Fantastic apartment right on the beach. Easy to find. Easy to check in. Very clean and comfortable. Nice balconies that overlook the Gulf of Corinth. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. We used the washer and dryer. Very relaxing modular sofa and big smart tv. WiFi was strong. Shower was big (for Greece). Hot water worked great. Nice stone bathroom sink. The apartment was nicely decorated. Elevator was nice when moving luggage, but otherwise we used the stairs. Most comfortable bed we’ve had on this 90 day trip to Greece. There were restaurants very close (the Italian one was superb) and a small grocery 200 meters away. The gentleman in the grocery store didn’t speak English, but if you cluck like a chicken he’ll give you eggs. lol. Lots of places to see in and around Corinth. Stop for a coffee in the cafe downstairs. Parking, albeit free, was challenging to find. For being right in the city, the apartment was silent. We would absolutely stay here again.

Albert's apartment is very comfy, clean, quite new and modern. A very nice place to spend your holidays. It is really close to the the beach, quite and cozy. Albert is a very nice guy, discreet and is there for anything you need. The apartment is provided with a lot more than the basic facilities. I would choose Albert's apartment again and again for my holidays. Thank you Albert for the hospitality and everything. C u again...

Thanks so much. Great location. Really easy communication. The apartment is a nice size and has wifi and air conditioning,which was perfect as I had to work part of the time. Robin is very responsive and super nice. Really amazing deal for a price and a perfect location.

An amazing place to stay! I give it 10/10 ;) Very spacious, with two balconies and well equipped kitchen, so close to the sea and all restaurants - just across the street. The host is such a nice person, very hospitable and helpful :) We were all very satisfied with our holidays in Xylokastro.

Cozy little apartment, equipped with the essentials for a short stay. Having a washing machine was a big bonus. Check-in was flexible and easy, host communication was fairly easy. Location was great, walking distance to many restaurants and shops. However we were expecting the apartment to be ocean-facing but it wasn't. Shower water pressure a bit weak and cupboards were pretty old. Bed mattress was very soft.

This was the third time I stayed at this place so obviously something has been right and suitable for me. The perfect thing is the immediate access to the beach which is not too crowded, The near by restaurants are good with good service and reasonable prices. There's also a new cafe/beer garden close to the place. I also cooked quite a lot for myself in the small kitchen of the apartment You have to walk 20-30 minutes to the town of Perigiali/Lechion for shopping which is ok. for me but it is an advantage to have a car. My hostess said the supermarket can also deliver home. This year an old friend of mine was staying in Kokkoni, west of Perigiali so I walked quite a lot the beach road towards that direction to see him and have a meal together in some of the tavernas along the road. Otherwise I have learned to catch the busses which traffic every hour between Corinth and Kiato and drive through Perigiali/Lechion main road. - The standard of the apartment is not luxury but good.

Irene is the perfect host, she was always in connection with us and answers to all our questions and helps us. Also she left for us in apartment little compliment, once during our stay she cooked for us traditional greek food and gave us traditional sweets when we were leaving, it was really nice. The apartment itself is so cozy and nice and fully equipped, you can find anything you want there. There are plenty of towels, utensil and cookware. Despite of small sizes of apartment, it's more than enough for two person. On the balcony we spend nice time together sharing the meal and watching perfect sunsets by the sea. The location is perfect, in the center, close to the beach and taverns. We loved a lot our stay. Only one little minus I can say - it's not co comfortable second bed (there's a sofa bed and under it there's something like folding bed, that for me was no so good). And we often had difficulties with finding the parking place near house, because it's centre of the city it's really hard to find something. But everything else is beyond praise! Hope to come back soon! ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Ирен - великолепная хозяйка, всегда была с нами на связи, подготовила кучу информации еще до приезда и прислала на почту, нас встречала не она, но была на телефоне и готова помочь. В день приезда в холодильнике нас ждало угощение - холодная вода (воду в Лутраки можно пить из-под крана, она термальная), виноград и сок, что было очень приятно после прилета. Через несколько дней Ирен сама приготовила греческое блюдо нам на ужин, а когда уезжали - подарила традиционные греческие сладости. Что касается самой квартиры - то она маленькая, но в ней есть все что нужно и даже больше, куча посуды, полотенец, свечек, вешалок, прищепок, аптечка - в общем все что вам может понадобится. Она очень мило обставлена и идеальна для двоих. Шикарное месторасположение - в самом центре, прямо на пляже, рядом таверны. А какие потрясающие закаты на балконе. Единственный минус - не слишком удобная приставная кровать, если едете парой, то не знаю даже как там вместе спать. И были небольшие проблемы с парковкой - чтобы найти место более или менее близко к дому нужно постараться. В остальном все идеально! Нам очень понравилась квартира, хозяйка, месторасположение, сам город великолепный, пляж с чистейшей водой! Обязательно вернемся еще!

Unser Aufenthalt bei Giorgos war ein Traum! Wir waren Anfang September dort und zu viert war die Größe der Wohnung sehr ausreichend. Die Aussicht ist einmalig und der große Pool super erfrischend bei dem warmen Wetter! Obwohl die Wohnung direkt neben zwei anderen Wohnungen liegt, war es bei uns sehr ruhig, da wir nicht für längere Zeit Nachbarn hatten. Die Anfahrt zum Apartment war jedoch sehr heikel, vor allem mit unserem Mietauto. Außerdem ist die Lage der Wohnung zwar wunderschön, aber man ist doch schon sehr weit ab vom Schuss und muss mindestens zwanzig Minuten fahren, um in die „Stadt“ zu gelangen. Der am nächsten gelegene Strand ist super schön und wir waren oft die einzigen dort. Der Weg dahin ist in der Mittagssonne allerdings schon etwas anstrengender, vor allem zurück zum Apartment, da die Straße sehr steil ist und einige Höhenmeter zu überwinden sind. Für den schönen Strand hat der Weg sich aber gelohnt! Das Wasser ist sehr klar und türkis. Schnorcheln lohnt sich!

Το διαμέρισμα άριστο , πλήρως εξοπλισμένο αλλά αυτό που μας έκανε ιδιαίτερη εντύπωση, το πόσο καθαρό ήταν . Η τοποθεσία ακριβώς σε σημείο που θέλαμε , λίγα λεπτά από το κέντρο και την παραλία και ακριβώς απέναντι από μια παιδική χαρά με ένα μεγάλο ξύλινο κάστρο που ξετρελάθηκε ο μικρός μας. Η ιδιοκτήτρια ευγενέστατη και πολλή φιλόξενη . Μας κατατόπισε πλήρως για τα μέρη που έπρεπε να επισκεφτούμε και για ότι άλλο χρειαστήκαμε.

Πολύ ομορφο δωμάτιο με όλα τα απαραίτητα για μια άνετη διαμονή. Προσεγμένη διακόσμηση. Δίπλα στο καφέ αλφαβητάριο το οποίο αξίζει να επισκεφτείτε επίσης. Πολύ καθαρο και πολύ ευχάριστη διαμονή στο σύνολο της . Σίγουρα θα το ξαναεπισκεφτουμε

Wir haben zwei tolle Monate in dieser schönen Wohnung verbracht. Die Wohnung ist perfekt, verfügt über alles, was man braucht. Sehr sauber, gemütlich, mit Liebe zu Detail eingerichtet. Das allerbeste an dieser Wohnung ist die große Terrasse mit dem Blick auf die Berge und das Meer. Den ganzen Tag über ist der Schatten vorhanden, was bei der Hitze sehr nützlich ist. Die Gastgeber, Vassilis und seine Familie sind sehr aufmerksam, super nett und helfen bei allen Fragen. Wir konnten die ganze Zeit frische Zitronen, Orangen und Feigen aus dem Garten essen. Das ist natürlich ein super Geschenk. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen. Vielen Dank für alles!

Это были, наверное, самое лучшие апартаменты, в которых мы жили в Греции, с точки зрения чистоты, тишины, удобства и инфраструктуры. Но больше всего нам понравилось, что в квартире много света, так как окна выходят на солнечную сторону. И так как мы были в марте, нам было вдвойне приятно греться на солнышке. Также очень порадовало бесконечное количество горячей воды и очень удобный матрас, а также деревянные ( не пластиковые) красивые окна. Нам посчастливилось познакомиться лично с хозяевами. Очень интеллигентные и доброжелательные люди. Перед самым отъездом нас пригласили на чай и мы так душевно общались, что даже не хотелось уезжать. Мы от всей души благодарим за гостеприимство. Обязательно вернемся снова. И конечно, я искренне рекомендую всем, кто планирует приехать в Лутраки, провести свой отпуск именно в этом прекрасном доме.

Einfach wunderschön! Die Kommunikation war äußerst freundlich und unkompliziert. Alles hat reibungslos geklappt. Wir wurden sogar vom Bahnhof abgeholt und zur Unterkunft gebracht. Die Unterkunft war makellos sauber und wunderschön, direkt am Strand gelegen. Das beste Airbnb, in dem ich je war! Wir konnten sogar auschecken, wann es uns passte. Vielen Dank für die herzliche Gastfreundschaft!

Από τις ΣΠΑΝΙΕΣ περιπτώσεις καταλύματος! Η ΕΠΙΤΟΜΗ ΤΗΣ ΦΙΛΟΞΕΝΙΑΣ! Υπέροχο το δωμάτιο, υπέροχη και η Ιωάννα σαν οικοδεσπότης! Πρώτη φορά που έφτασε στο κινητό μου ΠΛΗΡΗΣ και αναλυτικός οδηγός τόσο για το δωμάτιο (λειτουργία κ.λπ), όσο και για την γύρω περιοχή. Μέχρι και τηλέφωνα για delivery είχε! Όσον αφορά στο δωμάτιο, πεντακάθαρη η ιδιωτική πισίνα καθώς και όλος ο χώρος, μοσχοβολιστες πετσέτες, μπουρνούζια και σεντόνια, αυτοματισμοί σε κουζίνα και μπάνιο, με άριστο γουστο φτιαγμένο το εσωτερικό. Value for money και με το παραπάνω! 5 στα 5 με τόνο! Μπράβο και πάλι μπράβο!!!!

Such a beautiful stay! The space was huge, we loved the upstairs veranda-we ended most nights out there looking at the sky and enjoying the peace. Aleka was the most amazing host, I was a bit nervous upon arrival regarding the location (city girl) but she took us on a quick drive to show us how close everything was. Under a 10 min walk to the beautiful beaches, restaurants, etc. The area was so beautiful, safe and authentic. Her and her husband dropped us to the station when we left which was so helpful! Special notes: -Definitely arrange for a ride from the train station if possible -the kitchen was wonderful and a grocery store (galaxy) is less than 10 min away so meals can be prepared at home too -a wonderful local taverna is just 3min away with delicious food and drink run by Kosta Overall, absolutely wonderful hosts, beautiful spacious house, lots of outdoor spaces, washing machine & drying rack was especially helpful! Thank you for making our Kiato stay so memorable!

Τα λόγια είναι περιττά στο συγκεκριμένο σπίτι και πάνω από όλα για τους οικοδεσπότες!Εχουν προσέξει μέχρι και την τελευταία λεπτομέρεια και δεν έχουν αφήσει τπτ στη τύχη του,πολύ μεράκι και πάντα με χαμόγελο! Πλήρες εξοπλισμένο δεν χρειάζεται να κουβαλάς τπτ μαζί σου!!Τι να πρωτοπώ για το πεντακάθαρο σπίτι που ντρέπεσαι να το λερώσεις!Και λόγο παιδιών ήταν αυστηρά τα κριτήρια μας!Τα καλούδια που έχει μέσα στο ψυγείο,τζάκι,τηλεόραση smart (οποιος εχει μικρά παιδιά καταλαβαίνει !)Απίθανα κρεβάτια και θα μπορούσα να γράφω για το καθετί ξεχωριστά!Εμεις το συστήνουμε και θα ξαναπάμε καθώς είναι και ένας πανέμορφος προορισμός με πολλά χωριά και δραστηριότητες να κάνεις κοντά σου!Ιππασια,χιονοδρομικά και άλλα!Σας ευχαριστούμε κ.Αντωνη και κ.Κατερινα για τη φιλοξενία σας και πάλι!Τα φιλιά μας!

A great place to stay - we enjoyed it very much. Beautiful apartment with a wonderful patio garden where we had our breakfasts. Beach just across the street. Hot tub a fantastic addition - particularly during colder months, and after a walk on the beach or a day of excursions. Great location to explore Corinth and many of the great sites. Good restaurants nearby, supermarket also not far. Highly recommend as a base for the area. We would definitely book again!
