Sweet place! Close to poley, friars nose, snowmobile trails and town. Very cozy and had everything we needed. Would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this cozy and peaceful gem- a beautiful little cabin next to the river ! Everything you need for a weekend away- shower, bbq, fire pit and a laundry and washing machine.

Kevin was an excellent host! Met me when I arrived, made sure we had everything we needed. Even started the fire in the stove for the hot tub for us, and made sure I had lots of wood to keep it going. Very responsive, and friendly. 110% recommend him, and I will be back again! Thanks Kevin!

Janine's cottage was adorable and packed full of charm! A little gem while traveling on the road and we enjoyed a great night's sleep. Our dog Henry enjoyed it too! John, Cindy & Henry

We had a great stay at Alex & Mel's cabin. You can tell they really pour their hearts into making it comfortable & spotless. It is very rare to stay in a cabin with fire stove and washroom inside nowadays and we are very happy we found it. Beautiful view of the river behind the cabin. We really appreciate the amount of water provided, even though no running water in the winter. We definitely recommend this place to disconnect and relax.

Great property in a beautiful location. The cottage is large and has everything needed for a relaxing vacation. The kitchen was great and easy to prepare meals for our group of six. Very quiet location. The rear yard is large and plenty of room for outside activities. The rear yard is right on the river and the dock makes it easy to put in the canoe. Great spot for canoeing and fishing. We had a great weekend and wouldn't hesitate to book again.

Great little spot to stay, very comfortable and well appointed little cabin. Great view of Sussex. I would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again.

we came down for a wedding outside of saint john so we rented the air bnb for ourselves to have a vacation as we don't live in the province we loved the ability to cook in the kitchen watch TV on the cozy couch and eat our meals on the covered porch luckily there was a heat wave so even though the water was cool it was well worth it I'll definitely stay here again and our friends that met us at the swimming hole would love to book the place for winter to go skiing

A really lovely spot that is close to everything in downtown Sussex. Lovely decor and amenities and a great bathroom.
