Our family spent the Christmas week at David’s beautiful place for skiing at Heavenly. The larger one bedroom apartment is very spacious. The living room has a comfortable queen sofa bed, beautiful fireplace and large kitchen. The bedroom has a king bed and very nice bathroom. Everything is upgraded and spotless clean. David is very responsive. The hotel needs to improve how they manage the Airbnb reservations. David helped us to make this smooth. The hotel front desk is very friendly and very quick if you’ll call from room to ask something. We love this place and want to come back again!

One of the best places I've stayed at and great and reasonable price. The bed sheets and everything was very comfortable and the shower had extremely hot water. If you're going to Heavenly, make sure you check the local lift report online as that had delayed our fun. We went at a wrong time where the lift ticket was $250/day and the gondola was intermittently closed due to high winds. There is a bit of a drive to and from but the place has a shuttle that can take you down to the village

The host was quick to respond, which was very appreciated. The condo was amazing, and far exceeded my expectations. It was clean, modern, fully furnished, cozy and on point. Very clean. Everything in the condo (appliances, fixtures, furniture) functioned well and was in good shape. We were only 15 minutes away from the casinos and had no trouble ubering back and forth. I would definitely recommend this host and location.

Freddy's place was great! It's just a couple of minutes away from the stateline, and the room was big and clean with a balcony and fireplace. We pretty much had the hot tub to ourselves and it was amazing. Freddy was prompt with confirming our reservation. My only complaint was that we tried calling several times to see if early check-in was possible but either the phone number doesn't work or no one picked up.

The place was really nice and cozy we stayed there for a week it’s great and not very far from heavenly village. Cynthia is very nice and was always available if needed. Would highly recommend for a up to 4 people ski/tahoe trip :)

The place was spacious, clean, comfortable, and we enjoyed our stay. Nathan was great to communicate with and we’d gladly book an airbnb with him again!

This place is nice and Nathan was great. Lots of amenities. I played some racquetball for the first time in ages while I was there. The only issue I had was the lack of AC, but that would only be an issue if you happened to be there on one of the dozen or so days a year when it is hot enough to matter, like I was during my visit. The rooms do have ceiling fans, so that helped.

We had a spectacular time at this Airbnb. There are enormous windows in the main living area and the view is spectacular!! We could see the lake, mountains, and it is truly breathtaking. While my family was skiing I sat by the cozy fireplace and watched the snowfall and it was so peaceful and relaxing. The Diamond Peak ski resort is about a 2 minute drive from this place, and this resort is really nice. My family liked it because it does not have the long lines of the neighboring resorts. Everyone in the cute Incline Village town was so nice, and the restaurants are plentiful with delicious food. There is also a big Raley's supermarket conveniently located just minutes away. This Airbnb is very comfortable, equipped with everything we needed. We cooked dinner there one night and felt right at home. The beds are also very comfortable, and the showers nice with great hot water. We will definately be back and stay at the place again. Loved it!

First of all, Sylvia is quite possibly the most attentive and responsive host I’ve encountered. The space was exactly as described, very clean and all the described amenities. Laundry was very easy to use. Agree with others that the mattress pad is more comfy than the pullout. There was a full fridge in the closet which was fantastic. Overall definitely worth the price and a fantastic place. As Sylvia mentions there is a fee for the resort and for parking but it’s so worth it to be in such a breathtaking place. Also it’s a short walk through the golf course to the village, which was awesome.

Tony was responsive, helpful, and friendly. The place is one of the best at the resort. Incredible views and great amenities. Will definitely be back!

It’s a beautifully decorated. Bathroom could use an upgraded remodel. Bed needs to be replaced it was sinking in the middle on the thinnest top mattress I’ve ever seen. Check in was simple.

We stayed here for almost a week and had a great time with the family. This is actually a ski in and ski out but also a timeshare location. It’s a ski resort right next to a lift. It was a beautiful view and had a lot of amenities we were not expecting. We want to come back again next year.

Youngsuk is a great host. She wo4k3d with us on our early check-in in request and checked on us on the way up as Tahoe had just had record-breaking snowfall. The unit is gorgeous. Spacious, comfortable, and good-looking. The 2nd room is secluded, so perfect if you have a baby that needs to go down early or a papa who likes to have extra privacy from the party. The only warning that I wish I had been given are the roads in Kingsbury are very hilly and if they are snowy and icy, you need to be sure you have a vehicle (AWD or 4x4) that can really handle the climbs to get to the hotel. Overall, we had a wonderful experience.
