Such a cute studio that was perfect for our stay. Kate was very clear with instructions. We loved having a garden area for our dog. The parking area was spacious and clearly numbered. Everything was very clean and tidy. We slept comfortably compared to other places. Thank you Kate!

My stay overall was very relaxing and comfortable, a home away from home. Finding the check in instructions was easy and the spot/flood light above the front was very helpful. The locks and doors were a little stiff and needed a little bit of pressure to get opened, however once you did it the first time the rest was easy. A lovely welcome to a clean and bright living room, including some basics like bread, milk and butter. such a good touch especially as I arrived a little later in the evening. Very good location with transport links into central Oxford. Local shops not too far away either (all within 15min walk). Very quiet place despite being on a bus route and local community centre, as I hardly heard the bus go past. Communicating with Angela was easy as pie, she was proactive, friendly and very well informed. Instructions pack in the apartment was also very helpful.

This is the second time for our workers staying at this property as they requested to stay here again due to how nice it was. Our workers confirmed it was clean & tidy, and great location. I booked again last min and they were very accommodating and answered all questions asked. I am sure if we are working in this area again we will use the same property

We stayed at 7 Harpers Yard between Christmas and New Year. The location is perfect, it’s a stones throw away from all the shops, cafes and restaurants. Parking was super handy onsite and the property felt safe and secure. Very clean and looks as per the pictures. Steve was super quick at responding. I would 100% book here again

Lovely Annexe, so much storage, lots of cleaning products, Host friendly and very helpful. Area peaceful and quiet, free parking. Area lite well when returning in dark, felt safe. Could cook own meals which is great. Host gave me a large bag and was happy to wash bed linen and towels. Lovely local pub, food great. Local to family and friends. Would definitely recommend. Could’ve asked for a better location - as it’s a city centre spot everything was walkable which is exactly what we wanted. If you’re after peace and quiet, this is not the place for you. Spotlessly clean, friendly host, comfy bed, with all amenities you would expect. Highly recommend!

Tucked back from the road hence completely noise free. Responsive host. Lovely kitchen area.

Louisa is a wonderful host. She was happy to accept my enquiry to stay at her accommodation at very last minute. The annexe was very nice and modern, and a nice private space for a couple to stay in. The property is in a great location on a quiet cul de sac so there is no traffic noise which was great and it is just a short 15 minute walk into the town. Off road parking on the drive outside the property is a bonus. Everything was clean and tidy.

This is a wonderful home, obviously a place that the owner cares very much about. This is shown in its cleanliness, coziness, attention to detail, and the hospitality shown in messages and other communication. Everything was as pictured. I am very happy to have stayed here and have already made a reservation to stay again. Thank you!

Nice location in the Cotswolds, easy to get everywhere. Nice restaurant options and shopping in Stow. Parking in front of the cottage (no time limits like in the center of the village) made it easy to unload and load out luggage. The cottage was a great space with very nice working washer and dryer. Fantastic location in Oxford, peaceful yet close to everything. Wonderful house well decorated and very comfortable - Highly Recommend! Free parking is a massive bonus!

As always, we had another great stay at Carole's place! It is a lovely, clean and spacious property and I would thoroughly recommend Carole as a host. She is very accommodating, helpful and friendly, and we always enjoy our stays. I am sure we will be booking again!

House was clean and tidy. Plenty of towels left for us with hand wash in bathroom and kitchen. Quite a peaceful stay with places of interest to visit. Shopping for food was within 5-10 minutes drive so was great for us. Would stay there again if we decide to visit places of interest in surrounding areas.

Smashing cottage to catch up with old friends - cosy, clean, incredibly handy to walk into Chipping Norton and its wonderful pubs and independent shops.not far from Stow (recommend The Porch Inn) and we had a lovely day visiting the Rollright Stones. Ophelia was helpful with our minor query. Loved the simple decor (I now have some ideas for our bathroom!!) Thank you

No problems at all we loved our stay really welcoming and a really nice annex beautiful patio/garden area Airbnb owners are very chilled really lovely and accommodating. We have been back for our second stay and we will be back again in the future.

We had a short stay of only two nights and didn’t really get around to using the many amenities provided, but never felt we lacked for anything that we did need. House and bed were comfortable, bathroom shower fixtures were easy to work. Good stay.

This was a great apartment and location. The apartment was perfect for a family with 2 teenagers and the location was fantastic.

Firstly, Bryoni is a lovely hostess and went out of her way to book us a table at a great restaurant which was a last minute request by us. Secondly, the photos don't do the place justice. It was spotless and everything looked brand new. All the small touches just made it feel homely and comfortable. It is a great location as it is so nice and peaceful, but also not too fair from anywhere. We would definitely love to come back here!

Brilliant place, even more beautiful and cozy than the photos. The annex is well thought out, it has everything one might need, and more. The area is peaceful and convenient. Instructions for finding the place were impeccable. Nancy and Adam are great hosts, helpful and responsive. I would definitely stay again.

Melinda's property is absolutely beautiful. Everything was perfect, pristine and I felt so comfortable. The area is lovely too and I felt very safe. Melinda as a host is so welcoming and kind and offering recommendations. There's such a lovely village around a 5-10 minute walk from the property that you must visit. I booked for the following week after one night's stay here. I would highly recommend.

Absolutely perfect in every way!!! easy to find, easy to check in, lovely location. absolutely immaculate. immediate response and went above and beyond in helping with taxi's. we have recommended to several other friends already and would highly recommend to anyone. Wonderful !!!!!
