We arrived much later than we had anticipated and Carl and his son were there to greet us. Carl showed us around the house and explained how to use the lights and appliances. He also had the refrigerator stocked with breakfast cereals, milk, bread, coffee, etc… Our dogs loved roaming the outdoors.

House was spacious and comfortable with nice outdoor/porch spaces. Beds were comfortable and firm. Property is well-located in Bloomingdale on the north side of Kingsport, just a couple miles from Hwy 93, the John B. Dennis bypass. Everything in Kingsport is 10 minutes away or less. Eileen was helpful and very accommodating. We would stay again.

We had a lovely visit. The kitchen was well stocked, the place was clean, the beds were comfortable, and James was very responsive.

Jennifer’s place was wonderful. It was perfect for my husband and I and our two dogs. Her pace was exactly as described and dog friendly. The back yard was privacy fenced and the perfect size for our pups. Jennifer was very responsive and very personable. We would definitely stay again when we are in the area.

This was our third year at Maraya's place, and an easy choice for our trips to the Appalachian Athletic Conference Women's Volleyball Tournament at the Meadowview Conference Center -- go CIU Rams!🙌. Why get a hotel room when you can get a whole house with the works for the same cost? I like walking, and the location is less than a 15 minute walk from the Meadowview Conference Center via Oasis Lane. Not to mention that Meadowview itself is great for a beautiful stroll. Plus the neighborhood nearby the house is big enough for a 2 to 3 mile walk with very little traffic and some challenging hills to get the heart rate up.

Plenty of interesting and antiques things and toys for the child. The yard was a good size to run around and had a wonderful tire swing. We brought some wood and had a campfire one night. The kitchen was stocked with coffee and napkins and some basic canned goods, oatmeal and spices. We brought a few of our own cooking pots and utensils but for a B&B it was extremely well appropriated. More spacious and more seating than I expected

Regie’s place felt like a cozy home away from home. We were happy to find such a nice place close to our families place. Everything we needed was provided. The rooms were so cozy and you could tell how much thought was put into the comfort of the home. We will definitely come back when we need to rent a place for our family!

Booked last minute after a death in the family. Was perfect for our needs as three siblings needing to stay together. Well appointed kitchen, comfortable beds and couches. Location is convenient to North JC. Would stay again!

This is a great place to stay at. Very peaceful area, the house it pristine clean and feels like home. Wish had a few additional days to enjoy the place.

This is a very cute place, centrally located to restaurants and supermarkets. The accommodations were fabulous. The place was clean and inviting. I will stay here again when I am in the area. Thank you for an awesome place!

I work in Johnson City frequently and always try to stay at Catherine's place if it is available. It is spacious, clean, comfortable and has a full kitchen. She has recently upgraded the bathroom and made some very nice changes that make it even better. Off Street parking available. I would not hesitate to stay here again . Excellent price point for Johnson City. Close to restaurants and downtown activity and the campus of the university.

Ms Cheryl is as friendly as they come she made us feel like we were home she greeted us when we got there and showed us around everything was was perfect Boonies restaurant is right next door at Davis marina and that’s all you need we will definitely plan another trip for stripers again thank you and take care

Kevin was a very friendly host and his wife even made us cookies and offered to make us breakfast. Very sweet people and we will definitely stay again.

I had a great stay here. The location was very convenient, the property was very clean and comfortable. Having the garage was an added bonus. The hosts communication and response were excellent. The smoke detector started beeping one evening and when I asked if there were spare batteries someone was out within 30 minutes to replace the battery.

Very affordable, looked exactly like the pictures....we felt right at home!!! I will rent from here again on my future business trips as well as vacations....I've been to four different AirBnB's within a two week span and this one was by far my favorite!

Great place to stay in the Bristol area. Close to the racetrack and other areas of interest. Easy to navigate and get to things around Bristol. Rita was great and very responsive. She made the whole stay very enjoyable. Would stay again!!

We stayed at Karen’s place for a music festival at the Bristol Motor Speedway. Super convenient to the event (within walking distance). We loved the cleanliness and top notch amenities. Everything you would ever need is provided. Karen is a very thoughtful host who knows what guests might need and provides it plus more! Very comfy beds, luxurious linens and fully stocked kitchen. The condo was pristinely clean and we couldn’t have asked for anything more. 5 + stars

We appreciated them allowing our bluegrass band to practice for few hours on Sunday, and allowing us to play with our only grandchild in the front yard. He really loved the chickens and wanted to play with them though! Lol Thsnk you so much for your hospitality! The fresh flowers were gorgeous in the vase in the kitchen table!

Absolutely loved my stay here! The place was spotless, comfortable, and exactly like the photos. The host was super helpful and made sure everything went smoothly from check-in to check-out. Great location, quiet and safe neighborhood, and all the amenities I needed were provided.
