beautiful and safe house all round near a very clean and private beach .will definitely be back .my family had an awesome time .

Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The place was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable visit. Jessica & Gavin was incredibly welcoming and quick to respond to any questions we had, making the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. The location was perfect, with the beautiful view of Tasman Bridge, the sunrise was just too majestic, and we truly felt at home. We couldn’t have asked for a better host or a better place to stay. Highly recommended and would definitely stay here again!

This is very nice place and suburb. 15-20 mins drive to Hobart city and Bruny Island ferry. Sleep very well here!

We were absolutely blown away by Mark's property. The view was exactly like the photos- absolutely breathtaking! Beautiful, fully equipped kitchen and high end bbq facilities- perfect for entertaining. Bathrooms were nice and clean. Linen and beds very comfortable. The location felt very private, ample parking and short drive into the CBD or to local shops. It felt like a home away from home and had everything we needed for our family getaway. We look forward to staying again!

We recently had the pleasure of staying at this stunning holiday house in Sandy Bay and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. Whether it was enjoying a morning coffee or unwinding on the deck, the river view was breathtaking! It was the ideal place to disconnect and unwind. The house itself was immaculate, with every detail carefully considered, making it feel like a true home away from home. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living areas were spacious and comfortable, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The private beach access was an absolute gem! Being able to step directly onto the beach whenever we wanted made the whole experience even more magical. Overall, this holiday house offered an exceptional blend of comfort, tranquility, and natural beauty. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with spectacular views. Mandala is a beautiful place to stay. We felt right at home there. It's in such a peaceful location with wildlife and a beautiful view of the water. You can access the walking track to Alonnah right over the road. Highly recommended.

We loved the home, especially the way it was furnished and decorated. The large indoor living space, together with the expansive outdoor deck and barbecue facilities, were perfect for our celebratory family get-together. There was plenty of seating and space to comfortably accommodate our family of nine. The kitchen was well supplied with crockery/cutlery and cooking utensils and the bedrooms are spacious and very comfortable with first class linen. The location is ideal for beach activities for our younger family members, however the access track is somewhat steep and could be difficult for an older person. Already looking at a return visit.

Loved our stay at the Bends House. A fantastic, relaxing spot with an amazing view. Will definitely be back.

We truly enjoyed our stay in Hobart at Janina’s and Gary’s place. They are very welcoming and ready to share their knowledge and tips to visiting Hobart, and Tasmania. The extra touches of toasting bread, jam and butter, and tea and coffee were appreciated for breakfast. Close by is an IGA for groceries and a Porter’s for wine and beer. Nearby beaches were just right for relaxing. Salamanca Market is about a 10-minute drive. Can’t go wrong booking this location. It is a wonderful pied à terre in Hobart!

Great stay at Ann’s place. She made a portacot available for our daughter and brought over croissants, bread and butter, with additional condiments and champagne in the fridge. Note that the accomodation is mostly open plan with a bedroom with two beds leading off from the master bedroom/kitchen/living room. Overall a cozy but comfortable stay, with Ann’s hospitality making all the difference.

Lovely apartment, very cute decorations everywhere - open, yet cozy. The kitchen was fully prepared with spices, oils, butter, various teas, everything that we could need.

Such a beautiful location. Beautiful outlook. Warm blankets and heating for cold days/ nights. Close to the beach and to Fern Tree for walks around Mt Wellington Park. 15-20 minute drive to the city

An extremely friendly host with very clear, polite, proactive and easy communication throughout the process (before and during our stay). The unit is well located, a short drive to the city, salamanca market, great restaurants etc while maintaining peaceful surroundings. Once you're in, you'll notice some little thoughtful touches throughout the house which made the experience all that much nicer. Easy parking options at the house itself or on the street. It was a lovely stay overall! The only slight comment (and I'm nitpicking) is that if you're in the downstairs bedroom, you can sometimes hear the footsteps above, but that didn't really hinder our experience at all.

We really enjoyed our 6 night stay at Birch’s Bay Farm with Scottie and Sim. Such friendly hosts who went out of their way to make us comfortable and relaxed. The view is totally awesome especially from the hot tub spa. Beds were very comfortable and large open plan kitchen dining lounge were perfect for cooking and relaxing. We also enjoyed the table tennis and snooker tables. What more could you want! Nearby town of Woodbridge has a fabulous cafe and easy scenic walks. Not far to drive to Cygnett with good IGA, art gallery and cafes.

Vi havde en dejlig overnatning i James’ hyggelige lejlighed. Vi havde spurgt om tidligere indtjekning, men det var desværre ikke muligt. Derfor var det en dejlig overraskelse, da James skrev til os om morgenen og fortalte at det alligevel godt kunne lade sig gøre. Hyggeligt med en lille hilsen og en flaske vin, da vi ankom til lejligheden. Meget praktisk med parkeringspladsen kun 10 m fra lejligheden. Stille og roligt område, og man kunne følge kysten til Hobart efter 15 min gang.

Our stay was exactly as we thought it would be - but better. The accommodation was fresh and clean and welcoming. The beds were the most comfortable we have very slept in! We thoroughly enjoyed the fresh fruit and breakfast supplies! The unit was so close to the amazing beach and local eateries yet we felt we were much further away as it was so quiet and peaceful. We would recommend this accommodation to anyone!

We very much enjoyed our stay at Brian’s place! The place had everything you could need, we especially enjoyed the multiple fruit trees around the property. The area was clean and tidy. The bed was a little creaky but was very warm during the cold taste nights. We would happily stay again as the location was awesome 😄

Coralie and Costa are great hosts - the apartment was comfy and incredibly well stocked with food and goodies. They are very attuned to what visitors want (games and library too) and it was a pleasure to stay. Fabulous views too.

this is a stunning and practical apartment with beautiful views in a quiet neighbourhood. just about walkable to a lovely supermarket market and, for the hill-bold, walkable to the city too. mostly we love it here because of the gentle furnishings and linen and lounging spaces and everything being just as you’d wish it to be. evenings with a cuppa on the balconies overlooking the harbour or hills. a soak in the bath. or the best shower ever. highly recommend. also, host is a sweetheart. efficient and kind.
