The chalet is very pretty and well equipped, it is compact but feels bigger due to being light and airy. The decor is lovely and everything is clean and tidy. I wanted somewhere for a short break with my elderly mother. She appreciated everything being on one level with the bathroom close by and dedicated parking space. It was also great value for money. Highly recommended.

What a wonderful place to stay, amazing views friendly area, super relaxing. Accomodation was as describe with really useful easy to follow information, lots of little extras that make the stay feel so much like home and to make things easier for the guest. I would definitely stay again such a lovely place.

Great place. Very clean. Very quiet at night. Lots of seating in lounge (although not as shown in photos, so slightly lower than the recliners shown which may be difficult for disabled people like me who need high seating). Paddock is a bonus for dog owners as there are no safe walks direct from property. We were 2 couples and it was great to have the privacy of separate entrances - although everyone preferred the fab downstairs shower room! Super bird watching opportunities from the back windows. Weather was not on our side but the outside table etc. looked great.

We really enjoyed staying at Patsy's chalet. The chalet park is very quiet and well maintained. The chalet itself had everything you would need and really appreciated the extra sitting area outside. Patsy left clear instructions and the chalet was easy to access with the parking directly next to the chalet. It was very handy having the beach in walking distance and also the convenience of a Tesco extra nearby. We would definitely recommend the chalet and it's very good value for money. Property was as described, well located, just a few minutes walk from Heacham South Beach.

A lovely clean, as described property in my favourite location. Clare was extremely helpful and even gave me the opportunity to come a night earlier (unfortunately I couldn't take advantage of that) I would definitely recommend

What a gem, we have been coming to Norfolk for years, just recently we are drawn to Heacham .We found this lovely place on line and what a surprise. I loved the location only 5 mins from the beach , very quiet and peaceful it has a community of people that are very friendly and welcoming. My husband Ian is a kite surfer and had a great few days on the water. We will definitely be back to this place. Thank you Vicky.

Great value! Lovely accommodation. We booked as a family for a nearby wedding which it was perfect for as easy walking distance. Very friendly and helpful communication prior to and during our stay. Everything we needed was provided. Will definitely be back to explore the area and facilities!

I recently stayed at a holiday home that truly exceeded my expectations. The place was incredibly cozy, with everything I needed to feel comfortable and relaxed. The location was also fantastic—convenient and accessible, making it easy to explore the area. One of the highlights was the swimming pool, which was available for use with a small charge. It was a great addition, perfect for unwinding after a long day. Overall, the entire place felt just like home, offering both comfort and convenience. I highly recommend this holiday home for anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped getaway!

Second time staying at the lodge. You couldn't ask for more. very clean and spacious, it is fully equipped with everything you need. Phil and Amanda are amazing hosts, so friendly and helpful. Would not hesitate to recommend staying here

What a place for relaxing. The view was just wonderful but it didn't stop there. Walking routes in all directions on your doorstep. We didn't get in the car for four days. We walked to Woodbridge and had lunch at Marlowe's which was exceptional . A good mooch around the shops then a taxi back (rank at the train station) costing £12, the walk to Newbourne allowed us to spend the afternoon in The Fox beer garden including a delicious lunch. We spent evenings at The Maybush pub which again served good pub food or we stayed in playing some of the board games supplied. We felt thoroughly relaxed when we left and Carolyn was a great host. We will be recommending to friends!

we had a lovely stay, the chalet was homely and comfortable. clear instructions to use equipment etc. Leigh and Sue were great hosts. responsive, reassuring and friendly. the new clubhouse was welcoming and great combination of usual clubhouse shenanigans with a quieter area for those who wanted to play pool and other such games. we'd recommend.

The chalet was really easy to find and comes with parking directly opposite the path. There is a gate that goes all the way around the chalet and locks, which meant that our dogs could be outside safely without escaping! Inside, the chalet was immaculate. It was so clean and tidy, and really beautifully decorated. The facilities are brilliant and they have everything you could possibly need. The shower was big enough to get more than one of us in which helped with having the small (and sandy) children! The bedrooms have plenty of storage space and the beds were nice and comfy. The kitchen has everything you could need to cook almost any meal! There's also a little information stand with lots of leaflets and tour guide books in as well to help you plan your stay. Kev and Karen were brilliant with communication both prior to and during our stay. We couldn't recommend the chalet enough and the hosts are so lovely. Book your stay, you won't be disappointed! We will be back :)

What a wonderful week. Great place. Quiet. A short walk across the back garden to the beach. Lovely comfortable place. Katy and Janice provide lots of recommendations for places to go. We went to them all. The accommodation has everything and we appreciated the welcome pack. The beach is beautiful. Perfect for my 2 dogs. My partner worked from there so the WiFi is also good. Sad to leave. We’ll be back. Thank you.

Deborah was amazing from the first moment that we enquired about staying at her place. It was just what we were looking for - February Half Term is always an adventure for us and we love finding little places that are unique and fun. Deborah prepared us well and we came prepared with a bit extra (camping heater that we used in the shower room for some extra heat). Over all the kids and I loved the location (close to the beach) and a quick drive to the locations we'd looked up to explore before getting to Bacton. Deborah gave us some great recommendations as well. Would definitely stay with Deborah again!
