Beautiful little barn conversion extremely spacious clean with everything you could need and more plus a lovely very welcoming host couldn’t ask for a better place to stay

We cannot recommend this place highly enough. Beautifully decorated with everything you need and more. Melissa and Chris were exceptionally warm in their welcome. Recommend the local dairy for raw milk, etc.

We loved our stay, the place was easy to find and to get in to. The area itself is nice and Judith's place was cozy and homely. Judith was also very accommodating, kind and friendly, you got the impression that nothing was too much to ask of her, and she'd help you with anything if she could.

We had a fantastic stay for a girls weekend away . Watching the stars in the hot tub was amazing. Our hosts were so friendly and location is soo peaceful. I’m looking forward to coming back with the family . My kids are going to love the games rooms.

Was looking for a quiet getaway with our new born and so glad we chose this one! Nice quiet location with only a short drive to shops. We all enjoyed our time here and felt right at home. The pictures don’t do it justice as the size of the building is a lot bigger than we thought it would be so really happy with this. We are looking forward to coming back again hopefully real soon. The beds were very comfortable too we all slept so well

A lovely cottage in a nice location with plenty to do in the local area.

Excellent location - just off the A14, yet far enough away for a very peaceful stay in a lovely Suffolk village. The accommodation was excellent as was the very nice and extensive welcome provisions. A really nice touch. Inside, all was as promised in a beautifully clean environment with everything we required for our stay. Peter was very prompt and helpful in response to the few questions we had prior to the visit and was always on hand, if needed, during our stay. We would have no hesitation in booking there again in the future. Thanks, Peter.

We had a lovely stay with hosts who were very friendly and attentive whilst also completely giving us our own space - the perfect combination. We had everything we needed and had a great time enjoying local walks, which often happened to end up at the wonderful local pub The White Horse Inn in Edwardstone. A great getaway, thank you.

An excellent place to stay. On the smaller side but actually quite comfortable! Kitchen was well stocked with microwave, toaster and fridge plus an amazing little “welcome package” of bread/jam/biscuits/tea/milk/orange juice. Small bed but very comfortable. Nice bathroom with good hot water. Very quiet location. Will definitely try to stay here again when visiting the area!

Here’s a positive review based on those points: We had a fantastic stay! This was a last-minute booking, and what a great find. Sebastian was incredibly accommodating, also allowing for an early check-in and late check-out — super flexible. Communication was quick and responsive, which made everything smooth and stress-free. The space itself was spotless, cosy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. One of the highlights was the beautiful art throughout the interiors — it gave the place such a unique and welcoming vibe. Plus, the location was perfect and peaceful. We’d absolutely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Joanna was so helpful on the lead up to our stay, ensuring we had what was needed to not only make our stay comfortable but to make sure our little one was also comfortable, this was a touch which was greatly appreciated. The barn was just what we needed, a tranquil haven away from the hustle and bustle of life. It was beautifully clean which is always a must for me and we loved waking up to a view. We highly recommend the barn and Joanna as a host. We will be back 😊

If you want to stay close to Norwich but be in the countryside this is ideal. Quiet and private with good food options nearby. Recommended.

This really is a gem - lovely location, beautiful beach within walking distance. The property is tastefully decorated, and incredibly spacious. We’ve already booked to go again next year!

A stunning property in a lovely tranquil location. This accommodation has everything you need and more, little details like take away coffee cups , jams and biscuits. Never seen such a well stocked kitchen the owners have thought of everything. The decor is beautiful and a little quirky and spotlessly clean . We have stayed in many places and this one we were sad to leave . Hot tub the best we have ever been in . Host Finn was so nice we could have chatted for hours. Gave us some good recommendations and was relaxed on check out time . Had an amazing break would not hesitate to book this little gem again .

The cottage was spotlessly clean, very comfortable and just as described on the listing. Homely touches were appreciated. Communication and support was on hand when needed. The owner was so helpful when we lost a parcel and had accidentally broken a wine glass. Thank you! Lovely loop walks on the doorstep and a steady 20 minute walk to a stunning beach. The dogs loved their holiday too. Thank you for the towels. The only issue we found was how slippery the wooden stairs to the second bedroom could be. Caution is needed when heading to the bathroom at night. The second bedroom is not fully walled off due to how the property is designed and so any sound in the communal area travels easily. Not really an issue for us though.

claire and Joe were really responsive, they were very welcoming and came to see us when we arrived, her home is like a home from home. they helped us with locations, areas and advice. the sunroof and chess board was a winner, lovely fireplace and very comfy beds. fantastic weekend away thank you so much

Sam & Bruce's place was lovely. We stayed there with our 2 young children 6 & 2. They were so accommodating letting the kids roam around and help feed the animals. Amazing place to stay and amazing people that make you feel very welcome throughout your stay. They couldn't do enough for us. We will definitely be returning.

Family get together, ideal property to be together but with 3 dogs enabled to have own space with separate courtyards when needed. Property was clean and tidy with everything that was needed and on occasion that had to contact Frances always responded immediately and nothing was too much trouble. Enjoyable stay and would recommend

Mary-Clare and Geoff’s barn was lovely and spacious. They were very friendly, accommodating, and attentive. Perfect space for a long weekend near Cambridge.
