Amazing spaces indoor and out. The Airbnb pictures don’t do it justice. 3 bedroom, 3 bath, pullout couch. Sleeps 8 adults (willing to share beds) and 4 children (pullout couch and blow up mattress). Plenty of room for cooking, dining, well-equipped kitchen w/ air fryer, 2 coffee makers, crock pot and more. Great location 20 minutes from anything. Walked to stores (1.5 miles each way). Games and puzzles. Great master suite. Takes a few minutes to get hot water to back bathrooms, but be patient, it’s worth it. This could be a repeat for us!

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

Very comfortable tiny house in a peaceful neighborhood away from the more touristy areas of St Augustine. Driving access is very easy to main roads. Don't be put off by the shower - it's a very fancy shower!

Beautiful space with amazing bathroom! Check-in was easy thanks to such clear instructions. We enjoyed cooking in a well equipped kitchen and going out to restaurants within walking distance. Josh was extremely helpful in helping us navigate our first visit to St. Simon

My wife and I have stayed at Brigid's place a number of times and we always enjoy our stay! The location, the views, the accommodations, and the amenities are all top-notch! We will definitely come back and stay in the future!

The Confetti House exceeded our expectations! Located in the Isle of Palms neighborhood and a quick drive to the beaches. It was wonderful and super chill. We took full advantage of the bikes, heated toilets, koi pond and putting green as well as the outdoor lanai space + kitchen space. Beds were very comfy and a great space for remote work as well. Be sure to head over to the beaches and head south to Ponte Vedra for some luxury eats, golf and shopping or head north to Neptune/Atlantic Beach for some chill bites and biking. We had an amazing time at David’s home. Everything was conveniently labeled and clean. The home is beautiful and located very close to downtown and the beach. David was responsive with any questions or concerns we had and was extremely nice. We would definitely stay here again.

This place is absolutely gorgeous inside and out! My group just assumed that the surroundings couldn't possibly be as lovely as the photos, but they were! The house itself was amazing and exceeded all our expectations. We had a wonderful time.

Clean and roomy home in a quiet residential neighborhood, loved the area for a 2 week stay with our dog. I will definitely try booking again next time we visit our daughters. Great communication with the host too! Overall an excellent experience!

Tyson and his place were awesome ! Tyson was easy to communicate with and the unit was huge (it was only my wife and me). The neighborhood is very safe and walkable and there were many, many bars and restaurants a short distance away. We recommend Tyson’s property and will surely try to stay there again the next time we are in town.

Stayed here for my 1 year wedding anniversary and we had such a relaxing and peaceful trip! Our pup loved the yard and enjoyed Willow’s company. Really relaxing watching the tide come in and out from the hammock area. Donna was an excellent host and had a lot of recommendations for the area.

Our stay at this apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location near the ocean was perfect, and the place was spotlessly clean and very cozy. The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed, making cooking easy and enjoyable. A special thanks to the host—very responsive and attentive, always ready to help. Mrs. Mary thought of and made mention to anything we may have needed without me ever saying a word. The sweetest and most thoughtful thing was the basket of fresh eggs in the fridge. I absolutely recommend staying at the Old Story House and will remember this place when my family gathers in Georgia again. Thank you Mrs. Mary and family for the hospitality!!

Cute and Cozy Cottage, they thought of everything from sunscreen, to bikes, kids beach toys, outside sitting area's and doggie accommodations. We will rent here again while visiting the area.

this place was perfect for our group of four! walkable to everything and right on the beach. The space was clean and private and exactly what the pictures showed. We couldn't have been happier. Staley was also super nice and responsive and had great recommendations for places to eat in her welcome book. We definitely will stay here again!

John was friendly. He responded quickly to any issue we had, and wee had very few. The water pressure was low. I was unhappy with the neighborhood, which was on its way to becoming a slum. But John was the BEST host ever. He always responded almost immediately. It was too cool to use the pool. We were close to our friends and Church. I would rent from him again.

Our weekend stay at this island apartment was fantastic. The first thing we did was take a refreshing dip in the clean pool, just steps from our room. The space was private and comfortable, with a pull-out sofa, a futon, a stocked Keurig, a mini fridge, and all the utensils you need. Plenty of hot water was available, perfect after a day of exploring. The private driveway made it feel like we had the place to ourselves. Renting a golf cart was easy, with delivery and pickup right at the residence. We were just a 10-minute golf cart ride from East Beach and Gould’s Inlet, ideal for catching the sunrise or fishing. There’s a gas station three blocks away for any late-night needs. The property was quiet, and the owner, who also manages the place, was very nice. My 4-year-old son and I had a great weekend—we’ll definitely be back!

This condo is an absolute gem and the hosts are simply wonderful. The location is incredible, quiet and peaceful and the unit is very spacious for a 2/2. The small courtyard grass area is such a wonderful area, especially with children. Max and Sara were extremely responsive and literally have everything you could possibly need at this unit. I will only stay here when visiting Jax beach for now on. Thank you Max and Sara for the wonderful trip!

Great Condo! Well stocked if you plan on eating in. Also had some beach and pool supplies like noodles, chairs and a cooler. Very good location and easy walk to the village and pier. Just a short 5 min drive to East beach. I loved how family friendly the community is and plan on making it back soon. Thanks for the memories, we had a blast!

Robin's place was the perfect place for four couples to get away and enjoy a relaxing weekend and a big Georgia win! With four bedrooms, each with ensuite bathroom, Robin's Nest afforded comfortable, private accommodations for each couple, as well as large, comfortable living spaces which made gathering together that much more enjoyable. And the game room with a pool table was a great bonus! We would definitely stay at Robin's Nest again. (BTW, lovers of bourbon and the bluegrass state will enjoy all of the Kentucky memorabilia displayed throughout the house.)
