A very comfortable place to stay. the apartment was very comfortable with everything you need. Parking was a bit tight at times when getting out, but minor. We would love to stay again, thank you Paul and Daphne

We had a great stay at Zaneta’s place on our way down to Cornwall with 2 children in tow. The space was exactly as described, clean and cosy with beautiful decor. Great communication from Zaneta, I didn’t have to question a thing! This is our 4th stay at Royal William’s Yard, the location has everything you need right on your doorstep and is a stunning upmarket spot. Will definitely return.

I had a peaceful week here with everything I needed at hand. Parking was really convenient too.

had a fantastic stay! great travel links and only a very short walk to the train station or into the city centre. the flat was very clean and tidy and had everything you need for a holiday or longer! Although we didn't meet Leane in person, we did speak on the phone and she was very friendly and helpful. I'd highly recommend this place to anyone! thank you for a lovely stay!

This was my first time in Plymouth since moving from England to the U.S., visiting family who just relocated here. The apartment was better in person—I’m usually skeptical after being misled by online photos before, but this one exceeded expectations. Clean, secure, and close to key landmarks. As someone who worked in hospitality, I value good service over fancy facilities, and the host delivered. He communicated clearly, checked in during my stay, and was quick to respond. I mixed up the checkout time with another booking and was still there when housekeeping arrived. I felt bad, but they were very professional and didn’t make it awkward at all, even though it likely affected their schedule. Great service, great stay. I’d definitely book again.

Stephen’s place is a self contained studio, consisting of a double bedroom with a large tv, bathroom/toilet, kitchen with all amenities and another tv. There is a small seating area outside. The place was very clean when we arrived. There are two electric heaters, keeping the place warm. Stephen left for us a bottle of wine and two bottles of water in a fridge. For breakfast we had a selection of four small boxes of cereals and a bottle of milk.

Joanna's place was very clean, comfortable and spacious. We had a great stay and Joanna and her husband were very responsive and friendly. We recommend it.

Lovely little annex and perfect space

Thank you Anna and Oskar for providing such a lovely, clean and welcoming apartment. It was in a lovely quiet location, but close enough to the station and amenties in walking distance, with parking if we had needed it. Just perfect for our quick one night stay for my son and me. Will definitely stay there again if we come back to Torquay.

Great place to stay for two, has everything you need including a well equipped kitchen. Walking distance to the beach and town. Very clean and comfy furniture. Parking was never an issue. Only thing I would note is people live above but this did not disturb our sleep.

Had a lovely weekend. It was like home away from home. Everything that we needed was supplied. Handy to visit where we wanted to go. Lovely and clean ☺️

Great apartment right in the centre of Dartmouth surrounded by fantastic restaurants, independent shops and activities on the water. The space was characterful and easy to use. Hosts were really helpful.

We had a lovely stay - the apartment is cosy, great central location close to everything we wanted to do during our trip, nice to have some outside space, hot tub was a plus as it was a relaxing treat after lots of walking around town. Leesa and Gary are very thorough, helpful, easy to reach and kind. They also gave us fab recommendations and were very flexible/understanding when it came to our specific circumstance and needs. Wonderful stay, lovely place, booked last minute instead of a hotel. Great hot tub to stargaze in the evening. Wonderful added extras tea coffee etc. Great for couples. Would stay again.

Heron’s Reach is an absolute gem! So comfortable and relaxing that our 2 nights away felt like a week! Would definitely recommend - ideal for taking it easy in Budleigh Salterton or exploring further afield.

The accommodation was ideal for us as a family of 4. There was a generous welcome pack and Mike in the fridge. The static caravan was spotless inside with a well equipped kitchen. It was easy to get keys and we were given a warm welcome at reception and could have an early check-in. Perfect for a short stay and would be a nice base for a summer holiday too.

First visit and everything was as we hoped and more 10/10, 5*, yes yes yes If a couple is looking for a relaxing and peaceful getaway in Looe. Tara would be my first and only recommendation. We had a great stay here. A lovely place and peaceful setting. There were clear instructions for everything making our stay stress free. Great location for visiting Dartmoor national park. We also visited Blackpool sands beach which was amazing. The 1.30hr drive was worth it for us although there are closer beaches. Nice sitting at the meadow and having our morning coffee with the chickens who paid us a visit. Thank you Ilona for a great couple of days away

We had a fantastic break at The Annex in Frogmore. It was equipped with everything we needed for our 3 night stay and the home was beautifully clean and comfortable. We particularly enjoyed the hot tub overlooking the estuary and walking across to the pub opposite in the evenings.
