We had a wonderful stay at Emmeline's Chalet for two nights. The location is fantastic, with a beautiful sea view and a unique, characterful setting. Our kids called it the Triangle House because of its fun shape, which added to the charm. Despite being on the coast in England in February, the heaters provided kept the chalet nice and toasty, making it extra cosy. The accommodation was immaculate, stylish, and comfortable. Our kids loved the upstairs chalet and the steep stairs, which made it even more exciting. The property was perfect for our family, with plenty of board games and a heated indoor pool that the kids adored. The beach is just a short walk away and provided endless entertainment. Plus, the nearby Zetland Arms is an amazing gastropub that we highly recommend. Overall, we loved our stay and plan to return with more family friends. It's an ideal place for a mini break!

This was my second time staying at Rachel’s chalet, I’ve actually booked my third stay for the summer! Myself, my partner and my 10 month old little girl absolutely ADORE Rachel’s chalet! I cannot complain about a single thing, beautiful home, comfortable and cosy. Literally a home from home. Huge, comfortable bed. Lovely living area and also beautiful decor! Right by the local train station, the beach, the local town. You just cannot go wrong with this place! Already counting down the weeks until we return!🩷 Thank you so much Rachel & Warren x

We had a lovely stay, location was amazing and it was so dog friendly. The walk to the beach was amazing, we loved it! Dog treats and cakes on arrival, a special touch.

Wonderful accommodation in a lovely quiet spot with only a short walk to a beautiful beach. Perfect escape for us and our dog. Sam was a very welcoming host and very responsive during our stay. Highly recommend.

Very comfortable accommodation. Perfect location for our requirements. Nice and peaceful area but within reach of Rye and Winchelsea and Peasmarsh. Facilities were just as described and perfect for our needs. Greeted on our arrival and made welcome.

Perfect Stay! Highly Recommend We had an amazing experience staying at Tracey and Mark’s Airbnb. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described in the listing — if not better! The location was ideal, offering both convenience and peace. We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the chocolates and homemade mince pies, which made the stay even more enjoyable. Tracey and Mark were incredibly welcoming, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay, we felt very well taken care of. Overall, this was a fantastic stay, and we would absolutely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient spot to relax.

What a wonderful lodge!! It suited every need for our stay (a family of 4) - had all the creature comforts, was fantastically stocked (bin bags, dishwasher tabs, washing up liquid, loo roll etc) which made clearing up after Christmas super easy and convenient. Lovely and modern, warm and cosy, the perfect get away!! Highly, highly recommended

As always, a lovely stay at the cosy Holmdale cottages! Great for pets, walks and enjoying nature. The garden is completely walled so great for dogs. Raphaele is a super host, so responsive, and it was lovely to be welcomed with a bottle of prosecco and some chocolates! Rye is 4 mins drive from the property with loads of lovely agopsand restaurants. Many pubs also surrounding the cottage.

We loved the stay, meters away from the beach and close to the town. Property was well kept and had everything we needed for our stay. Would recommend!
