Michael was an amazing host. Super responsive and helpful! Also, the space itself was fantastic. Had such a great stay at his place, very clean, well stocked and so close to everything.

The location is right near the subway so easy to get around all of NYC. Great shopping and fantastic restaurants close by. Coming from Sydney Heatwave to a NYC winter ( we got snow for Christmas! ) meant our kids were really cold. After a phone call to Sergie a second duvet was delivered the next day. We loved all the local suggestions and felt really at home.

I would give Peter’s place 6 stars if that was possible - from responsive pre-visit communications to easy access when we arrived it was so easy to find and feel at home. The apartment is so comfortable and squeaky clean - lots of little welcome touches including snacks, toilet rolls, washing machine and dishwasher tablets as well as coffee pods and tea bags. Some great little touches like USB chargers in the bedside and table lamps, cotton buds and pads in the bathroom and a great recommendation folder with everything you need to eat out locally and use the local PATH train system. Need to be fit enough to get your cases up 3 floors but this is very clear from the listing - the location was perfect for our weeks stay exploring New York - 5 mins walk to the PATH trains that take 15 mins to get you to Downtown NY or World Trade Centre. We tried a few of Peter’s food recommendations and they were all brilliant - especially B Bagels. All in all a 5 star stay and highly recommended 🤩

Maria’s place was amazing! Beautifully designed and could feel the history all throughout. My son loved the loft bunk bed and we slept amazing! The art throughout was truly amazing, our family loved every inch. Great location, easy parking. Carmenta’s is a must, right around the corner! We will definitely choose Maria’s place in the future. Great stay. Maria was so kind and we were able to check in early which was great with our toddler and infant. Couldn’t ask for more! Thank you Maria!

A perfect stay! The space is well designed and had everything we needed. We felt right at home! Loved the espresso machine and patio. Already want to plan my next trip back!

Amazing place! Cozy and inviting! Great back porch! The kitchen was stocked with everything we could need. Very walkable- 12 mins tonight Metro and right in NYC. We had a mishap while there and Ki was so responsive, kind and accommodating. Couldn't have had a more hospitable host! Thank you for the place that allowed us to make unforgettable memories with family

We had a fantastic stay. Krithika was an exceptional host and her place was perfect. All amenities worked perfectly and the place was modern and spotless. Very walkable area and just a few blocks to the PATH station to NYC. Felt very safe and appreciated by the host. Wouldn’t think twice about staying if and when we are next in the area.

William was very responsive and the house looked exactly like the pictures. Great area, walkable to many restaurants! Definitely recommend!
