After some helpful calls with Tibouche, we arrived to a clean and welcoming space that was perfect for my 26th birthday party / New Years' celebration. Tibouche and her husband were very welcoming, and left us to orchestrate things ourselves. I'd recommend this lovely house to anyone wanting to have a big private party, although I'd take advantage of the BnB element of this house more than we did!

Everything was impeccable. The room, and house in general, was extremely cozy and warm. Jane was a kind and delightful host. Highly recommended for those who enjoy the peace and quiet. Thank you so much for the great, albeit brief, stay! Location was amazingly close to museums, great neighbourhood pubs and restaurants— all within comfortable walking distance.

Sarah’s converted Stables, are a hidden Gem located in a quiet street in a perfect location in Cambridge City Centre. A friend & I enjoyed every detail of Sarah’s personal touches to make guests feel welcome. From the fridge supplies of milk, butter and jam, the selection of tea’s & coffee. The great underfloor heating, the luxury toiletries, bedding, towels, bathrooms, the selection of reading materials, fabulous artwork (Sarah’s creative skills), the gorgeous private outdoor seating area full of wonderful planting. Sarah’s communications are first class, suggestions of where to eat - she is simply the perfect host! We will be back, when there’s availabiltity. Thank you again Sarah for your hospitality. The entire house was spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated, it was well equipped and the kitchen had everything we could need. Fiona even took the trouble to have milk there so we could give our toddler a bedtime drink as we arrived late. When I couldn't work the heating she was there to help. I think this is one of the nicest properties we have stayed in and if we are ever visiting Peterborough again we would definitely stay again.

Charming farm estate in English countryside. Rooms were renovated and clean, the breakfast included was amazing therefore the overall stay was perfect. Would love to go back.

Andy & Carol are the most amazing people and nothing was too much. There home was spacious, spotless and so many extra little touches made our stay fantastic. The breakfast was delicious and nutritious and I'm a big breakfast fan. Perfect with so much choice. I would highly recommend for a peaceful break. There garden is extensive will loads for children if you have youngsters. We will be going back this year for sure. Thank you both for making our weekend so enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay at Clowns guest house. The accommodation was a really high standard, the bed was very comfortable. The location was perfect for visiting my cousin in the village. We would highly recommend Lydia’s place.

We stayed for four nights. James let us enter early on Christmas Eve. The house was even nicer than the photos. Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. James left Christmas treats for us. The house had everything we needed to cook meals. We had a question and James responded quickly. We walked to downtown Cambridge every day and it took about 25 minutes. We highly recommend staying here.

I had to book a last minute trip and this was the perfect location, I was blown away at the location and thought this was great value for money immediately! It was such a nice touch being provided breakfast and tea to make and it was really what I needed after some long busy days. I’d recommend this as a perfect place to stay when visiting the Lincoln area and surroundings.

stuart was responsive to messages and gave perfect details to checking in. great location, minutes walk to waterfront/theatres and pubs. only downside was toilets not as vlean as id liked and towel radiators very dusty but admittedly i have high standards! the bedroom needs curtains or black out blinds, the venetion blinds just didnt block out light so we were awake from 7am because of the light. the bed is also very high, we were ok but elderley people/children may have issues getting in and out of the bed. however, overall was a nice apartment and would recommend.

Great accommodation that was perfect for what we needed. The beach was a short walk away and the town was only a few minutes drive. Paul and Debs were excellent hosts. They were extremely responsive to any questions we had and gave plenty of recommendations for things to do during our stay. The accommodation was clean. The roads outside were quiet at night. The kitchen was as advertised and they included some food and refreshments which was lovely. A brilliant location with friendly hosts made for an excellent weekend.

This is a lovely space. Very clean, comfortable and quiet. The cooked breakfast was delicious and Clare is a friendly host. My dog enjoyed the stay too. The location is great - next to many of the wonderful Norfolk Norfolk activities. I would stay again.

We had a great few days in Bury St Edmunds and would visit here again. The directions to the place were clear and parking was provided. The place was well equipped and had everything we needed.

Needed a place to stay as we were attending a funeral some 21/2 hours from home. Riona was very helpful and understanding. She welcomed us warmly into her home which was beautiful. Spotlessly clean and had everything we could possibly need. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and so we welcomed the good nights sleep we had after a long day. The breakfast table was overflowing with plenty of choice and set us up nicely for the drive home. All in all it was a perfect choice for us at an extremely reasonable cost. Thank you Riona for your hospitality and welcome into your home.

Yosita was welcoming and friendly. The house is a beautiful listed building and our room was at the top of the house and was nice and quirky, just what we like. Breakfast was excellent and we would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely stunning place , 'Pop ' the land lady was attentive, polite and super responsive. This is the place you go back to over and over again .

Excellent Stay, Delicious continental breakfast, Adjusted to our late arrival/ checkin request very quickly. Both were great and your suggestions for parking in Cambridge was really worth for us and saved lot of time.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It may sound odd, but after a very cold cycle the under floor heating was utterly delicious. Even without that, Jane was extremely accommodating and helpful. Would definitely recommend. It’s a beautiful part of the Norfolk too.
