We truly enjoyed our stay in Hobart at Janina’s and Gary’s place. They are very welcoming and ready to share their knowledge and tips to visiting Hobart, and Tasmania. The extra touches of toasting bread, jam and butter, and tea and coffee were appreciated for breakfast. Close by is an IGA for groceries and a Porter’s for wine and beer. Nearby beaches were just right for relaxing. Salamanca Market is about a 10-minute drive. Can’t go wrong booking this location. It is a wonderful pied à terre in Hobart!

Jo's place was perfect for our 2 night stay at Adventure Bay. We were performers in the Australia Day Event at Adventure Bay and the accommodation was ideal to kick back and relax when not at the event. Jo's place felt private, relaxed and the yummy breakfast was well appreciated. Highly recommended.

We had a great stay here - the apartment was spacious and clean with a beautiful view from the bedrooms. The added breakfast goodies (especially the freshly baked sourdough and local milk) and snacks were an added bonus and greatly appreciated. Would highly recommend for a peaceful, relaxing stay in Blackmans Bay.

Great stay at Ann’s place. She made a portacot available for our daughter and brought over croissants, bread and butter, with additional condiments and champagne in the fridge. Note that the accomodation is mostly open plan with a bedroom with two beds leading off from the master bedroom/kitchen/living room. Overall a cozy but comfortable stay, with Ann’s hospitality making all the difference.

Over delivers amenities, secure parking space and quiet safe neighbourhood. Helen and Dennis are extremely thoughtful hosts in their preparation before , and during. Very comfortable quality bedding , bathroom & kitchen facilities Highly recommended

An extremely friendly host with very clear, polite, proactive and easy communication throughout the process (before and during our stay). The unit is well located, a short drive to the city, salamanca market, great restaurants etc while maintaining peaceful surroundings. Once you're in, you'll notice some little thoughtful touches throughout the house which made the experience all that much nicer. Easy parking options at the house itself or on the street. It was a lovely stay overall! The only slight comment (and I'm nitpicking) is that if you're in the downstairs bedroom, you can sometimes hear the footsteps above, but that didn't really hinder our experience at all.

Having that beautiful bay at the front door really was spectacular. Positioned toward the end of a quiet culdesac and right across the Rd from the water, made for a relaxed and peaceful stay for our little family. Having the kids dvd’s was a winner for our kids to enjoy some relax time after big day. We wanted to stay longer for the amazing location that it was!

We wanted somewhere a bit out of the city, with great views and eating options within walking distance. Felicity’s place ticked all of the boxes. The view was amazing and we just loved the great cafes etc around the place. The beach itself is pristine and perfect for a stroll. Felicity was very quick to respond and we were extremely appreciative of the early check in 😊

From the moment you walk in, it feels like stepping into a storybook. The home is absolutely beautiful, filled with thoughtful touches that make it incredibly cosy and welcoming. We had a great time exploring Bruny Island and highly recommend dining at Peppermint Bay Restaurant — a real treat! The beds were wonderfully comfortable and warm, and waking up to those stunning beach views right at your doorstep was simply unforgettable. The house has a charming, quaint character that adds so much to the experience — it’s part of what made our stay so special. Can’t wait to come back again soon!

We had an amazing stay at Sativa house. The bed and linen was incredibly comfortable and soft. The house was super cosy and very well equipped with extra touches like panadol and extra toiletries if needed. We asked for a later check out time so we could enjoy the space for a bit longer and that was kindly granted to us :) Highly highly recommend! Not far from Hotel Bruny and the Bruny Baker too!

Beautiful home and was super excited for the sauna. Host was very helpful in accomodating our two young girls.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning holiday house in Sandy Bay and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Whether it was enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding on the deck, the river view was breathtaking! It was the ideal place to disconnect and unwind. The house itself was immaculate, with every detail carefully considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living areas were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The private beach access was an absolute gem! Being able to step directly onto the beach whenever we wanted made the whole experience even more magical. Overall, this holiday house offered an exceptional blend of comfort, tranquility, and natural beauty. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with spectacular views. Mandala is a beautiful place to stay. We felt right at home there. It's in such a peaceful location with wildlife and a beautiful view of the water. You can access the walking track to Alonnah right over the road. Highly recommended.

Spacious, interesting home in a peaceful, private setting in walking distance to Adventure Vay beach & shops. Would definitely stay again. Kevin was super friendly & very easy to communicate with. The home matches expectations. Loved the front and back decks, separate living areas & gorgeous furnishings. We were very comfortable. Plenty of heating.

Such a great place with amazing ocean views. House is very modern, spacious, clean, and tidy. It's just a few steps away from the beach and theres a nice beach side walk heading to a little play ground . Joanna was very responsive and very helpful and allowed a late check out. We will definitely come back on our trip to Tasmania next time.

The bruny boathouse was an awesome place to stay to explore the island! The house is cosy and beautifully decorated with a lovely feel to it. The provisions, including fresh sourdough and gin, were so appreciated! We didn’t get to try the outdoor bathtub as we ran out of time so we will have to come back again for that! If you stay definitely stop at the bruny baker bread fridge for some fresh sourdough on your way back to the mainland!

Coralie and Costa are great hosts - the apartment was comfy and incredibly well stocked with food and goodies. They are very attuned to what visitors want (games and library too) and it was a pleasure to stay. Fabulous views too.

Vi havde en dejlig overnatning i James’ hyggelige lejlighed. Vi havde spurgt om tidligere indtjekning, men det var desværre ikke muligt. Derfor var det en dejlig overraskelse, da James skrev til os om morgenen og fortalte at det alligevel godt kunne lade sig gøre. Hyggeligt med en lille hilsen og en flaske vin, da vi ankom til lejligheden. Meget praktisk med parkeringspladsen kun 10 m fra lejligheden. Stille og roligt område, og man kunne følge kysten til Hobart efter 15 min gang.

Our stay was exactly as we thought it would be - but better. The accommodation was fresh and clean and welcoming. The beds were the most comfortable we have very slept in! We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fruit and breakfast supplies! The unit was so close to the amazing beach and local eateries yet we felt we were much further away as it was so quiet and peaceful. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

The landlord is a very warm and kind person, and both my boyfriend and I really like them! The house is also very new, making it a comfortable place to stay. Plus, it’s close to the beach, making it a great choice for accommodation in Tasmania!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Brian’s place! The place had everything you could need, we especially enjoyed the multiple fruit trees around the property. The area was clean and tidy. The bed was a little creaky but was very warm during the cold taste nights. We would happily stay again as the location was awesome 😄
