Initially, I was heavily skeptical because the photo just looked too good and maybe the place wouldn't match the description. But I was extremely wrong. This place not only has a living space that completely blew me away with handcrafted furnitures, but everything is extremely well kept and clean, not to mention the amazing hospitality that we received from both K'Tum and Ed that makes us feel extremely welcomed with their souvenirs, complimentary drinks and breakfast. The best thing about this place is probably the kitchen because there really is every kitchen utensils or tools you need to cook for your family or loved ones, not to mention the vast amount of beautiful plates within the cabinets that elevated our Valentine's date even more. We are extremely delighted to have found, stayed, and enjoyed Rumor has it and will probably come back again in the near future!

We booked 2 units for business trip from Benny, who is a friendly and nice landlord. We quite enjoy the stay during these days, and we really appreciate Benny's help for everything, like Grab car, show us the way for MTR, change bed sheets on time, and room clean service, etc. He also recommend the Koh Kret for sightseeing, which is a very famous island, and worth to go. In all, thanks so much for his hospitality. We would love to book again if we go near there.

J’ai grandement apprécié mon séjour chez Benny et elle a été très accueillante ! La présence du seven eleven juste à côté du logement est aussi un plus, cela m’a été grandement utile !

Nhà được bao bộc khu vực an ninh rất an toàn và tiện nghi, các chú bảo vệ thân thiện vui vẻ. Gần ga tàu và các tiện ích tiện nghi. Căn nhà rất thoải mái tạo một không gian yên bình ấm cúng. Chị chủ nhà rất chu đáo và hỗ trợ nhiệt tình. Cảm ơn chị chủ nhà!

Had a good time. Very slightly far from everything but when you have a big group you can’t be picky. The host was excellent, we had a blast. Would definitely come back to her place. Beautiful location and friendly neighbors.

nancy, the people working at and the owner of the cottage were very friendly and always ready to help. we had a barbecue alltogether on one night which was fully paid by the owner. the place is quiet and peaceful and really is great to lay low for a while. the only inconveniance is the difficult availabilities to come around and limited ways of transport at the cottage. i would still defenitely recommend this place :)

Beautiful location fantastic atmosphere Une and her family were wonderful. Highly recommend this traditional Thai home.

The place is nearby BTS Station Sena Nikhom and you can easy get what you need by 7-11, Aeon Shop and various restaurants and cafe. The place is suitable for a group travel. Anything is alright.
