My husband and I had such a great experience with Ainslie! It felt so nice knowing that after a busy day in the city we would be coming back to sleep in a cozy home. The bed was HEAVEN. The location was convenient because it's a 10 minute walk to the subway. Also, check out IX Guatemayan Restaurant right down the street!! Ainslie and her family are very sweet and we would love to stay with them again.

Great location was local to everything we needed, parking was not bad especially for New York we were always able to find a spot within a block. Quiet, great for the dogs and spacious. Everything was super clean and getting in and out was super easy. Loved it!!!

We really enjoyed our 4 day stay at Nicolette 's beautiful unit as it was so close and in walking distance to where our Son and family lived. There are so many Restaurants nearby, a Whole Foods and a Trader Joe's. We also enjoyed the sandwiches from Brooklyn Gourmet, pizza from Roberta's as well as the many ice cream shops. Nicolette provided some delicious snacks like Biscotti, Nougat, Chocolate with caramel, bottled water, and even had a Brita water pitcher. We were able to also watch Netflix on their Smart TV and enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen if you wanted to prepare meals or have espresso in the morning. Hope Nicolette's place will be available the next time we visit Brooklyn.

Great family getaway in Brooklyn. Keep in mind it's Bed-Sty. It's still growing out of the 70's and 80's dark Brooklyn era. Otherwise doesn't take to much "streetwise" to be safe and get around. Yet, has a bohemian vibe with cool shops and coffee places as well as few awesome places to eat! The "G" train is close by. Best bet to get to Manhattan is take G to L to 14th St. to get to Mnahatten. Omni pass works best. Do your research! The place is tucked into a nice community garden and a public park (pretty much 3 blocks on all sides). Heat and hot water worked on demand. We spent our time there end of February. So, it was chilly. Overall, the house was cozy and accommodating, everything was modern and up to date. Beds were comfortable, 3 baths with a family of 4 was a plus! There was a gated driveway for my car. definitely recommend for an adventurous family such as ours. Will definitely stay again! Thank you Sarah and family for letting us stay at your place! Angelika's place is great as it has super high quality while being affordable at the same time, which is pretty rare in NYC. She was very friendly towards her guests and always provides detailed instructions. The guest book she made was so helpful with all the local recommendations, which made my friend and me felt right at home.

We loved our stay! It was exactly as described, we felt totally safe, it was so spacious and clean and unique! We really loved how many bathrooms there were and how nice everything was. :)

We loved staying in Leecia and family’s brownstone in BedSty. Cosy, comfortable and a full kitchen and bright bathroom. Loved getting a sense of a local neighbourhood and found lots of gems nearby - restaurants (Chez Oskar) patisserie (J’taime), cafes and vintage stores nearby. And I Like Mikes mid century modern store downstairs is amazing!

Great place to stay, Anthony is very responsive and the place had great space and everything I needed. Would definitely recommend!

Ame was amazing!!! Her home will make you feel right at home. Easily can walk anywhere, restaurants in the area are delicious and overall it’s quiet. Felt very safe and welcomed into Ame’s home. The room is very spacious and has a view of the brownstones down the block. Bodega is so close for your convenience. 10/10 Recommend and would come back to stay.

Perfect place to stay to be close to Sunset Park, Greenwood Cemetery, south Slope neighborhood. Easy to get around. Comfortable, clean and nicely decorated. Feels good to be here. Slept well. Would love to stay again.

These accommodations are well supplied. Just about anything you might need has been provided. Great location, beautiful room, private entrance and bathroom, quiet house, responsive hosts. We have stayed here before and will definitely book this place again sometime!

Joan was a great host and her place was great for a family trip to visit Manhattan/ Brooklyn! The home was well kept, beautiful, and so conveniently located to get to so many key sites. Would definitely stay again.

Bernadette is such a lovely human being, she is a great hostess. She’s very hospitable and communicative and has a warm attitude and spirit. She made my stay in New York a wonderful experience the apartment that I was staying in was as described and even more beautiful in person. The apartment was clean and well organized it has everything that I would need for a comfortable stay there. I really appreciated how the location of the residence was close to the subway and other public transportation systems, due to that reasoning it made maneuvering through New York, very convenient and easy. Overall, Bernadette‘s place is amazing and worth the price.

What a treat to stay at this historic home w th Anna and Alaric.The hosts are communicative and, knowledgeable about the history of the home and neighborhood, and warm hosts. It is a quick walk to bars and restaurants in Prospect Heights and multiple subway lines and Prospect Park. the bedroom. is clean and quiet, a firm mattress, and a private bathroom with a shower. Access to the backyard garden is right outside the room. If you want an impressive historic Brooklyn home base to explore this borough or Manhattan, it's a good choice.

Christopher accommodated our early check in and was very responsive before and during our stay. Location isn’t too far from the train and served its purpose for our stay.

Richard’s place was exactly what we needed as it was located in close proximity to my daughter’s place whom I was visiting. It is also very close to the metro station and conveniently located close to local cafes, as well as Brooklyn museum and a fantastic park. The suite had everything we needed for a week stay. Richard was easy to communicate with and very responsive, he gladly adjusted the thermostat and hot water for us which we very much appreciated. One thing to note, you will not be able to lock your space, I understand it’s due to the regulations, could be an issue for some. We’d love to come back the next time visiting my daughter. Thank you!

We loved our trip to Brooklyn to see our friend! Kamilahs places was the perfect quiet and clean get away from the hustle and bustle of the city. My friend and I felt right at home. It was walkable to cute cafes and breakfast spots. We ubered and rode the train which was all accessible! Thank you so much for being flexible with check in for us.
