We had a great stay at Sunny’s place. Everything was provided as in the description, the condition of the apartment was superb and host was very communicative. Building is modern and the area is easy to move around from. Big Lotus being just few minutes walk from the apartment was very convenient for groceries and cooking.

Tout était parfait, très belle appartement moderne, très Propre , belle piscine si tu es environ 15 minutes de la vieille ville, tout était parfait

Thank you for a wonderful stay in the appartment. We loved everything about it!The view from the balcony is one of the best you can get and the apartment was fabulous. Krittiya is one of the nicest persons you can find - it felt like meeting an old friend! 💕 The pool area and the gym are nice. We spent a week and we did not see anyone else at the pool. Felt a bit like you had your private pool. We loved the neighbourhood, but be aware that this is not central Bangkok, this is Nonthaburi, a suburb to Bangkok, where there are less turists and you can experience the everyday life. Just what we wanted, to be able to sit at a small restaurant on the pavement and eat the most delicious food. We will definitely come back to both the area and the apartment. Fredrik & Helen

Even though, we stayed for a few days it’s was good location as it’s close to Impact Arena and there’s many street food vendors near by. Overall, a nice place stay.

The host is really very helpful. I flew in from Hong Kong before checking in to her unit and noticed that my mobile number was blocked due to over usage of overseas data roaming. She fetched me to AIS office the next day and the problem was resolved immediately and I got my mobile number unblocked. She was also very responsive to my queries. The unit was well cleaned and well stocked. In house washing machine and air con are in good condition. The only problem is the swimming pool was too cold for me though. Gym was well maintained and equipment in good condition.

部屋の広さ、清潔さからは考えられないほど値段が安いです。 空港へのアクセスも良く、コンビニ、スーパーも近いため、過ごしやすいです。 また、ホストの対応がとても親切で、返答も速いため、安心できました。 またタイを訪れることがあれば、必ずここに泊まりたいです。

Puwanart's space for my family was a home away from home. Since the time we entered the Areeya estate it felt like a peaceful neighbourhood surrounded by residential properties within a gated and guarded community. The neighbourhood is quite, private ,safe and highly suitable for a family. The house is well equipped with all the required amenities and was spotless when we checked in. Bangkok city center is easily accessible by taxi and the best way to get to center is through grab taxis. Also there is a nice market with lot of food and shopping options right at entrance of the estate. I would highly recommend Puwanart's space to anyone visiting Bangkok and will definitely choose this space in our next visit.

Really great find in a busy city. Comfy beds, great kitchen amenities and clean as a whistle. Host was excellent.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was very accommodating. The location is a bit far, and walking to the train station in the heat was challenging for our seniors, so we used Grab all the time. But overall, it was a great stay. Thank you!

I highly recommend this home. We stayed for two months while waiting for our permenant housing. There was plenty of room for our family of six. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking, and there are even two refrigerators which is very nice. There are many air conditioners which kept the home nice and cool. There is also a washer and dryer which worked much quicker than the appliances in Europe that we are used to. The location is great. It’s in a quiet neighborhood, but is also close enough to a major road that it’s easy to walk and find restaurants and shopping. There is a private parking space, and it is easy to get downtown by driving (the home is close to the expressway), or by walking and taking the pink line. The hosts were lovely and very responsive. They even sent cleaners free of charge several times during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment. The hosts were very friendly and quick to respond. The free gym and pool was so nice to have, we went everyday! The wifi in the apartment was amazing and we could work online without any problems. Hot water and electricity is included in the price! Tops convenience store is just around the corner and Lotus supermarket is a short 10mins walk away. We can definitely recommend this place!

Loved my stay at Run’s place. A very clean and comfortable condo room. Beautiful roof top view on the top floor and nice gym. MRT is right next to the condo which is amazing. 3 minute walk. It’s a bit further out of the city, will take you around 45 mins - 60 mins via few trips. But a perfect stay. Run was very helpful and always swift to communicate. Recommend.

Ottimo alloggio, tenendo conto del prezzo. Alloggio pulito, non rumoroso, letto comodo, AC ben funzionante. Palestra, piscina e sauna. Unica cosa che non mi è piaciuta : l’enorme quantità di cartelli affissi dentro la camera, ci sono tipo 7/8 cartelli in cui c’è scritto sempre la stessa cosa “vietato fumare, togliere le scarpe ,vietato fumare, vietato fumare” Forse un po’ troppo eccessivo, bastava solamente un cartello, al posto di riempire la stanza di essi. Ma é comprensibile, essendo in un grande Condominio. L’host é super reattiva e molto disponibile

I went for the swimming and it didn't disappoint. Even when one pool was in repair for a week, there was still 2 other pools to use. I liked the views from the rooftop. Great way to spend an afternoon. It was a definite plus that there was a 7-Eleven on the ground floor. You pretty much find anything you might need during your stay. I can highly recommend.

It was a wonderful stay, very friendly and fast responding host. Accommodation was close to airport, clean, equipped with everything I needed. The gym and co-working space as well as swimming pool were a huge addition to make the stay even more pleasurable. Would definitely stay there again.
