I had a great stay here and felt right at home immediately. Communication with Mintie was excellent and a few small issues with the kitchen after checking in were handled quickly and thoroughly. I like to cook and saw that there was no stove. Mintie's dad brought a little electric burner to me within a couple hours of my arrival. The superhost status is well deserved! The bedroom is cozy but has some good storage space. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom has a great walk-in shower. The other reviews are accurate - this is a great condo/apartment. The building staff are friendly and kind. There is a little restaurant next to the building entrance called Tree House. Highly recommended! I will mention that the area surrounding the condo is a weird mix of industrial, commercial and residential. The driveway is off a very busy street and the sidewalks in both direction are fairly narrow. The Yaek Nonthaburi 1 MRT is about 8 minutes walk and Owl Market is 12 to 15 minutes away.

I had an amazing stay at this apartment! It was even better than the photos. The flat was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. Everything was well-maintained, and the amenities made my stay very comfortable. The host was incredibly responsive and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in and answering any questions promptly. The location was also perfect, with easy access to nearby food market. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The apartment was clean and comfortable and everything was exactly as listed. The host was kind and well organised and check in was easy. The wifi was fast and suitable for working online. There's a busy road below but the noise blended into the background after a while, and the building itself was very quiet. There's a lovely park with a lake and soft running track five minutes walk away, and the swimming pool was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

Our second time at Morgan place. Still awesome! Live this place, the bed is amazing sleep so good. Very clean, bot shower, great pool. Near a market 2 minutes walk. Great food at night and 5 minuts to central. 7/11 Morgan is an very great and awesome host.

This condo was a great find! It was exactly as described and perfect for my needs. The space was comfortable and allowed me to both relax and get some work done. The host was incredibly kind and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. I had a wonderful time and would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

The host is really very helpful. I flew in from Hong Kong before checking in to her unit and noticed that my mobile number was blocked due to over usage of overseas data roaming. She fetched me to AIS office the next day and the problem was resolved immediately and I got my mobile number unblocked. She was also very responsive to my queries. The unit was well cleaned and well stocked. In house washing machine and air con are in good condition. The only problem is the swimming pool was too cold for me though. Gym was well maintained and equipment in good condition.

Renantes place is a little gem, 5 minute walk to the nearest metro to get to town, and its about 25 mins to the airport/train station. The apartment is beautifully decorated and the bedrooms are lovely the spare room has an ensuite, a couch a work space with a good work chair and a decent mattress on the floor ready to go so you can use it as a spare room or office. Renante was very helpful and easy to communicate great value for money. I'd definitely consider their place again if I have business that side of the city.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond. The free gym and pool was so nice to have, we went everyday! The wifi in the apartment was amazing and we could work online without any problems. Hot water and electricity is included in the price! Tops convenience store is just around the corner and Lotus supermarket is a short 10mins walk away. We can definitely recommend this place!

First of all amazing host, flexible with check in, responsive and helpful. She was able to come down when the washing machine had a problem and offered to cover the cost of washing in the communal area. The place was neat and tidy and had pretty much everything you’d need at home. The location was great for anyone training at Superbon Training Camp. However, not many restaurants in the walking distance, or maybe I couldn’t find them. Either way a solid 10/10.

Apple is definitely one of the best Airbnb hosts you could ever have the pleasure of meeting: super communicative, friendly, detailed, and helpful from start to end. She definitely was the big factor in making the stay feel like a great one. 😊 The location is great if you need to be in the area. It was very convenient, especially with a 7-Eleven very close by downstairs, and I never had any issues hailing a Grab from the apartment.

The condo was extremely new, clean, quiet, and just all around lovely! I traveled with my mom and loved that it was 2 br, 2 bathroom and the bedrooms are separated by indoor stairs so there was a lot of privacy. The pool is very nice and refreshing before sunset and there's also a sauna room but we didn't use it. The location is a bit far to the city centre (1 hr by car, around 300baht for Grab), but the shuttle bus service to Saima MTR station was convenient. From there on, you can take the Purple line. The host was very helpful and lovely too! She helped us out a lot via AirBNB text during checkin and also gave us great local recommendations. All in all, it was one of the newest and nicest Airbnbs we've stayed in, and it's great for 2 or 3 people groups.

We stayed for a month at Joy's place with our three children. We all loved our stay. The place is next to the MRT station and bus stop which takes us everywhere and also close to Nonthaburi Boat Ferry stop (Bus 65/30). A lot of food places are all around the apartment, and Big C super market is just a few minutes walk. Joy was always proactive with her communications. She also send us extra blankets immediately when we requested. Washing machine is downstairs in the parking lot to use for 30 Baht. There is a drinking water filling station also downstairs in the parking lot. We paid 4000 Baht as security deposit for electricity and water, and Joy returned the remaining amount soon after check-out. Joy upgraded our stay to another apartment on the same floor which was very clean and comfortable for our stay. It had a bathtub, a spacious kitchen, and and lot of space for all of us to enjoy our stay. We highly recommend our stay with Joy and really enjoyed her hospitality.

주변에 버스정류장이 있어서 이동이 편리했고 논타부리 항구에서 배를 이용해 시내로 갈 수도 있습니다. 호스트는 매우 친절했고 숙박기간동안 여러가지를 배려해 주었습니다.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Audy. Lui et sa femme ont été très accueillant et disponible, ils nous ont aidé en cas de besoin avec beaucoup de réactivité et nous ont conseillé sur plusieurs visites. Une belle maison familiale, les enfants ont adoré les jouets mis à disposition, la piscine. Quartier très calme et paisible mais facilement accessible. Nous avons passé de très bons moments avec eux et nous sommes très heureux de les retrouver le mois prochain pour notre future location. Nous recommandons Kittichai à 100%, encore un grand merci à lui et sa famille pour ce séjour.

First of all: beautiful house. Even better in real life than in pictures. Clean, spacious, everything you need. Just perfect. The pool is incredible, perfect for a cool down. Bedrooms are spacious, bathrooms are clean, AC’s everywhere to cool the house in no time. Surroundings feel really secure. There are three security gates to arrive at the house. For example: at arrival the keys were just hanging by the door. Perfect! We would recommend to hire a car. Once you get used to it, traffic is less daunting than we thought it would be. We drove downtown (in half an hour) to see the reclining Buddha. There are cheap parkings with lots of space right in the neighborhood. If you don’t like to drive you can always take the public transport. There is a large shopping mall, just a 15 min drive away to buy groceries, street food… And then the host, Tanyanat: Friendly, kind and very helpful all the way. Unbelievably quick in responses. Very happy with her as our host.

The stay was extremely lovely with all the amenities we could possible need to make our stay comfortable. The hosts were always responsive and extremely helpful. Max even helped to send a bag back to us that we had left behind at the stay!
