Everything was great, from the apartment which is exactly as it is depicted in the photos to the location and Daniel himself! He was very accommodating and helpful, including allowing us to extend our stay and sorting out a minor heating issue very promptly.

Fantastic location just off the beach. The apartment is nicely laid out and spacious. Chris provided a lot of help and support throughout the stay - everything from parking to local businesses. A great value space.

This is a lovely apartment, in a great location just above the beach. So nice to wake up and look out the windows and everyone walking by. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful Xmas getaway in a lovely clean apartment with an amazing large balcony to enjoy the stunning sea views. All the facilities you could require for a break are provided and even a proper hairdryer not a mini excuse of one! Easy access to a number of lovely walks to Broadstairs, Botany Bay and Margate made this a very memorable trip. Wendy is very attentive and recommended a great selection of local restaurants and cafes. Perfect location, property and host.

A great property just a short walk from the sea. The ground floor flat was beautifully taken care of and had everything we needed for a relaxing mini-break. We particularly appreciated the breakfast items, nespresso machine and prosecco, along with the very comfortable bed! Highly recommended.

Ideal for a visit to Margate. Easy parking, nice end of town and great views of the sea. We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Margate. Mark's apartment is spacious and clean and a great base for exploring the town. There are bars and cafes nearby (the Good Egg do a tasty brunch), or walk into town. Can't wait to return!

Our family stayed here for our sons wedding in Kent, and we couldn’t have found a better place. The weather was perfect so we enjoyed a swim in the sea and sitting outside as well as the beautiful house itself. All the rooms are lovely so no arguments … and the spacious kitchen diner/lounge worked really well for us.

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

My friends and I had the best time at Jacqui's place. We had a girls weekend with 6 moms and our 6 daughters all under 3 years old and the place was absolutely perfect. Lots of space so we never felt on top of each other, the en suites in every room were a nice surprise--we knew there were a lot of bathrooms but didn't realise so many of them were en suite! There was a living room already filled with toys when we got there which made the weekend so much easier, plus a second living room for the adults to hang in and not have to look at toys once the kids were asleep! The house was really well equipped for us, the beds were all incredibly comfortable, and it was nice having a dining table big enough for everyone to sit at. Location was great too-- it was great being able to look out the windows and see the sea, and it's very walkable into downtown Margate. We're already discussing when we can visit again!

The beach house was everything I hoped for in a coastal getaway—relaxing, cozy, modern and full of charm! The place feels so welcoming, with light, airy decor that’s perfect for a beach vibe. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook a nice meal, and the living space was a great spot to unwind after a day at the beach. It was super clean and had little touches, like comfy throws and beachy accents, that made it feel special. The beach is on the doorstep - so close that I could hear the waves from the bedroom. There are also some great little cafes and shops nearby in Rye, which made exploring really easy. Julie was awesome—super friendly, quick to answer any questions I had and happy to help at any time. If you’re looking for a chill spot to unwind by the beach, this is it. I’m already planning my next trip back!

Victoria was a fantastic host, responding swiftly and doing her all to help us make the booking. The house was stunning, warm with an incredible view and a truly fantastic place to host a small group of friends. The cooking facilities were excellent for preparing communal meals. The Hot tub and garden were great and the manner in which the garden backs onto the sand dunes and beach is so beautiful and relaxing. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our trip exploring the local Dungeness landscape. I'd certainly be interested in coming back in the summer months.

We had a lovely break and would certainly stay here again. The flat is great and the location perfect with the beach, bars and restaurants all very close. Susan and Jo were great hosts, providing us with all the information we needed and being really responsive. Would absolutely recommend.

Sheila’s house feels like a home the moment you step inside. It’s roomy and bright throughout. We all loved the place including the young grandchildren who spent ages in the garden amusing themselves. The kitchen is packed with masses of everything you could think of and as we cook this was brilliant. As all the adults have stressful busy lives this break was so relaxing, just what was needed. As a birder I highly recommend Pegwell reserve for a great walk and great birdwatching. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time in Herne Bay. The house was gorgeous and in an amazing location. It was well equipped with everything you could need and was super clean. Any questions were answered quickly and they were super helpful. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re coming to herne bay.

I had lovely stay again, it's my go to place for when I visit Southend. The view from the balcony is the best part about this stay, whether it's sunny or raining it's still nice to look out of :) They've redecorated the living room since I last visited which looks really nice, it gives it a modern feel :) I'd highly recommend this place if you're in the area

Lovely property & beautifully presented. A real pleasure to spend the weekend there. Everything ran smoothly with Nic from booking to checking out. Great location if you want to be away from the hustle & bustle but easy access to the more touristy places. Great walks directly from the property along the coast in each direction. Would definitely recommend for a relaxing, boutique-style stay 😊

This was our 2nd stay. The apartment was very comfortable, extremely well equipped, and spotlessly clean. It is spacious and light and airy. Sue is a very considerate host and has thought of everything in terms of equipping the apartment with lots of thoughtful extras. She was also very helpful in terms of access to the apartment. It is in a good location and easy to walk to shops, restaurants etc. We had a very enjoyable stay. Thank you.

Lovley property, very warm, parking was an issue on arrival but soon sorted. Area is a bit rundown but location to the oldtown with plenty of nice pubs & restaurants is a short 5-minute stroll away. Perfect if you have a dog as the local beach is a 2-minute walk. Supermarket (Aldi) is 2-minute walk as are a few local bars & coffee shops.

Great place to stay for a short or long break. Everything what you need is there, clean and atmospheric apartment. Beautiful view from the window for a sea front. Good communication with the owner. I'd recommend this place.

Really nice host who has been very helpful after I left my glasses and has kindly sent them to my home very quickly. Also the space is lovely and has a beautiful view with really close proximity to the fun spots in cliftonville and also the old town. Great place to stay if visiting Margate! Thanks Ben
