Our group had 11 people in it, we had enough walking space on the 1st floor for eveyone to visit and play games. There is a big 2nd living area with a bar set up as you walk in the front door. The kitchen was a bit tight for more than 4 people trying to cook. We cooked out 3 nights with the grill provided. 1st floor there are 2 bedrooms, the master has so much room, the bathroom has a walk in closet. A bedroom with a queen size bed & twin trundle, the bathroom off to the side that can be accessed from this room & the livingroom. From the livingroom/diningroom you can access the back yard. The stairs are a bit narrow so you do have to watch each step you take and if you have toddlers watch them. Up stairs is a bedroom with a queen size bed and 2 nightstand only and a plug in water a/c unit. It was not as cold as I would like. 2nd room was a full with a pull out and plug in a/c water unit. 3rd room has no door so there is no privacy, it has 3 twins 2 with trundles, and a stand up fan.

Very comfortable home with all of the amenities we needed. The beds were comfortable and view of the lake was pretty. It was fun to see deer in the neighborhood.

We enjoyed our Spring Break stay! The home was clean and exactly as described, with many thoughtful touches. Our family of 6 fit comfortably with room to be together or spread out. The bay is peaceful and the view is calming. Quiet neighborhood-nice for walking. We loved relaxing on the large back deck and sitting in the swing chairs down on the dock. Note that the stairs are very steep if you have mobility issues. We would definitely rent here again.

We had a great time. The house was nice - and we enjoyed the ping pong and the fire pit!! The kayak was great! Plenty of stuff to do and both families had lots of fun!! Highly recommend!

This is our second time staying at this house. The first time was with my brother and we had such a great time, I had to come back again this year! My kids love the fun garage and have so much fun finding things to play with. The river is perfect for children since it’s shallow around the dock. Beautiful, fun, and peaceful vacation!

My family and I had an amazing time at this house. We loved everything about it. The house was amazing and very well done. There was enough room for everyone, and everyone had their own bathroom. The kids loved the garage setup and the game room upstairs. We loved all the outdoor seating, tvs, and barbecue pit. Everyone enjoyed the pool, spa, and taking the paddle boards out on the water. We would definitely come back again.

Great place, amazing view. Close to Marble Falls and outdoor activities. Lots of room, well equipped for families or any group.

We had a great time! The house and amenities were as described. We spent time hanging out and fishing on the dock. No luck catching fish but it was a lovely place to relax and enjoy the outdoors. Our pups loved playing around the yard! It wasn't warm enough for the pool but we enjoyed the hot tub. The grill area was perfect for grilling steaks and the well stocked kitchen made cooking breakfast and dinner easy. The house was in a wonderful location. We went over to Marble Falls one day for dinner and ventured to Llano for an afternoon. Highly recommend checking out Longhorn Caverns for an adventure. It's only about 15 minutes from the house.

Enjoyed this place! Great place to stay if you’re wanting to visit Inks Lake State Park without staying inside the park. Hot tub was great after long day of hiking.

What a wonderful, secluded cabin to escape to. Andrea was an excellent host. The cabin surroundings were quiet and full of nature. Mornings and evenings were spent watching the variety of birds around the creek and deer and cattle among the ranch grounds. I would recommend this cabin to anyone for a quiet getaway.

This was my second stay at Carleen's cabin and i just love it out there. So cute and cozy, well stocked kitchen. Definitely 10/10 I'd recommend!

Judy was incredibly kind and a wonderful host. The cabin is so cozy. I really enjoyed the communication from the host, it was really fun and personalized, it really gelt like home. This quick trip was to celebrate my birthday and have a place to stay after some riding on my motorcycle. She even left a nice little surprise for us! I can’t wait to book this place again.

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay here. Wish we had booked 2 nights to fully enjoy all the amenities from the hot tub, fire pit, kayaks, pool table, and the shared pool. Nice lake view from backyard and quiet setting. The listing matched description. A clean, cozy, and dog friendly place to stay. Thanks!!

What a lovely ranch home for a weekend getaway close to Bronco Off-Roadeo for us. We had everything we needed and the grills, stocked firewood and the cowboy plates were only topped by the gassed up side by side we could use to peruse the property. The bed was sooo comfy. The grounds and creeks were beautiful and we saw cardinals, hurons, squirrels, rabbits, armadillos, raccoons, and the many cows roaming the grounds. I want to be a rancher now.
