out was the incredible hospitality of our host. Elvin was very warm, welcoming, and always available to answer our questions and provide recommendations. He even helped us arrange transportation and made sure we had everything we needed! The villa's location was perfect - close enough to the city center to explore all the sights, yet far enough away to enjoy some peace and quiet. The best in Baku .. please book n stay

Nigar and Delya were both very warm and proactive. We had a great stay and would love to visit again. The house was beautiful, clean and exactly like the pictures. it was picture perfect and we got some great shots for our own insta + photo galleries here too loved everything

Квартира хоть и маленькая, но уютная и в ней все необходимое, для краткосрочных поездок самое то. Расположение также прекрасное, самый центр города. Хозяйка была очень отзывчивой и доброй, всегда была на связи, разрешила также подольше побыть в квартире.

Ulvi is a great honest host who made sure that I am fully taken care of while in Baku. The apartment itself was superb in every aspect. As frequent travelers we all love it when the description matches the exact place. I really enjoyed my stay at Ulvi's place. The place is in a perfect location away from the city's non stop traffic noise as I experienced in other accommodation in Baku, but yet conveniently located within walking distance of Caspian Sea, within a short walk are a number of shopping malls with luxury brands and other brands within budget, a large grocery store called Bravo for all your essentials, a number of restaurants from luxurious ones to the ones within budget. Access to cheap and easy public transportation is also within walking distance that can be used to explore anywhere else in city. What I really enjoyed the most was walking and jogging in the park near by next to Caspian Sea. Breathing the fresh scent less ocean breeze felt incredible in my lungs and skin.
