Lovely apartment in a part of the city that is off the tourist places. Amazing sunset view with pittoresk fisher boats. I loved the round windows with the amazing view of the stars from the bed at night. The water is clean enough for a quick swim in between, and there is a great beach about 10 minutes to the north by motorbike. Also em Van was most helpful - supporting our slightly bumpy arrival, giving advice on places to go, helping us renting a motorbike… Cảm ơn rất nhiều em Van! The location is slightly remote - having a motorbike is advisable. If you want to get a glimpse of the “normal” live in Dương Đông, the fishermen’s work, the women mending nets - it’s a good place. There’s a nice cafe around the corner as well as a restaurant. If you want to be in the middle of bars and spas and close to the night market you might want to choose a different place.

Lovely apartment. Well positioned need the beach. Great pool at the unit and central property pool. Mainly clean but could’ve been better under the bed and side tables etc. All in all a good stay. Very helpful staff when needed.

Это отличная вилла для большой компании. Мы провели там 1 неделю и все было замечательно. Вилла новая и в ней все прекрасно. Очень красивая с множеством элементов декора. В ней реально приятно находится. Хозяйка виллы очень старается помогать и решать все вопросы оперативно. Мы обращались к ней много раз по разным вопросам и она всегда старалась помочь. Были некоторые неудобства из за шума насоса но я надеюсь что это будет исправлено . В целом это шикарная вилла. Пляж в пешей доступности тоже отличный!

這次入住之前經房租通知原本的房源有水管破裂的狀況，所以幫我們更新到另外一間更好的房源，非常的貼心，相信無論是哪個房間都非常適合所有旅客居住，甚至我們在這邊都有管家可以幫我們叫高爾夫球車，此區大門口附近有很多咖啡店、早餐店和當地小吃，每天都有高爾夫球車可以送我們到門口，每天都有人來幫我們打掃整理垃圾，讓我們每天回來都捨不得出門，管家名字很有趣叫「姨（音譯）」，我們有朋友衣服破掉要縫補，他也是幫我們直接拿去縫補，現場也有洗衣和烘衣的設備，所以即便每天滿身大汗也都不會導致衣服不夠用 這邊要去日落小鎮也可以很輕易的 grab到車，到所有地方都方便，關鍵真的是因為貼心的管家，不論什麼時候傳訊息都能夠 5 分鐘內回覆並且滿足我們的需求，太貼心了，毫無可挑剔的地方

Дуже сподобалося. Нгуєн привітний і добрий господар. Ми просили надати нам трансфер до аеропорту і він надіслав за нами машину. В оренду приміщення входив безкоштовний байк та питна вода. Це було дуже зручно та приємно. Житло розташоване посередині острова, тому зручно було досягти будь-яких пам'яток. Поруч із житлом проходить безкоштовний 19 автобус. Графік та рух ви можете переглянути у додатку Vinbus. Окреме захоплення пляжем. Він знаходиться неподалік будинку (400м). Чисте море, дрібний пісок. Підходить для відпочинку із дітьми. Пляж безкоштовний та чистий. Є де помити ноги від піску. Прямо перед входом до будинку супермаркету 68, а за будинком починається нічний маркет для туристів. Місцевий ринок знаходиться трохи далі. Дуже рекомендую Нгуєна та його квартири. Ви зможете вибрати на будь-який смак та гаманець. Наберіться терпіння-у В'єтнамі ніхто нікуди не поспішає. Ми обов'язково повернемося.❤️

응답이 빠르고 친절했어요. 소나시야시장과 가깝고 좋았어요! 저는 내년에 또 올건데, 여기로 예약하려고해요! 해당 호스트가 관리하는 숙소가 있는데, 이곳이 아니라 저는 쑈냐갸뷔취로 추가 용굼내공 업꾸뤠이듀받아쏘요. 시설도 해변도 좋았어요! 배슈갸 안뒈서 화쟝쉴 물이 안뽜쥬ㅓ요. 숙소 컹딩셩 생각하능붕응 소낭강빛칭 말공 당릉곳으롱 강셍용. 해당 숙소 아닝 송낭강빙칭입니당. 해당 숭송는 사용행봉징 않앙성 장 모르지만, 위치는 소나시 야시장 바로앞이더라구요! 굿굿 !

Had a great stay and the unit was nicely decorated. The host also provided a nice water dispenser for our group. Easy walk to the beach and food price was much more reasonable than the north of the island. Short (free) bus ride to Sunset town which had great stuff at night. Only minor concern was that floors a little dusty

I was very satisfied! Kieu is a very good host, kind and responds very quickly, even late at night. The island is beautiful, the area around the villa is very quiet and safe. You can find a taxi for yourself within 1 minute via Grab and the food delivery works perfectly. I look forward to coming back!

המיקום הוא מדהים . לא במרכז העיר אבל יש,שוק לילה מקומי מדהים. נסיעה לעיר 20 דקות. הבית עצמו מפנק ביותר. כל בקשה של עזרה בנושא הבית זכתה לתגובה מיידית. בריכה מתוחזקת וכיפית . חוף ים צמוד כמונגם בריכה גדולה משותפת. לסיכום חלום...... נתראה בתקווה שנה הבאה....

Place was right next to the beach

Great price for location. Host was very responsive to all our questions and needs. Lay family booked all 4 rooms together when we were there so it was really nice having the whole place for ourselves. There’s a huge kitchen/dining area in the back with pots and pans available to use for cooking. Also really convenient having a washing machine on site. Thank you for having us!

Nin's place is wonderful. exactly as described. love the quietness in the morning and enjoy the seaview and breeze. i went thr a few mishaps in this trip and Nin was such a wonderful host and helped me with it. she went the extra mile in helping me. without her help, I will be totally lost. Will definitely go back to her place if I go back to Phu Quoc and will recommend her place to my friends.

Had the best time with Ann. Ann and his wife were super friendly and very accommodating. The property is by the beach 5 minutes from the heart of the village. The place looks exactly like the photos simple but clean. It is necessary to be able to ride scooters as it is the most practical way to navigate the island from the property. All in all we had a blast and would highly recommend for anyone looking to see the real phu quoc!
