House is clean, beds are nice. Having the fenced in yard is great for the dog.

We arrived much later than we had anticipated and Carl and his son were there to greet us. Carl showed us around the house and explained how to use the lights and appliances. He also had the refrigerator stocked with breakfast cereals, milk, bread, coffee, etc… Our dogs loved roaming the outdoors.

House was spacious and comfortable with nice outdoor/porch spaces. Beds were comfortable and firm. Property is well-located in Bloomingdale on the north side of Kingsport, just a couple miles from Hwy 93, the John B. Dennis bypass. Everything in Kingsport is 10 minutes away or less. Eileen was helpful and very accommodating. We would stay again.

My family and I were looking for a place that would be perfect for my grandma to comfortably move around in and Jeff’s place was simply superb. Very accessible with all the kitchen appliances as well. It really felt like a second home by the end of the trip. Had a lovely time in Bristol thanks to the Magnolia providing a perfect home base for us. If we’re in the are again we’ll come back!

We were so charmed by this house! The home is historic and nicely decorated. Everything is well cared for and very clean. Everyone in our family gathering (including grandparents and grandchildren) was so comfortable. My kids loved the games and adults loved the available books and magazines! WiFi worked well, kitchen was well-stocked, and I really appreciated the attention to detail (like the odds and ends you might need in the bathrooms). We will definitely be back!

it was a bit difficult to find where the lock with the code was. she sent us the code though for flexible check in. but besides that, the stay was great!

Patty’s place was perfect. Exactly as the photos and the place was immaculate. There were 3 of us there in business and we couldn’t have asked for anything better. Highly recommend and will definitely use this place when we return.

We loved our stay at Nannie’s Nest. Beautiful living space, very clean. Very easy to get in and out. Would definitely stay there again.

This is a great place to stay at. Very peaceful area, the house it pristine clean and feels like home. Wish had a few additional days to enjoy the place.

Kevin was a very friendly host and his wife even made us cookies and offered to make us breakfast. Very sweet people and we will definitely stay again.

This home is located in a beautiful neighborhood with tree lined streets and sidewalks. We felt at home and very safe there. It is very walkable to downtown. The house has so much character and well decorated.

We had a wonderful time staying at Tyrone’s place. It was perfect and clean for our little stay! Would definitely recommend if you’re in the area. Way better than a hotel! Plenty of room for the pups to run and play also! Thank you!

What a great find! Susan and Ed were great hosts. Extremely quiet location, comfortable bed and spotless. I really enjoyed the stay and can highly recommend staying here.

Very interesting stay. Our 1st reservation canceled due to storms knocking out power and water. We found Mary's place that morning and she responded immediately to our request. Unfortunately, while on our drive to Abingdon, the power went out at Mary's also but still had water. We decided to stay and Mary bent over backwards to help make our stay enjoyable. Luckily, the power came back on for our 2nd night. I would not hesitate to stay again. Mary and her family are wonderful people. They are the reason we had such a nice experience during the aftermath of such a horrible storm.

Tremendous stay! This home is perfect, extremely beautiful sun rises & sunsets... kitchen and living room are perfect. This cabin is wonderful and we recommend this stay to anyone! Gorgeous drive to the home, and very private. Thank you both again. 10\10 stay!

The cabin was beautiful and cozy! The cabin had all the amenities that you could need. We cannot wait to come back!

Samantha’s cabin was great. We had an emergency at home, and needed somewhere to stay while we had repairs. The house was private in a great location. The kitchen had all staple items for cooking. The only things I would recommend for a vacation home is a dishwasher, only because we don’t have one at home and that’s always a treat on vacation ;)

A nice small cabin that sleeps quite a bit if need be, lots of outdoor activities to do, whilst the area is still recovering from the floods earlier some places aren’t as easily accessible but not much you can do about Mother Nature. Loved the movie selections they have laid out reminded me of my childhood going to blockbuster and picking out a family movie to watch (we watched the LOTR trilogy) easily laid out instructions for everything in the cabin and would definitely stay again come lookin for the opportunity.

Quaint and quiet stop on my way through the area. Cabin was perfect and very lovely.

The location, accommodations, and stay were wonderful! They really thought of everything! I sometimes felt like I was expected to communicate more than I wanted to, as the trip was intended to be a way to step away from my phone, relax in nature, and spend time with my Mom.

Great place, if you want to disconnect from the world and find a peaceful and quiet place, this is perfect !
