Lovely stay. Hot tub was so relaxing and beautiful views. Close to the Merlin Complex and activities. Wish we could have spent more time exploring the area and camo activities. They do book up real quick - be proactive and pre book for best times etc

Excellent accommodation over looking the river with a pub/restaurant within 100m. Local walks to exercise or look at the local nature. Ideal accommodation to fit our family in and a great place to relax or travel to local attractions. Emma was great providing us with all the useful information you would otherwise have to research yourself. All the space was spot on and the hot Tub was fantastic to relax in either day or night. Would definitely recommend.

Beautiful peaceful place to stay. Found beds very comfortable and kitchen allowed us to cook dinner and breakfast comfortably. Would love to return and have more time to enjoy the gardens etc.

Beautiful home in a very peaceful setting, with plenty of space both inside and in the expansive gardens. Justine was there to greet us and responded to any subsequent queries promptly. It was so great to be able to pick the produce from the kitchen garden and to collect the freshly laid eggs, whilst the farm shop (for other supplies) is about 20 mins walk into the village itself. Overall, we had a wonderful weekend celebrating a very special birthday! Highly recommended!

Perfect for us, a fabulous place, charming yet wonderfully quirky, just as we like. Beautifully quiet and calm. Some great furnishings and extremely well presented with a lovely little open fire adding to the character and ambience. The space outside is great especially, if like us, you have a dog and we were super fortunate to get 19 degrees of warmth on the 22nd of Feb so spent most of the day outside! I would highly recommend this holiday let. We will definitely be back.

We had a perfect few days staying here in Horning. The house was fantastic and the village was beautiful. Tom was also a great host and was very responsive. Would definitely stay again!

Lorraine was a great host, communication was excellent. Told us all the best places to eat in the area etc. Annexe was great, clean, with private garden. Conservatory was lovely to sit in during the late afternoon. Really pieceful place to stay. Would definatley recommend.

The cottage is tucked away down a country lane with loads of space and gardens. Penny is a great host and ensures absolutely everything we could have possibly needed was available, soft towels, great bed linen, cupboards stocked with every utensil to work in the well appointed kitchen. Free logs and a log burner to keep off the chill of a winters evening. We had a fantastic few days relaxing in the cottage over New Year. Thanks, we can highly recommend a stay at Willow Cottage.

Everything as stated/expected, immaculately clean & comfortable. Very close to town centre and parking a real bonus (necessity) for Ipswich.

Great place to stay with beautiful views towards the meer. Glad the cafe closed at 5pm so evenings were more peaceful and relaxing

Stunning apartment, with a great selection of books and cool and unique artwork to look at. Comfortable bed and great sized bath/shower. communication was excellent. The estate itself is stunning to have a walk around with a yummy coffee from the cafe on site. We also used the spa, which was just to the left of the flat, really great customer service there, they left us to relax and we just had to ring a bell for any assistance. It's actually one of the cleanest spas I've been too and felt really special to have it to ourselves, I was given a discount code for the spa when booking this flat, which I thought was kind. Had a truly lovely and relaxed weekend with my boyfriend, some lovely pubs not too far and also Cambridge was only a 30 minute drive.

Fantastic gem for a weekend stay for a couple. Beautiful surroundings and an amazing space made our weekend away extra special. The hosts were lovely and personable and made us feel very welcome.

Great experience, we loved our stay. there are 5 bell tents and a couple of lodges within walking distance of each other. Each site is far enough away from each other to feel private but also close enough to have a bit of a community feel to it. The communal kitchen is more than equipped, we brought far too much with us "just in case"! Lewis was often around if needed and was very responsive with any queries. We would highly recommend. we stayed for a week and couldn't have asked for more. the flat is beautiful, a really great space. it's clean and light and has everything you need. it is a 20-30 minute walk into the city centre and there are also local shops/takeaways right on the doorstep. Would deffo stay again when we are next visiting Norwich.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Apartment. Sarah was incredibly welcoming, kind, and made sure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The apartment itself was spotless, well-equipped, and had such a cozy atmosphere. It felt like a home away from home! Liz's country cottage was truly a perfect hideaway for our long weekend getaway (Mar 28-31, 2025). From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how immaculately clean and tidy everything was, both inside the house and throughout the grounds. The property itself is absolutely beautiful - exactly as advertised and even more charming in person. The location is stunning, providing the perfect peaceful countryside setting for a relaxing escape. We had an amazing 4 days here, and the comfort and beauty of this cottage played a significant role in making our stay so memorable. Everything we needed was provided, and the attention to detail throughout the property was evident. We stayed at Forestry Cottage to celebrate both my girlfriend’s and my son’s birthdays, and it was truly the best place we’ve ever stayed! The host went above and beyond to make the weekend special—decorating with banners, balloons, and even surprising us with a cake. Their kindness didn’t stop there; they messaged us on the day of arrival to say we could check in early and, on the day of departure, told us we could stay as long as we liked, making the experience even more relaxing. The hot tub was a massive hit with the kids and was spotless, having been freshly cleaned between guests. The whole stay was comfortable, welcoming, and beyond our expectations. We can’t wait to return in the future—highly recommend!

Really good place, there was some dog hair on the sofa but at the end of the day you live on a farm so I was expecting something but this really triggered one of my colleagues allergies. Overall the place is well worth the visit and I would highly recommend.

What can I say? I booked two adjoining cottages for my husband's surprise family birthday get together. The team at Spixworth were so engaging and accommodating understanding totally what was required by our multi-generational family. They rearranged furniture and even assisted in hiding vehicles so that my husband had no idea upon arrival of our family hiding out of view. The games barn was ideal, we even enjoyed a family fishing experience in their lovely lake. Lovely experience

A huge thank you to Sarah and Ian, who made our stay a fantastic experience! Beautiful cottage, amazing views and nothing was too much trouble for Sarah, wonderful hosts! The private hire swimming pool is definitely an added bonus! And of course the open fire!

Julia and Tom's place was ideal for a cosy weekend stay in Norfolk. We enjoyed using the fireplace in the evening, the kitchen was well equipped so we could self-cater, and the bathroom was very clean and modern. Steam locomotives from the Bure Valley Railway pass within view, and make for a fun day trip to The Broads at Wroxham. We appreciated the special touch with the birthday banner and the recommendations for local pubs and National Trust properties. Despite being rural, the property was easy to find and the parking was clearly indicated. Thank you for a very pleasant short stay.

What can i say apart from Amazing Amazing Amazing !! Lovely accommodation in the most beautiful location and is a dream for relaxation and away time. The host is super super helpful and we will definitely be booking this again.
