This place was very clean and was one of the few rentals that had 3 bedrooms/2 baths. It was an easy Uber into the city and the host was kind enough to let us check in early.

Great location and wonderful hosts. Ana was super responsive and proactive with her communications. Local amenities (grocery store, coffee shops) were all within a 5 minute walk. Just a 10 minute walk to the subway, which got us into Manhattan in less than 30 minutes. The apartment itself is very clean and nicely decorated. Beds were very comfortable and the kitchen is very well stocked. Our only negative would be that the sofa is not the most comfortable to sit on for extended periods of time. That said, we would definitely stay again on our next visit to NYC.

The written description perfectly describes Ed's place. It is conveniently located within walking distance of many shops, restaurants, grocery stores and coffee shops. It is an old, attic unit with low ceilings and stubborn hot water pipes. This was also disclosed in the description and provided recommendations and flexible cancellation options. The kitchen was spacious and fully stocked. The bed was comfortable and the apartment was clean and quiet. Everything was great!

This spot was perfect for our visit. The bed was especially comfortable which is an added extra when walking all day throughout Bushwick and beyond. We'll definitely stay here again!

Cathy’s place is in a perfect location. Walkable, safe, close to the subway, clean and equipped with what we needed. She gave clear instructions on everything in the listing and it is as described. There is a kitchenette where we cooked breakfast and was able to reheat dinners. In all of the Air BnB’s we have stayed in this was one of the top 3. We like to cook when we go away so a full kitchen would have moved it to 2nd place. Parking is subject to alternate side parking rules if you are not used to that you need to pay attention. We would highly recommend this listing in a great area of Brooklyn. Other things to note are the subway line that runs underneath if you are a light sleeper. Did not bother us but runs regularly. It is also only a few blocks to Prospect Park. We still loved this apartment and would return if we have need for a place in NY.

The place is exactly as described. Chiron is super helpful and responsive and communicative. The place is plenty big and exactly as pictured. The bedding could be higher quality if that is a thing that you care about and it’s a bit odd that there are no bedside tables to put a glass of water or your book or phone on, but those are small things. The lighting is a bit stark and hard to adjust, but everything is super clean and really new and it is easy to get in and find everything and again Chiron is super nice and helpful.

Jonathan's place was perfect for my weekend in nyc. It was convenient for getting to the subway and into Manhattan and most places in Brooklyn I had no trouble getting too. He was flexible on my checkout time and that made a world of difference. He really went above and beyond and I am thankful for it! For photgrpahers the place was lovely and made for some really great photos in the upstairs bedroom when the light shined through the windows and on the outside balcony.

This was our first time in New York and this was the perfect place to stay. This place was lovely... exactly like the photos. It was a short walk to the subway but there were some nice places in the neighborhood to go to for coffee and meals. We highly recommend Peaches Hothouse for dinner and Warude had the most incredible breakfast tacos. The hosts were very helpful and responsive while giving us all the privacy we needed.

Had a great stay here—everything matched the pictures and the hosts were extremely detailed when it came to listing out the amenities that we never felt confused. The apartment itself was beautiful and cozy, and the kitchen appliances and other amenities provided made our stay a lot easier. The hosts were very responsive and had helpful advice when it came to booking the stay, and it was amazing to spend time here for four nights.

We had a wonderful time in Vida’s appartment. It was very tastefully decorated and we felt at home right away. We thought BedStuy was an interesting and diverse neighborhood, and Vida’s area felt lively and safe, with some very fine restaurants and coffeeshops around the corner. (she has a lot of good tips). It takes extra time to travel to Manhattan, but it was a great luxury to come home like this after a day in the city. Communication was friendly and Vida was there right away when you needed it and at the same time left room for sufficient privacy.

Loved our stay at Peter's place. The whole team was very responsive and extremely helpful. Exactly perfect for what we needed.

Leider ist unsere Zeit in New York vorbei. Die Zeit verging wie im Flug. Wir haben uns in dem Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war einfach perfekt. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Linda war die perfekte Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank für alles. Sollten wir mal wieder nach New York reisen, kommen wir gerne wieder zu Linda nach Brooklyn. Brooklyn ist unserer Favorit geworden.

This is such a great find of a place to stay. It’s easily reached from the airport and also less than 30 mins into manhattan on the subway. It’s away from the hustle and bustle and so good to live in a neighbourhood. The apartment has plenty of space and it’s ideal having two bathrooms. The apartment has everything you need for your stay and has really comfy beds. The guide book had some really great recommendations for food and coffee. Andre is a great host and this is a must stay if coming to NYC

Absolutely five stars! We loved this charming apartment that felt European — loved the books, comfy bed, sparkling clean bathroom, and breezy windows overlooking gardens. Perfect location — easy walk to the park, farmers market, bookstores and GREAT restaurants, especially Roman’s and Sailor. Already dreaming of returning. Thank you!!!

It’s even better than the pictures, there’s closet space in hall and master bedroom. The air mattress was really sturdy and perfect for my 9 year old. There’s a big dresser in the master bed and two end tables with drawers. The view is amazing you can see the river to the left. There’s a Starbucks right downstairs less than a block walk. There’s a grocery store right next door. Worth every penny. We had so much fun!

I had an amazing stay at this Airbnb! The apartment was modern, spotless, and very comfortable. However, what truly stood out was the exceptional hospitality of Benjamin. His communication was prompt, and he went above and beyond with attention to every detail, making the experience seamless. Highly recommend!

The house was really good and we were a large group who enjoyed our time there. We had some missing toiletries and kitchen items but Ed was very responsive to get it sorted for us.

The views from this apartment a beyond million dollar views! The living room is all windows and the sunset across the river is just unbelievable! JP was an incredible host and went above and beyond to accommodate us. We had everything we needed in the apartment as well as some fun extra touches like games and a monocular to see across the river. thank you for being such a kind host! We would 100% return on our next visit :)

Erica and John are outstanding, sophisticatedly pleasant and thoughtful hosts. In a zany city, the private apartment was a perfect and welcome quiet oasis. In fact, this AirBNB experience very effectively propped up an otherwise high intensity subspecialty mission at St John’s Episcopal Hospital, only 7 minutes away by car. Furthermore, the experience was so good, that the next subspecialist just opted in for the next couple of months. The bed and sheets are very comfortable; the kitchen has a state of the art coffee machine, brand new fridge/freezer, microwave, etc. Water and shower were hot. Air flow and temp adjustable from a modern digital thermostat Air outside was fresh (not far from the beach). Also very walkable 5 minutes to the A Train to Manhattan. Parking on the street - I always had a spot. I never needed anything the 16 days that I was there. Nothing beats the graciousness of the hosts! The neighbors are also very nice. Forget a hotel… this is really better
