The location was perfect, with all of the great amenities at the Hilton Head resort! Walking distance to beach, indoor/outdoor pool, and jacuzzi. We enjoyed exploring the area and found plenty of great dining options nearby. Overall, our experience was nothing short of amazing. We cannot recommend Jason and their property highly enough. Thanks for an amazing stay!

This property is exactly what we needed for our Spring Break trip. Condo is very cozy and looks just like the pictures. The owner was responsive and helpful. So much to do that you don't have to leave property if you don't want to. I loved that it was a quick walk to beach and several pools. My son loved the indoor pool area the best. Bike riding was great. Yummy food spots on property. We would definitely come back and book this location.

What a little slice of heaven! The ocean view is a grand one, and we were thankful for the opportunity to stay and see the sunrise! Kimberly was an excellent host and was so kind throughout our stay. We booked at the absolute last minute (due to another Air BnB not being clean!) and she saved our little family's vacation! Her condo was on the 3rd floor, so there was a little travel time to the car, pool, and beach, but the 3rd floor travel was worth the views every morning. The kitchen is well stocked, the bunk beds were perfect for the kids, and the sand toys/wagon were the perfect compliment to our beach days. The overall facility is a little dated, (all the condos are individually owned) but Kimberly's place is well maintained, very modern, and highly functional. Her location is ideal for very little traffic as her building features a badminton court instead of a pool. We are very thankful for the time we were able to spend there.

The location was amazing & super convenient. We found the beach stuff in one of the closets at the end of day one & it was a game changer for the rest of the stay with transporting our stuff to & from the beach. It was so relaxing & peaceful. It was also really awesome to be in the same building as the indoor pool. Awesome experience & can’t wait to come back!

WE LOVED IT. Felt like home. Easy to get to many stores, beaches and pools. If you might’ve forgotten anything they have it to use. Apartment was super clean! Will be visiting again.

We had a wonderful romantic getaway in Hilton Head thanks to this place! Check-in was a breeze, and the host was very reachable but not overbearing. It was so great to have access to all of the amenities as well as many delicious local restaurants. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Hilton Head!

We had a great stay here. Property is very large, but easy to find your way. Condo was just like the pictures. Only thing I feel it needed was a fully length mirror. We enjoyed our quick stay at the condo.

Turtle Tracks was exactly as described. The unit was a cozy retreat for me and my two sisters and my 84 year old mother. We drove from 3 different locations and met up there to celebrate mom’s birthday. It was a wonderful weekend getaway that we will remember for a long time. We enjoyed the local restaurants and spent one morning exploring some of the many thrift shops. (We all have bargains that we brought home.). We also experienced a live performance at the Main Street Theater. We saw The Lion King Junior. The children and crew did an amazing job. I would highly recommend taking in a show at this amazing gem of a venue. Finally, I want to thank Jennifer, our host, for sharing her cozy, clean and comfortable condo with my family. Great location adjacent to a beach that was great for birdwatching and beachcombing. It was preseason for the outdoor pools but the indoor pool was open and fun to play in for my kids. The view of the azaleas from the sunporch was amazing. The host supplies a beach wagon and some beach chairs—these were such a nice touch. About 10 minute drive to lovely swimming beaches. The kitchen is updated and has nice cookware, plates, glasses and silverware. The most lovely aspect of the unit are the hosts. They were so communicative and welcoming and helpful, responding immediately to any requests.

The condo was exactly as described ! Close to the beach and private ! Will definitely check out other places this host has but for sure it’s my top spot to stay for next year ! Host was wonderful to work with and very welcoming ! Warm place , very peaceful ! Had everything at the ready for us when we arrived ! The location was just far enough away where it was quiet but close enough to everything that was within 10 minute drive

Host was very responsive and communicated well about the place and amenities! Loved that it was near the bridge to the beach and right next to the outdoor pool and restaurant. The weather was cool, so we used their indoor heated pool and hot tub, which was great!

We stayed here for Spring Break with our 3 kids (12/10/6). My daughter enjoyed morning walks on the boardwalk to the beach with her dad. Location was close to shopping, dining and groceries. The staff at the resort were all friendly, welcoming and helpful. It was a bit chilly so having an indoor pool was a great perk. Teresa was very prompt with responding and helpful. We would consider staying here again in the future.

Couldn't have more nice things to say about our experience/stay. They made multiple changes to our reservation free of charge, even mailed us back forgotten clothes. Would love to stay here again.

Having an indoor pool, hot tub and sauna was ideal for Feb. in Hilton Head. The boardwalk to the beach was very walkable. Jeremy was quick with local recommendations. We stayed for a month so did a lot of our own cooking. The kitchen was ideal for this....plenty of workspace and great appliances. Beds were comfy and we enjoyed the area. Great seafood locally!

This was the nicest AirBnb we have ever stayed in. Very new, great furnishings in 4 lovely bedrooms, and excellent kitchen equipment.... we felt right at home. The back deck is an excellent spot to unwind after a busy day. And host Dianne was friendly and helpful with the questions we had. We and our 4 friends highly recommend this house for a stay in a nice suburban area which is 20 minutes from historic Charleston, and 10 minutes from Sullivan's Island!

We enjoyed a fabulous week at Hilton Head Island, in no small part due to Sue's assistance and accommodations. We settled comfortably into our very nice living space, and immersed ourselves in everything — from the beautiful boardwalk to the beach, the close-by wildlife, and the natural beauty all around. Sue communicated throughout, and it was easy to see she genuinely cared that we experienced a good time. Better than good. It was GREAT! Thanks, Sue!

Great house, great location, and great host. It worked perfectly for our large family.

Really great stay! We and our pups loved the place. Perfect mid-island location to hit beach club or raquet club easily. Plenty of space to spread out with two living areas. Kitchen was well-appointed. Bed were comfy. Loved they had Alexa everywhere so you could use music, ask suggestions, etc. Outdoor shower was great. Could use a deep cleaning in bathrooms but was not awful nor did it impact our wonderful stay. Plenty of towels, dishsoap, etc.

We had so much fun on our trip to Fripp. The house sits by the marina on one side and the marsh on the other but wasn’t too loud or too busy. We spent most of our mornings out in the back deck watching the tide come in and watching wildlife with the binoculars provided. Monday morning we found that there was no internet. I had a conference call for work, so this was a bit inconvenient. I went up to the guest service center and found they too had no internet. That afternoon we went to Hunting Beach, and they also had no internet. Check out was a bit early, but we still managed to use the bikes in the garage to run down to the beach for sunrise and clean up before we left. There were no trash cans so we just put our trash bags in the area the cans were supposed to be. Can’t wait for our next low country trip!

Great location for what we needed for the Cooper River Run. Comfortable and easy to get to all areas of Charleston. San (Host) was great at offering advice for our stay in the area and is very responsive. The family (including the dogs) enjoyed their time and would definitely utilize Sams home if available on a Charleston visit. Thanks Sam! Dave McCarthy

This house was PERFECT! rented for a bachelorette party & they house was roomy with enough beds & bathrooms for everyone. The house was updated beyond what the photos show which was such a pleasant surprise - the updates were gorgeous & the house looked like a magazine. The house was spotless & the hosts go above & beyond to provide everything you may need throughout the trip. The back yard was a show stopper & the pool was a hit. We had a relaxing day in the backyard & had no complaints. The hosts were quick to respond, very nice & welcoming making sure the house was perfect. They were flexible & gracious as we had to adjust the dates. The house was 5 min to the beach & 10 to downtown. Definitely would book again!
