I had a great stay here! The place was definitely worth the price clean, comfortable, and in a fantastic location. The free breakfast was a really nice touch, and the hosts were absolutely amazing. They went above and beyond, even letting me check in early at no extra cost. Highly recommend this place and would happily stay again!

Staying at this Airbnb was an amazing experience! From the moment we arrived, we felt so welcomed and at home. The host and her family were incredibly kind and caring, always checking in on us, helping with our itinerary, and even booking our bus from Ninh Binh to Sapa and Grab rides when needed. The place was super clean, cozy, and homey, with a great heater and a perfect location near the main street—walking around was such a joy! They also offered bike and motorcycle rentals, which made exploring even easier. A wonderful bonus was the free breakfast, which felt homemade and comforting. They even provided laundry services, making our stay extra convenient. This wasn’t just a place to stay—it felt like family. We’re beyond grateful for this experience and will highly recommend it to friends. Can’t wait to come back! Thank you for everything!

Lotus Field Homestay has been the highlight of our honeymoon so far! Duy and Tri were so welcoming and kind during our stay and made us feel at home. The landscape is amazing and we felt so at peace here after being in Hanoi and Ha Long Bay. The food was great (loved the egg coffee and the breakfast pho) and we had so much fun taking the moped around Ninh Binh and Tam Coc! Lotus Field is surrounded by nature, so the animal sounds can be a bit loud at times, but nothing that a fan or white noise machine couldn’t fix. Another tip is to ask for a bungalow further from the lodge for optimal privacy :) Highly recommend Lotus Field to anyone staying in this area, we miss it already!!

We hebben ontzettend genoten van ons verblijf bij de Mountain Side Airbnb. De Airbnb bevindt zich in een rustige omgeving waaruit alle bezienswaardigheden op een fietsafstand verwijderd zijn. De hosts zijn erg gastvrij en waren beschikbaar voor alles wat we nodig hadden. We hebben iedere dag van ons verblijf fietsen gehuurd via de hosts en we hebben gebruik gemaakt van de was service. Dit was erg goed geregeld allemaal. Daarnaast is het ontbijt inbegrepen en kun je jouw voorkeur de avond ervoor aangeven. We raden het zeker aan om in deze Airbnb te verblijven!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay - the host was very friendly and helpful and the room was lovely. Would highly recommend to anyone wanting to visit Ninh Binh, the guesthouse is also away from the more touristy areas which makes it extra enjoyable. The breakfast is also delicious and has great vegetarian options too :)

Love the place in the country side. Close to all the attractions and downtown. You can rent motorbike or bicycle from the airbnb. The airbnb food is ok. They adjusted it to better fit westerners taste buds. You can easily bike to downtown to get more food. Love the staff!! They are super friendly and helpful. They can help you with anything you might need

This place is a hidden gem! We felt like family, just like home. The hosts are always nearby to help or accomodate you. It is a special place we will hold close to our heart <3 We would 100% come back to Ninh Binh just to stay here and see the view of the mountains, the ricefields, the fishies that jumps on the lake and all the other farm animals again.
